I think there is a slight confusion or misconception going on with the issue of Reptilians.

Being a Reptilian is not about the flesh, but a soul issue, meaning that beings in the universal-role of 'Reptilian' are coming back, reincarnating in human bodies (they're not native to the earth and it's astral system). They not always recognize their kind but are managed to work for their agenda by their higher-ups who are in the know.
I could well imagine that groups like Zionists or Jesuits are actually codenames for alien organizations like for example the CIA stands for the Orion-Greys group.

I don't know what causes the "shape-shifting" phenomenon but I picked up a good quote from Dr. Deagle who basically said that they don't spapeshift but at these rituals, the energies become so intense, that you start to see their true, astral form. I think this is more likely the case.
