This is a very basic alchemical preparation which anyone can do with no equipment...

Don't underestimate it though, you'll find nutrients in here that you will never find on your dinner plate.

Here's what you do.

Get a preferably dried plant but any kind of plant will do...Go out in nature and pick one or goto the shops and buy one, it doesn't matter...I'm looking forward to the nettles coming back so I can do this with them...

Let's say for instance, you decided to buy some dried ginseng...

Next cut the ginseng up and put it into a bottle of cognac or brandy, the higher the proof the better. About 1 part ginseng to 7 part brandy will be fine.

Leave for two weeks...It would help if you give it a shake every now and then.

After two weeks, the alchohol will have extracted the tincture off the ginseng...Now in that tincture you've basically the kind of tincture you'd buy in a health store.

Now to alchemise it!

Get the dead feces of the ginseng and incinerate them. Burn until they are as white as possible. This burns away the impurities of the ginseng and energises the remains. Once you've got it nice and white, simply pour it back into the tincture and give a good shake...

Then leave it in a warm place for about a month...This gives the tincture time to start to digest and become one with the powder.

Make sure that in the jar you keep it in, about half of it is air. This is so that the elixir will slightly vaporize and condense in the jar, circulating the elixir.

After about a month, you will have a basic elixir...Some of the tincture will merge with the salt and that will create a powerful mind expanding medicine. Other parts of the tincture and other parts of the powder will not merge, this is because you will need more processes of purification to make a perfect alchemical wedding which is much harder. However, the tincture is very good for you and so is the energised partly digested powder.

Take about 20-50 drops per day.
