Has anyone else tried the colon clense kit
from blessed herbs. I finished today and have
been feeling progressivley better from day
two of the five day fast it is fantastic, you would'nt
believe the (crap) your body keeps hold of!

I used that cleanse in January of 2007. Talk about a full on cleanse emotionally, mentally, physically. I was sleeping, crying a little, wide range of emotions, sick then blissful. I understand I had an extreme situation with probable deprograming. However, I didn't arrive at this "I feel great" stage until well after the eight days were over. Grueling! Most likely not typical.
