Today on Rosie's show "The View" she was supposed to have the "Loose
Change" filmmakers on the show. This was even noted on the show's web site.
However, when the show started Rosie was not present and Kathy Griffin was
there in her place. And, of course, the "Loose Change" guests did not appear.
After the show there was a news program which mentioned something about
this. I didn't catch it all but they seemed to be implying that Rosie was not
there due to a heated exchange that happened on yesterday's show between
Rosie and the young, bubble-brained blond who sits opposite her. Rosie, they
said, wouldn't be back until next week.
I hope she's OK.

She stated that she took the day off b/c it was her wife's Kelly's birthday. But I really wouldn't "believe" that. I think she definately needed some time to cool off after Wednesday's show. I thought there was gonna be some butt kickin'. You can watch her and (brainwashed) Elisabeth's debate on YouTube I believe. It started by Ro asking E if she thought that she thought that the USA were terroists. E was "supposed" to just say no.. but yea it got really heated. I'm totally "in the matrix" so I TiVo it everyday :)
ETA: This evening when I went to watch it (bc it's on in the am when I'm at work) they cut in in the very beginning for Bush to talk in the Rose Garden to the press. So I got a dubble wammy 1. The View wasn't on and I was so looking forward to seeing the Loose Change guys and 2. I actually sat there and watched Bush quack.

Thanks for the info. It seems an odd coincidence that she would pick today
to take off when it was the day she was to have her "Loose Change" guests
on. But, then maybe she wanted to let the dust settle first before
venturing into that area.
God, I can't stand Elisabeth Hasselbeck!

Its a shame you dont have the means, if you had 'shown' the programme to me somehow, I would not have told anybody... but as the thread says, that program didnt happen anyway, but thanks for telling us.

nice link. thanks.
i hate that form of debate. where each person only gets half of their first sentence out before the other cuts them off in a louder voice. drives me nuts. ignorant people. notice how rosie waited and hopped in at the right time with her whole statement. and didnt actually partake in the henpecking arguement?

Yes, the whole format of that show is annoying. I'm glad Rosie left.
