View Full Version : Who Are The Somalian Pirates?

I smell a false flag attack being prepared here. We have seen increasing reports of the Somalian's hijacking ships in the seas off of their coast. Now we have 2 million barrels of hijacked Saudi Oil about to land at Ely. What if this was all a stage though and the real perpetrators were in fact called Blackwater USA? How apt that would be if the agency made up of former special forces and some say current agents as well. Had been charged with escalating the Piracy in the area to a whole new level.
The situation in Somali can be seen to of been orchastrated by the Bush administration. With Al CIAduh gaining ground and support of the locals. So the creation of these pirates can be levied at Bush. With Obama being of African heritage it could all create an interesting dilema if things escalate beyond the theft of Oil.
Anarchy in the Horn of Africa just in time for Obama to step into the ring and mediate or escalate the situation and be seen as the saviour yet again. Bush had his own oil company, a ship goes missing with 2 million barels of Saudi Oil. The British Navy et al fails to see off these well organised and planned bunch of pirates? Is it really that the Somalians are not supplied, trained or staffed by someone else with an agenda all fo their own?
Blackwater USA has stated that they "efficiently and effectively integrates a wide range of resources and core competencies to provide unique and timely solutions that exceed our customers’ stated needs and expectations". They are staffed by former members of the American military. So could we have here Blackwater engaged in operations to aquire [i]Blackwater[i/]?
I am referring to the Bush Administration's intervention in Somalia in the name of the War on Terror. It has helped to destroy that wretched country's best chance of peace in a generation, left more than a million Somalis dead, homeless or starving, and achieved the precise opposite of its original goal. Far from stamping out an Islamic militancy that scarcely existed, the intervention has turned Somalia into a breeding ground for Islamic extremists and given al-Qaeda a valuable foothold in the Horn of Africa.
Rewind to the early summer of 2006. For 15 years, since the fall of the dictator Mohamed Siad Barre, feuding warlords had made Somalia a byword for anarchy and terrorism - the archetypal failed state. A tenth of its population had been killed. A million had fled abroad. At that point the warlords were finally routed, despite covert CIA backing, by a remarkable public uprising in support of the so-called Islamic Courts movement that promised to end the lawlessness

Now, I hear you ask. If Blackwater is carrying out these acts of piracy. How could these mainly white men, pull off such audacious operations. Well when you look to reports such as the following. White people can indeed be black after a few injections of a drug called Melanotan! Just inject every day adn then once a week to maintain the tan level.
A growing number of people in the UK are injecting themselves with an unlicensed tanning drug, a BBC investigation has found.
Melanotan is still undergoing clinical trials but is sold illegally online and in salons and gyms, Newsbeat reports.
It is a synthetic hormone which stimulates the body's production of melanin, a substance that gives the skin its colour.

Now I take things to a whole new level with the following. I have some info about some materials that BlackwaterUSA has had delivered on the 21st of June 2008 to a location in Ohio. They took delivery of some Sweedish steel from a company called SSAB Oxelösund which is a manufactuer of Abrassion resistant pipes for the transportation of wait for it OIL!!!

Am I making conclusions here. You betcha I am, however there are no coincidences. Or maybe it is just paranoia. I don't know as I don't have the cash to look into it any more than I already have. I could research some more into BlackwaterUSA's purchases and see if there is a link to potential fasle flag ops taking place around the world.

i agree - a bing tanker slamming into a country causing a mass oil spill, needing more cash.

It is mad - they can ship 2m barrels of oil to somalia but not 2m barrels of fresh drinking water and food for the people of africa.
yeah that makes sense.

Yes I agree it's a false flag. The PTB are needing excuses to bring in a global law that so that they can regulate ALL shipping. And to enforce the laws they are gonna need a New world GLOBAL Navy. That's what I reckon anyway.

When I first saw this story and listened to the 'expert' and his explanation of how the ransoms are paid... I thought 'Money Laundering Scam'.
I also read a few weeks back that these 'Pirates' are Mosad backed, only I can't back that up just yet.. I'll keep looking.
Whatever is going on, there is certainly something smelly in the air!

Seems they are getting us used to the idea that ships can be taken from anywhere in the world because the pirates use an unidentified "mother ship."
So if a ship, say carrying chemicals, gets taken over and ends up going up the Thames or the East River it will be a good reason to shut down the country and impose martial law?

Do you have a link showing they purchased this material? Or to whatever your source is? Either way, this whole situation screams "false-flag" to me.. Also considering RAND's recent proposal for a war on a superpower (China), who is heavily involved in the area... They also recently made a statement that this 'pirate situation' can only be ignored for so long.. You make a good point about Blackwater too...
. . . So could we have here Blackwater engaged in operations to aquire [i]Blackwater[i/]?

Apparantly, Blackwater now has 3 naval vessels to combat the pirates efforts in the area. This is definitely becoming a strange situation.
EDIT: it seems Blackwater also has plans of developing 400+ acres of land in the heart of Louisiana's refining corridor, "representing 10% of the total U.S. refining capacity including existing world-scale crude oil refineries"

Someone mentioned grappling hooks. Well did the crew not just spot them and so just unhook them before they managed to climb the 200 feet or so to the deck. Don't most captains have a weapon. Having one and being prepared to use it are two different things though.
I can't see them pushing for a conflict with someone who already has Nuclear weapons. As otherwise the fear card would not last long when non deployment was evident for how ever long they have already been held. Libya has been fairly quiet of late, On the wrong side of it all though. Paul does this read like a Gulf of Tonkin situation again? Saudi jets and all those different fleets floating about. All it needs is a 'Somalian' to have something to aim with at a recon flight.
It looks like someone has decided that they don't like my snooping into the import information I have found. My computer is going really slow as my internet activity is being held up.

I used to work on ships like the Sirius Star , it was unusual to have more than about 20-25 people on board. It wouldn't have been too hard to sneak up at night and get onboard, (200 feet? A laden tanker sits very deep in the water). Or a couple of RPG's over the bow in daylight would have made us think too.
As for carrying guns, you've seen too many movies mate..;)
Actually I'm amazed that this is the first time a VLCC has been taken.

While Somali pirates have seized 36 ships over the past year, among them a Ukrainian ship loaded with arms that is still being held, never had they seized a vessel as large as the Sirius Star and so far out to sea. The tanker was more than 450 nautical miles southeast of Mombasa, Kenya, an area far south of the zone where warships have increased their patrols

How come these guys are being tagged as pirates, and not terrorists? Could it be that we don't want people thinking about 'terrorists and oil' otherwise they might view the Iraq war differently? Seems every dissenter was being tagged as a terrorist not long ago...

Somali piracy connected to toxic dumping, illegal fishing
By Saeed Shabazz

In this image provided by the U.S. Navy, Somali pirates holding the merchant vessel, MV Faina, stand on the deck of the ship after the U.S. Navy’s request to check on the health and welfare of the ships crew on October 19, at sea in the Gulf of Aden off the coast of Hoybyo, Somalia. UNITED NATIONS (FinalCall.com) - The head of the UN’s body charged with combating piracy has advocated establishing a UN force to fight the piracy problem off Somalia’s coast—but the problem may be more complex than simple banditry on the high seas.
According to the UN secretary-general’s spokesman’s office, Secretary-General of the International Maritime Bureau Efthimios Mitropoulos said the Gulf of Aden, the gateway to the vital Suez Canal, and the eastern coast of Somalia rank as the world’s top piracy hot spots. The Gulf of Aden accounted for a third of all attacks on ships in the first nine months of 2008, said Mr. Mitropoulos. Thousands of cargo ships and tankers pass through on their way to Mombasa port in Kenya or destinations in southern Africa.
While the hijackings have been described as the work of criminals, officials admit the problem of waste dumped off the coast of Somalia may be a reason why ships have been commandeered.
In September, a Ukrainian freighter with Russian tanks on board, anti-aircraft guns and heavy weaponry was seized by Somali pirates and ransom negotiations are ongoing.
A spokesman for the pirates, who reportedly use the autonomous region of Puntland as their base, told Al Jazeera some of the ransom money will be used to help clean up waters off the Somali coast ravaged by years of toxic waste dumping. The ransom demand is a means of “reacting to the toxic waste that has been continually dumped on the shores of our country for nearly 20 years,” the spokesman said.
Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah, the UN special envoy for Somalia, said the world body had “reliable information” that European and Asian companies are responsible for the dumping. The United Nations has also been told that some Somali pirates claim to act as “coast guards,” protecting their country’s waters, he added.
“This is not something new, the accusation that toxic dumping is happening off the shores of Somalia, it is amazing though that it is now coming out,” said Sadia Aden, president of the Somalia Diaspora Network. “Opinions are mixed on the pirates. Some of the people are saying the pirates are defending our territory,” Ms. Aden told The Final Call.
A political solution in Somalia would solve the piracy problem, said Ms. Aden. “We need elections. We need a central government,” she argued.
Somalia has not had a central government since 1991 when late President Mohamed Siad Barre was ousted.
Analysts said the chaotic state of the Transitional Federal Government has meant no binding trade measures are in affect and Somalia has not signed the Basel Convention or the Bamako Convention, which ban the import of hazardous waste to African nations.
“While I know the subject of this interview is waste dumping in Somalia, I must say that toxic dumping is an issue all over West and East Africa,” said Nii Akuetteh, executive director of Africa Action, a member of the Scholars’ Council at Trans Africa Forum and founder of the Democracy and Conflict Research Institute in Accra, Ghana.
“The Somali toxic waste dumping issue is of great concern to me because it spills over to other African nations,” Mr. Akuetteh said. “Did you know that when the Islamic Courts Union was in charge of Somalia, piracy had come to a virtual halt? But thanks to the Bush administration and Ethiopia after the ouster of the ICU in 2006, the phenomenon returned,” said Mr. Akuetteh.
In early October, the UN Security Council unanimously passed Resolution 1838 (2008) which determined “that the incidents of piracy and armed robbery against vessels in the territorial waters of Somalia and the high seas off the coast of Somalia exacerbate the situation in Somalia which continues to constitute a threat against international peace and security.”
“The UN must monitor more closely the toxic waste issue; and there doesn’t seem to be any mention of that in Resolution 1838,” observed Professor Abdi Ismail Samatar, of the geography and global studies department at the University of Minnesota, in a Final Call interview.
While the media is covering piracy, there needs to be coverage of the plundering of Somali resources by rich companies and rich governments, said Prof. Samatar. “They are destroying the coral reefs—breeding grounds for the fisheries—destroying the livelihoods of Somalis, taking the food out of the mouths of the poor.”
According to Ms. Aden there are 3.5 million Somalis facing starvation. East African waters, particularly off Somalia, have huge numbers of commercial fish, including the prized yellow-fin tuna. Observers say the Somali coastline once sustained hundreds of thousands of people as a source of food and livelihoods.

I believe it is just a case of Russian/Chinese/Muslim backed Somali's hijacking a ship of Bush owned oil in part payment for arms to help fight the Bush backed corrupt government's regime in Somalia.
Or
Somalia is resource rich so maybe they need an excuse for a heavy permanant presence there to rape the country as the Somali's are a warrior race and not to forthcoming to outsiders coming in and plundering there country.
