Hey there, so i was just looking for some input on this. Since all these health food stores sell all the powders of these superfoods like phytoplankton, wheatgrass, mangosteen, acai. isnt it defeating the purpose?..isnt the lifeforce of the raw vegtable or fruit the whole point in eating it?..how can there be nutrients in a dried up powder? What is Essential? What is a good Detox to take?..ive done one with my girlfriend and i didnt shit out an alien and i didnt feel much better. But then i didnt follow the strict diet plans..i have a new one 'Wild rose herbal Detox'..i plan to follow the diet plan, see how it goes. i know these forums are jam packed with knowledgeable people, who are awake and know whats good and whats not, i wouldnt say i'm new to it ive been awake and healthy for more than 2 years now but i still have alot to learn:)

Thanks

I'm disregarding the effect any food has on the body and looking into the way our minds craft and maintain our bodies.

I've already become thinner without changing my diet. Not hugely, but noticeable to me.

i know food is food everything is an illusion blah blah...but positive foods have positive particles, negative with negative. and i am not strong enough to eat a bic mac and tell myself it is a carrot

I suppose I should have emphasised my main point, which is: do what intrinsically feels right for you.

It will have whatever effect on you that you believe it will.
