You have to live these simple truths...

It's clear that our decadent mainstream society is geared to bloating the egos of every Tom, Dick and Harriet. It's also clear that this selfish path leads to misery.

An important point in the video is the importance of not feeling better than others because you are on a different path, or a different stage on the path. It's like snakes and ladders. You make a bit of progress, get a big head, and whoosh, you're sitting on your arse again... :D

Being tolerant to yourself is also important! It's not easy playing a game where you don't know the rules; or you're not even aware that there is a game, and your opponents in the etheric are cheating...

But once you do understand all that....
