i was walking through leicester today when i passed a beggar who was talking on a mobile phone about 2 lads who had passed him and asking someone if they could see them. i thought it was a bit strange so i went back and stood near him. he had stopped using the phone and continued to ask for change. the clothes he was wearing were pretty decent and clean which i thought was strange too.

do you think the police are paying some of them to be their 'eyes and ears' on the street? anyone else noticed anything like this too?

It's a surveillance classic mate. Usually they are horribly bad at it

It's possible.

Although it could just be him talking to another beggar letting them know there's some possible donations to be made and that the lads are approaching that beggar's spot (territory)

See, some beggars will notice how you're dressed and may follow you to the cash machine, or see what shops you go too (expensive ones etc) They'll also check your vibes, eyes, it's about easy pickings when possible.

They're known as 'Arthurs' and they live on the street... some I suppose are coppers in disguise but many homeless are actually connected to Luciferic consciousness via alcohol drugs or schizophrenia.

I talked to some in Brighton once and learned all this straight from them.... they can sense perverts and rapists (Luciferian conscioursness refines the 6th senses to an extraordinary degree) they try to deal them rough justice..... One boasted of how he kills rapists any chance he gets.

They're like unofficial night watchmen.

Absolutely! I see a bloke in town and always give him a few quid, he doesn't strike me as being demonically possessed or indeed on the lookout for the nearest rapist or paedo to kill! the poor blokes just fallen on hard times as we all could in life.

Are you kidding?! That's the oldest one in the book.

Not fair - I know one that sits day after day at various spots in the one town and pretends to humiliate himself repeatedly, whilst keeping watch. I tell you, it must take some discipline and selfless devotion to the agency to do that, nothing to shabby IMO. Called making the best of a truly shit job. :p
