Can't say for sure, but he certainly seems to have laid off talking about it so much. I think he may have realised after speaking to genuine mind control victims that she definately wasn't one.

Yeah, but proof is the devils refuge of course. There is nothing more empowering to beings like the reptiles, in a situation like this, than to be able to convince people they don't exist.

There is a lot of coroborating lore, and current events, about the possibility of reptiles. Animal X even did a show about reptoids and alien reptoid abduction...
