Has anyone heard about the breathing techniques meant to help discover Reptilians? The first link is the technique and the other are some "success stories" in using it.

just checked the the links....interesting.
I will try it out and see if it works.
I know there are dark people out there but have yet to see them in their true form.

If there is a technique that can make them shapeshift or lose their form easier, would it then not be easier to catch this on film? I am not disgarding the shapeshift idea, I just need some video evidence!

if arizona was right then if a gal had a period in front of the queen she wouldnt help but shapeshift especialy if there ginger

That's exactly what I've been doing. It worked on one random person in the super market.
She didn't shapeshift. Just was freaked out by the sight of me and ran. Maybe she was losing her form.
