I don't know but I found some events happening on that day:

- Global Warming music event(s)
- The Tour de France
- The AFC Asian Cup soccer tournament
- The Robert A. Heinlein Centennial celebration
- The release of the next Harry Potter book (or possibly on the 21st)

and, of course, 3 days prior to the 7th with be July 4th - Independence Day,
in the USA. The date depicted in the movie of the same name as the day aliens invade Earth. :)

GWB is said to have no navel, so maybe it was more of a hatching
then a birthing.

It's also said that some babies are born with tails which are quickly
removed.

So, I wonder if rep/humans (hutilians? reptilimans?) look human when
