Thanks for this, but still the same problem, unfortunately :(
When I try to open it, Acrobat gives the following error message:
"There was an error opening this document. Bad encrypt dictionary."
Whatever that means!

I tried downloading the OCUULT THEOCRASY by Lady Queensborough
and my ADOBE ACROBAT 5.0 SAYS:
"THERE WAS AN ERROR OPENING THIS DOCUMENT. tHIS VIEWER CANNOT DECRYPT THIS DOCUMENT"
a FRIEND SENT IT TO ME AND GOT THE SAME PHRASE FROM
Adobe Acrobat.
It seems its not my PC and I am not the only one with the problem.
Someone did something and means us NOT to read it or what?:mad:
Thanks for the intention anyway, I got a brief summary of the context
in Google anyway, but it won't be teh same as the 700 page book.

Edith Starr Miller, Lady Queenborough was a New York socialite, conspiracy theorist and anti-Mormon agitator who in 1921 became the second wife of Almeric Hugh Paget, 1st Baron Queenborough, the British Fascist.
Edith's conspiracy theories were outlined in her posthumously published Occult Theocrasy, though in fact she brought nothing new to the discussion of the secret societies and their alleged conspiracies. Her information was drawn from existing sources, including the works of hoaxers Dr. Karl Hacks and Leo Taxil ( pseudonym of Marie-Joseph Gabriel-Antoine Jogand-Pages ) ( 1854-1907 ), Taxil's supporter Abel Clarin de la Rive ( 1855-1914 ), antimason Samuel Paul Rosen ( 1840-1907 ), theosophist Alice Bailey ( 1880-1949 ), Nesta Helen Webster ( 1876-1960 ), and esotericist Christina M. Stoddard, who wrote under the pseudonym "Inquire Within".

One might imagine that Edith Starr Miller travelled the world speaking to people of every persuasion in order to write her book. But she did not; she stayed at home and copied, sometimes verbatim, from other books.
I've read this book and there are a number of inaccuracies in it. For instance she alleges that Masonry began in England under Thomas Cromwell. She writes:
"They derive their origin from England, and the founder of the sect was that infamous Cromwell, first Bishop, and then lover of Anne Boleyn, and then beheaded for his crimes, called in his day ' the scourge of rulers. ' He left the
order an annual income of £10,000 sterling."
What nonsense! Thomas Cromwell was never a Bishop and was never the lover of Ann Boleyn.
Her description of ancient Egypt is risible as is her description of the Druids. She quotes from Mr. Charles William Heckethorn who scholarship was so poor that he thought Stonehenge, Avebury were Druidic temples. This same gut goes on to describe:
" The altar upon which the ritual desecration of virginity obligatory for initiation into the phallic cult took place."
This sort of writing is typical of the Victorian gentlemen who salivated over the descriptions of sacrificed and abused virgin girls. As the Druids never wrote anything down one must ask where he got his information from.
Speaking of Eliphas Levi Starr Miller says:
"Eliphas Levi, the great initiate, has thus defined the aims of magic and witchcraft"
" To deceive the peoples for the purpose of exploiting them, to enslave them and delay their progress, or prevent it even if possible, such is the crime of black magic."
I have looked through this book and cannot find this quotation but leaving this aside if you read the supposed quotation it isn't 'defining the aims of magic and witchcraft' but rather speaking of black magic as the last two words say, so she is misquoting for her own purposes. That's not honest.
By all means read the book but don't swallow everything she says. She had an agenda.
