United Nations/Leage of Nations

Can some one please direct me with a link, a Thread or a book that talks about the United Nations and is credible. I'm in 11th Grade US History, and I'm having a hard time believing all the shit that's being given to me. :mad:d I looking for some evidence on the UN/League of Nations, being a scam and whats going on behind the scenes after WWI, WWII and now.
