I work at a large corporate cinema chain, as i'm gathering money in my gap year and you wouldn't believe the symbolism i'm seeing in all the recent films, it's astonishing.

once you get past the 25 minutes of trailers (2 of which are for highly realistic war games on the X box, followed by an advertisement to join the army) there are hundreds messages that people unconsciously lap up.

For instance, on Quantum of Solace (bond), there is a huge fight scene in front of a gigantic eye!

Oh please do. I love finding subliminals and stuff like that. It's shocking. I'm trying to work out Sam Sparrows 'Black and Gold' . Combine the song and the video and there's deffo something deeper going on there.

2012 is something that is totally out of our control whether it happens or not (i.e. mass tidal waves, earthquakes etc etc) so my advice DON'T WORRY about it. What can you do anyway? As for underground bunkers etc etc, what the hell are they going to do when the earth starts shifting upwards and downwards a Kilometre at a time...nothing.

There is an amazing series on YouTube that explains all this so much better than my few words (must find the link!!) but in short it uses the latin for "who gains" or "who profits" or "who benefits", which is the question we should ALWAYS ask when looking at conspiracy stuff.

I think it is all a distraction from what is already going on around us (i.e. wars, starving people in the world, terrorists running countries, poverty, famine, genetically altered food and animals, slavery, genocide etc. etc. etc.). I am pretty certain that not one of us wants any of these horrible things to happen, but by distracting us from what is already happening, with conspiracy theories etc. we do not act collectively to prevent the total carnage that is already amongst us.

The end of the world isn't coming, at least not until a huge asteroid destroys earth or the sun burns out (either way nothing we can do about it), we just need to change the world for the better.

If every person did just one good thing every day then that would be 2190000000000 positive things done in one year.
