The process that led to the collapse of the twin towers have been identified by materials researchers at the UK Atomic Energy Authority's lab at Culham.
Although it was known that heat on this scale can soften steel, no one knew exactly why.
The latest research has revealed that it is down to magnetic fluctuations at an atomic level.
These findings could lead to the development of steels and alloys for skyscrappers that can withstand higher temperatures.
Taken from Focus magazine ( BBC) for this november.

I try to avoid ad hominem, but Fuck-us magazine is an establishemnt rag! I used to subscribe to it for a few years. It was good when it was first launhced, but it went totally downhill! Today it's the scientific equivalent of a lad-mag with all the propaganda too! IUt's contantly debunkiing anything out of the ordinary and love to take thew piss out of "conspiracy nuts"

yes so true ?
just like the fact that we are supposed to accept that 3 terrorists took an airoplane by force
full of grown adults
with many fully large grown men on board
wielding ( and get this ) plastic knives and forks .
took the cockpit by force
through a very hardened locked door
with plastic knives and forks ??????????????????????????????????
you need to be educated in the statistics of goofy .
only black smoke came from the towers after the fuel had burned it self out .
tell me
are you also a believer that an airplane went into the pentagon leaving a hole just large enough to swing a cat ?
probably , who knows .
still , now harm in trying is there ah ?
better luck next time .
just one hint
many of us here have free minds , not controlled minds , i believe you have the wrong forum .
try tiny pops or something .

I dont believe it either, but men will usually not react to a thing like that if nobody else is either, which is what terrorists or any bully relys on.
If one guy got up and did something, and got quickly slammed down, the herd mentality takes over, and no one else gets up, which is why terrorists always quickly kill anyone who gets up no matter what.
If your in this situation, and you dont want to be killed stupidly, dont stand up to say you want to go use the toilet, because you will probably get bashed or shot as soon as you do, raise your hand slowly to get their attention then tell them.
You will then get either escorted to the toilet or told to do it in your pants.
If your lucky to be escorted, you now have a chance to deal with one yourself, this might encourage other passengers to join in and help.
You will probably need about four guys onto each terrorist, as most guys today from decades of feminisation, are now pretty pathetic in a fight, so all they will be good for is probably clumsily wrestling a terrorist to the ground and disarming him, which is why you will need the numbers.
Brave as they are for at least trying, dont really count on any of them to give a sensible hard quick punch, which would knock one of them out and lessen the problem, but you might get lucky.

I took this article from a magazine called Focus that comes out every month made by BBC.
I just wanted to know what did you think of it and see your reactions.
For my part i dont buy any of this.
Who are they kidding!

this is a joke right? if not, i should add that the wtc7 collapsed from the emotional impact. it just couldn't stand seeing the twins collapse and as a result committed suicide.

The NIST report has already explained the twin tower collapses. 10,000 pages. The more pages in the report, the more credible it is.
Seriously, more likely, a 10,000 pages report smacks more of an attempt to create a smokescreen. OR, if the report is correct and professional, then if it is so huge, an 'executive summary' should be made that boils down the main findings into a few easy-to-read pages. To demand that people should have to read 10,000 pages is insulting and very cost-and-time inefficient.

Fuck-us is published by the BBC now is it?;) Well that makes sense in a perverse way. It's a propaganda magazine and the BBC is Propaganda City!

There are abridged editions. I've read one of them and it didn't convince me at all.

But are those official abridged editions, or just results of unauthorized people having edited all the 10,000 pages?

Probably the latter, although the unauthorized people may well have been from both sides of the debate, so it doesn't mean the facutal content of the report will be censored; official reports are enough for that!

If 911 was an inside job, as it very well may have been, then the NIST must have come to understand that and yet still they had to make a report denying it.

Taken from Focus magazine ( BBC) for this november.First it was said that the fires melted the steel but when that was shown to be impossible, it was said that the fires weakened the steel enough to cause a 'pancake' collapse. Now after the 'pancake' theory has also been shown as impossible, someone is saying that magnetism brought the towers down! What next?
It might be true that very extremely powerful magnetic fields can affect the structural strength of steel - so I am left wondering where those supposed giant magnets were! It's like they will use any excuse that avoids saying the obvious.

Yeah there sure is a massive need for this type of material given all of the problems we have had with steel framed building collapses as a direct consequence of fire. What we at now???? Still a total of 3 is it?
