Bees Disappearing

I wonder if anyone has any clues as to what is going on with the disappearing honey bees. It has been in the news for a while now that honey bees are disappearing, and nobody seems to know why. Some say it is from cell phone (electromagnetic interference), some say a mysterious mycorplasm (which by the way is becoming a prevalent problem for humans and animals alike due to genetically engineered mycos by the US government), and on and one it goes.

You may not think it is IMPORTANT, but it is. Bees pollinate up to 60% of all crops grown! If they disappear, say good-bye to our food supplies.

Today I read that a plane was downed in Bournemouth May 24 due to clouds of honey bees jamming the plane's fan. What were honey bees doing that high up in the air in major swarms? The day before the plane was downed, people reported swarms of honey bees at a pier in bournemouth.

Does anyone know what is going on?

As you haven't provided any links to where you got this information from I can't comment on it.

As to bees dissapearing, it is called CCD, Colony Collapse Disorder. There are other threads about it on this forum, if you use the search function they should pop up.

I'm on an organic beekeeping list of about 1,000 people, mostly Americans, and no one in the organic beekeeping world, including commercial beekeepers, is reporting colony collapse on this list. The problem with the big commercial guys is that they put pesticides in their hives to fumigate for varroa mites, and they feed antibiotics to the bees. Oh yeah, I forgot to add on my last post that on the 7.30 report this week, bee keepers in Aus were saying that they weren't experiencing CCD. Varroa mites haven't made it to Australia, so bee keepers here don't fumigate for them. In the US Varroa mites are a big problem and the apiarists spray for them and a lot of people think this is the cause... the fumigate has reached critical mass and is killing the bees... it is not confirmed though, all the above theories haven't been discarded.

If it is the fumigate that is kiling them, it is still doing so by disrupting their ability to navigate, otherwise they would die in the hive. So who knows what is going on?

I remember reading something I think it was on David Ickes web site the news headlines page. I too have been thinking about the bees, nature and animals are by far more smarter than humans give them credit for.

Maybe we should move to where the bees and birds are heading, they obviously sense, see etc all the crap not only in the earth but also in the atmosphere, things we cannot see.

Well a world wide famine actually means a scarcity of food across the planet, it doesn't mean there is an anti christ.

Bees gathering nectar may accomplish pollination, but bees that are deliberately gathering pollen are more efficient pollinators. So only one third of the food supply needs pollinating by insects and bees don't even account for all of this one third.
Anyway, if you just eat one third less of what you do now you'll be able to stave off the devil.

Did you read my first post? The bees aren't dying over here. Have you actully done any research on this topic?

As you seem to have given up your mind to a doctrine rather than to think for yourself I take it you haven't done any research. Christians like to believe the end is around every corner.
