Something I've never seen mentioned anywhere is the small 'cinema' that was at the top of at least one of the Towers.
My Ex won a holiday to New York and we went in Februray 2001. It was a weekend so we did the whole sight-seeing thing. We went to the top of one of the towers, or as far as the public were allowed.
At the top was a smallish screen and seats (probably seating about 20-30 people) and all it showed was a cockpit view of a flight into New York, and if my memory serves me correct, the film ended once the flight reached the towers. Anyone else heard of or seen this?
(also there was a novelty type machine which you put 'coins' into and pulled a leaver that flattened the coin till it was paper thin, like a memorabilia thing, I've got one I did somewhere, and I'm sure it was the two towers on the coin)
