I get frustrated and angry all the time at the moment...

I get frustrated at my ignorance

I get angry at the system

I get frustrated at my own hypocracy

I get angry at peoples apathy

I get angry and take it out on the ignorant

I get frustrated because I want Infinite love

its not been a good day:(

But some days are just like that......can't be positive 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are not living in Nirvana. wish we were.

Sorry, I just don't subscribe to the "be positive" and all will be well theory. Shit happens to everyone, no matter what your thoughts are. Thats life. I'm not saying one shouldn't be as positive as they can be, because it can help to pull one through. But all too often, I hear someone who is suffering, and another person comes along & says they are suffering because they don't think positive, thereby piling more complications, & guilt on that person. Thats not helpful at all.

thanks for the comments , both are right I believe,

Its good to let negative emotions go, not to give them any focus or attention but perhaps not to suppress them.

frustration, doubt, anger all negative emotions you can learn from, they help in your awakening but not to get attached to them

I love my emotions good and bad , I just have to learn from them and with them,

Its funny I feel good today none of these emotions has arised, there is clarity....I think Im learning:)

Glad you are having a good day today.

This is my understanding also, "not to suppress the emotions" but to observe them with non attachment & they will eventually pass away. Not always an easy thing to do, depending on the severity of the emotions. But we keep trying.:)

Completely agreed. Learn to observe your emotions and understand yourself. Inner peace and true happiness come from quietening the ego and the emotions. Definitely easier said than done and there are many ways across that river. And very very few have made it.

Sounds to me like you already know what to do; it's just a case of finding what works for you. You are welcome to PM if you would like me to recommend some books.

And remember to keep on enjoying the journey!
