you can understand if she was a mindless yob throwing rubbish down cos she can`t be bothered putting it in the bin, but a woman with a toddler, I used to push my daughter around and know how hard it is,and how much hassle it is getting on and off buses why don`t the two council idiots try and ticket a hoodie with a pit bull (probably shitting the street up) and charge them, cos they would get black eye and no fine money and cost them hundreds placing and forcing another asbo.

nah though it does need people to make a stand you dont need to run away or hit the police peson (youd get fined less for assault lol) what you need is to say well ok ill sit in jail for this, i am not paying this injustice of a fine. and then the state will have to put you in prison which will cost it money to feed you ect.

I would hope that would be the case , peter19. The problem is, that is exactly what the "powers" that be want. The idea is to get as many people as possible into prisons which have been privatised. These prisons are self funding due to the fact that they represent a captive workforce.This serves two purposes at least. They train you to obey authority, and they compete with outside businesses for contracts therefore driving down wages. Cheap labour for all. No need to depend on China!.
