I've always posted under the basis that I am under survaillance: and for years before that, I always treated phones as if they were possibly tapped

I hold that one should not say or write anything that one wouldnt shout in an open public space

And a lot of people who say that kind of thing are, to be frank, paranoid with the fear of being spyed upon

The trick, IMO, to this thorny issue is to live our lives in such a way as there is nothing in them that we wouldnt love to let "them" know: becuase are are absolutely resolute in the cause of human freedom and fulfillment, whatever we understand that to be, to the very core of our beings...

If the only thing survaillance (in whatever form) can tell "them" is that "they" are too late and the explosion in human potential has already been released, its a message I'm always delighted to deliver
