If your child could wear an implant – a microchip that could tell a computer where he or she was at any time to within a few metres – would you buy it? After the horrific snatch of three-year-old Madeleine McCann from her bed in Portugal, the answer from many parents seems to be “yes”.

Professor Kevin Warwick, who developed the technology that made it possible for the first child in Britain to volunteer to be “chipped” in 2002 – after the murders of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman – has been bombarded with e-mails over the past few days from parents desperate to keep tabs on their children. As we talk, another e-mail drops into his inbox from a mother of two young children who says that she is deeply anxious about Madeleine’s disappearance and wants to know more about the chip technology.

I had a feeling that chipping would be bought up again as a result of this. Luckily it didn't come to fruition in 2002 once the hysteria died down but this time it's been absolute pandemonium and it's clear to see why uninformed parents might be suddenly open to the idea of this technology. Let's hope that she's found and that the hyperbole fades before this sub-issue gets any more attention

i read an article and the guy at the forfront of the microchip in the uk says he's ready to implant any who wnt it and he's getting hundreds of calls a day from worried parents wanting their kids chipped, problem reaction solution, what we gonna do people, we're all just watching it happen, there ust be something we can do, trouble is its deep routed, people i speak to are happy being sheep and cant even see anything wrong with the world, its very frustrating especially as i have inside info, even my family r worried for me!

Even scarier - I'm not sure I should post this. I while ago I found an article on the former PM (TB). It said after the massive paedophile investigation in 2003 I think it was, a load of govrnmnt MP's were implicated in a paed ring and TB blocked them due to the war. This paed ring was linked to countries including portugal. You'd have to google it.

The more we resist the more this will happen to increase the fear. But we HAVE to resist, one day they will slip up and slip up BIG TIME. Then we will all know. The chip isn't just going to watch our every move, but it might have to technology to control our emotions - emotions are just hormones, electrical signals could be used to turn us aggressive or passive or confused or anything. Has anyone noticed their pets behaviour after being chipped? I know one dog was put down after having the chip due to a violent episode and he was usually quite timid and there have been a few in the news attacking people.

the danger i see is not by dying, but not allowing you to die, not allowing you to be sentient being but electronically maintained dead body thinking you are alive.
a body with no mind of its own by electronic memories,
a body with no soul, but a computer emulating a soul.
that is far worse than death.

but... they cannot force the chip on you -- you have to be willing to accept it.


think about it... physical life here on earth is not what is at stake, what needs to be preserved.

lets suppose the creator knew human heart so well that he
knew fullwell that man's freewill will be deciding factor of man accepting or rejecting the chip.

see, it is only the freewill of your friends, your neighbors and you that could bring microchipping to the fruition.

the time will come when we will have to make some very important decisions, so we better make sure we make right decisions right then.


all of this talk about people awakening up is actually pointless, because majority of people nowadays could not care less about millions of people being murdered, not to even mention children.

Good points!! I would rather have my body die first. I will never accept the chipping as a part of my reality.

A lot of people do not believe in the 'Bible', but the book of Revelation has predicted this nearly 2,000 years ago. The chip is coming, no doubt about that, it's just a matter of eternity to accept it or not. 'The mark of the Beast' will 'pledge your allegiance'.
