I think these are all small fry. Remember Kenneth Lay? Bush's pal and chief fund-raiser , and architect of the Enron scam. He was convicted on offences relating to Enron, then while out on bail 'died of a heart attack', making sure what he knew 'died' with him. One of three things happened there:

a) He did get a heart attack and died of natural causes;
b) He did get a heart attack but it was not natural causes'
c) Shortly after Ken Lay's death Kenneth Layvonitch (or similar) took up residence in a luxury apartment in Tel Aviv, complete with new face.
