How to make a poll, Start a new thread, at the bottom of the page is a "make a poll checkbox", check it and set the number of poll options you require i.e. if your Poll was for "Is choclate Mud cake the best desert in the world?"

Would give you 3 "Poll Options"
select "submit new thread", a new page will load and let you put in the options you want for the poll, do this and select to post it..and viola, you've made a poll..
