Hi folks,
Found a new strategy for the Freeman-on-the-land movement; its called "considered honour" :D
Given that the politicians are just like you and me and have the same Rights, I found this particularly enlightening ...
The Home Secretary says she is disappointed a court has ruled keeping DNA samples from people without criminal conviction breaches their human rights.
The European Court judged that keeping the Britons' DNA profiles on a database violated their "right to respect for private life" and "prohibition of discrimination" as safeguarded by the Human Rights Convention.
However Jacqui Smith says the existing law will remain in place while ministers consider the judgment.
So, it would seem that all we need to do is accept ANY court judgement and then make a statement that we will CONSIDER the judgement ... job done.
... and here we all were, looking for a remedy, when it was right in front of this whole time.
