short attention span eh? read it in sections, if Obama followed the letter writers advice the US would be in a far better place.
I found the sections: RETHINK AND SHUT DOWN THE WAR ON DRUGS & JUST SAY NO TO TORTURE very valid

short attention span eh?Not at all. It's too long. Letter should address your main points on a single page - short punchy "grab the eye stuff" with additional detailed data as Annexes. Its a matter of construction not content.
