Ï'm almost certain it's a fake but feel I have to post it anyway. What do you think? It's weird how the camera-dude didn't film it straight away insted of filming the sand first:confused: here you go..

i think its totally fake chatt. earlier i had seen the pics of a similar type mermaid thing that got circulated through the mails. it said a dead mermaid was found on the shores after the tsunami.

i wish it were true but looks like a fake. her hair is too fabulous and i don't see any bugs on the carcass.

unfortunately, all these were proven to be fakes!
i google mermaids at least once of month in hopes of finding something that hasn't been faked.

Yes, its fake....the hair is too healthy & shiny for it to be real. Why also is she elevated from the waist up as if she was doing push ups. A regular dead body would be laying flat.

That proves it really:o It's probably a modified exhibition doll.

The whole staged pan from the beach and across the sand to the wow! look! a mermaid! thing gives it away as a hoax.

The model is pretty cool, but they should have filmed it at night in fuzzy light, and made the dummy a bit more decayed and organic-looking.

Sad, because someone put a bit of effort into doing the tail-work on it.
