Anyone else get this?

Occasionally Ill get these seemingly random flashes of energy rip through my body. Its almost as if my head is being electrocuted . Dont know how long its been though, couple years maybe, maybe more? I dont know. Does anyone know if this is something reported?

I've never experienced that, but ever since I can remember I always get a really strange sensation if I've been wearing shades in the sun & then I go indoors still wearing them for a few seconds. It's hard to explain, but it's a really nice warm feeling it's like a flash that focuses me & reminds me I'm in the here & now & so alive! :cool::)

yes, i get that, it is like a 'static burst' in my head, (crackling 'sound' as well), and my vision flashes a bit like a fault on a DVD. It only lasts a split second but it happens a couple of times a week. To me it is more proof of the holographic nature of reality.

It has been happening for about 6 months and has got more frequent, at first it really made me jump.

A similiar phenomenon is heat waves coming from within the body and unrelated to the energy centers or biologic sensations, for me it's coming from the feet.
