Seems to me it could apply to the government/security services themselves !! There does seem to be a case of them being ''fixated'' with eroding civil liberties.

It is no surprise that all these schemes are open to extreme interpretation. So all it takes is two shrinks to deem you 'fixated' and you can be banged up for the rest of your life ('indefinelty') with charge or trail. It is very scary and is similar to to just being vapourised.

So how could this law be interpretated? Say I see a quack about depression and mention to him my frustrations about government saying I hate Tony Blair etc. Would he then ring the alarm bells?

Say a clued up 18 yr old writes about the NWO in an essay. Would the teacher pass their details onto the fixation team?

Just like the Ministry of Love, you would probably be ECT'ed until you believed 2+2=5!

I am truly worried about this but why should I be? They would say I am paranoid but any government that sets up these plans must be shitting themselves because they realise people are waking up.

I think they're running scared. They realise they've been rumbled and the dumbed-down slaves are waking up. Millions of us will be turning on a few thousand of them. About bloody time! Useless wasters.
