I've seen lots of people talking about satanic cults, and anti christ here.

I'm just wondering how many people believe in Chrst here.

because if you believe in the anti-christ, you mst believe in Christ too right? But I hardly ever see anything about christ on these forums, unless it's negative.

Just wondering:D

It's possible the paradigm of the Apocalypse from Revelations and the Anti-Christ have transcended the need for Christian belief altogether, and thus form now part of a general anti-Christian belief system amongst anti-religionists and atheists.

That is to say, despite Protestant Christian fundamentalism in which the paradigm is rooted, you don't actually have to be a believer in Christ (these days...) to believe in or accept the instance of the Anti-Christ - mainly because belief in evil and a personification of it is more rational (somehow) to most than belief in a purely good, all-benevolent incarnation of God.

Regarding the Apocalypse from Revelations…I have to ponder if Jesus Christ is also the Anti-Christ?

Not meaning that to be derogatory but if Jesus Christ the saviour of olden times does return to destroy the naughty Earthlings or whatever? Then doesn’t that contradict the saviour role…

No. If you want to understand who and why sinners will be killed then you have to read the bible yourself.

Basically, imagine human kind as one whole body, and we are all of the cells, well, a lot of these cells are bad, so imgining we are one body, think of the bad cells as a cancer. The badness needs to be removed so that good will reign. So all of the evil will be erradicated. I think that's how it works, but I am still reading the bible so I don't know:D

Btw, people will be hiding and wanting to die themselves before the second coming apparently. And there will be a false prophet first, so watch out for him:D

To destroy evil isn't evil itself is it? Or all of the superhero's in comics and films are evil. lol. :D

I encourage everybody to watch Chuck Missler's video seminars regarding Revelation (http://www.mininova.org/tor/681692). It will answer many questions!
According to God's Word (The Bible) Jesus is God, and as a Creator has set some rules for His creation so that everybody would have it goog (if i may put this way), just go through all the Commandmetns and honestly think of all possible situation that apply to these Commandments. You will see that if everybody (at least ) would try to live by Them, we wouldn't have that much trouble in the world.
Satan (The adversary of God and men) rebeled against God and in result seduced humans to sin against God. If you really think it through (take into account that we have free will) creation has chosen to live without Creator, the true source of life (can check the resent discoveries of Quantum physics) and love (can see the opposite in our world). The wages of sin are death! Which means that if you say no to God you basically say yes to death and suffering.
But God so loved the world (humans) that He himself (by sacrificing Himself) satisfy His law to redeem mankind out of its predestined everlasting death and missery.
And by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior your dept is paid before God!
I encourage everybody to watch (or listen to) Chuck Missler's (or other Christian apolagist) video seminars (www.khouse.org - is his web page (and off-course torrents)!
May God lead all off you to truth!

I apolagise for my English, as it is not my native tounge. Greetings from Latvia!

I've read the bible and didn't get any of that out of it. Sounds horribly dehumanising.

Isn’t that thinking in terms of disassociation though!

You factor in the folk you know and some of them may not be as acceptable as others but still they are apart of your life.

You have formed a bond with those folk…Folk who may be bad in a certain way/ have a cancerous soul but still they are imprinted upon your memories as an identity that mattered in your life.

So when the four horsemen come galloping your way…Do you turn your back on the folk that were apart of your Earthly life and nonchalantly walk away from them, shove them aside like a cancer or would you have reservations about leaving them behind?

You use the word evil to define the thing to be targeted for destruction but who is to say what is truly evil?

Evil may be in more forms than what you understand…May not be just the murderers, rapists, deceivers who possess evil qualities…Could be anyone who has a smidgen of negativity.

What then if Jesus Christ denies a favourite relative or friend into the kingdom of Gods dwelling because that person was merely a paranoid pessimist?

In what light will you observe Jesus Christ then, will you accept the judgement of the lord you admire or what? Decide to perish with the others.

I know, that was a bad way to describe it. And no, It it isn;t said like that in the bible. But I was explaining to another poster why god appears to be doing evil work, when infact, he is trying to protect the rest of humanity.

Although, to describe Evil as a Cancer, metorphirically, aint that bad. I'm sure you know what I mean.

It’s a TV series I once watched some years ago around 1981.

A movie was made with the same name but I find the remake so boring…Always nod off mid-way through the thing…But Marvin the robot is forever ingrained into my brain…:D
