KEYS TO THE OTHER SIDE

Greetings!
Some incredible new openings arrived for us on April 1st. Like a huge flower opening and readying to bloom, much was revealed to us and a very new doorway opened to allow an effortless and beautiful entry into a higher vibrating reality and world of our wildest dreams.

Some are having awesome and incredible experiences, and others are feeling stagnation and heaviness. There is a key to this door to heaven, and all we need do is be willing to grasp it and open the door.

I have been telling a tale the past months or perhaps years of dimensional hierarchies. I have been telling a tale about how we would eventually arrive in a space where we would be on a new and different “other side,” spending limited but valuable time on the dimensional border, and rarely going back to the lower and denser dimensions which will be crashing as they prepare to depart. This is all finally occurring now. This scenario is most certainly here…we are smack in the middle of it now.

What is the key to the door and what are some of the manifestations of this very new arrival into the higher realms?

Manifestations: The density in the higher realms is much lighter. This means that what remains is mostly the purer forms of vibration, with much gone that was released and purged (remember 2007, the year of purging and growth?). So then, there is not nearly as much “in between” manifestations of form. When we look out through the windows of our eyes, we don’t see as much forest, as much has been cleared.

In this regard, our boundaries are now much thinner. Very commonly through the ascension process, we experience specific phases of unpleasantness relating to boundaries. These phases always occur when we have reached a new and higher vibrating plateau. We can have an experience where we feel we have been violated, intruded upon, or perhaps that we were taken advantage of for our goodness, kindness and understanding. We can feel as if someone or something has entered our private space, taken control when we have not given permission, and is doing things or vibrating in ways that make us extremely uncomfortable. An unpleasant energy seems to want to run our show without our permission. There seems to be an uninvited intruder present.

Here is what is occurring: The lower vibrating energies are in extreme fear now, as they are aware (but rarely consciously) that they are departing. They are grasping to hold onto something. They are grabbing a shore and the shore is us. We feel good to them as we vibrate higher. We are loving and understanding. Thus, they are clinging onto us in desperation, and unfortunately, our understanding nature makes us very vulnerable.

Because of the new boundary situation with less density and boundaries present, they are really in our spaces. Having this kind of lower vibrating and very fearful and extreme energy within our spaces can feel scary, out of control, and even create panic and anxiety. The antidote can be simple ….we need to show love to these energies while we most assuredly refuse to allow these energies to continue their dance. We need to extricate ourselves from them, as they will most certainly pull us down into their space.

We can love them, but we need not spend all our time with them. Being firm while moving on is the best scenario here. But there is yet another piece. Compassion is a higher vibrating energy, but love vibrates even higher. When we are in compassion, we are taking on the energy of that which we are feeling compassion for. This pulls us down. In addition, there is no compassion on the other side as there is no suffering. Deep caring can be awesome, but too much of it can allow us to give ourselves away. Love is pure and simple. We love but do not own or relate anymore to the energies of which we are no longer in alignment with. Love and limited caring until we are able to be only in pure love is perhaps the best scenario in dealing with these energies.

Love and move on. Understand and care briefly, and move on. And when we are in the spaces of these lower vibrating energies, vibrating love to them will keep our own vibrations high while allowing us to reside in these spaces of dimensional divide for a limited time.

As the doors have finally flown open for our new residency in a higher realms reality, staying back with these fearful energies will only serve to pull us down, delay our arrival, and devalue ourselves as well. We have most certainly earned this new chapter, or new book of the life of our wildest dreams, and putting ourselves first will guarantee our arrival with complete certainty.

Is this being selfish? One of the “keys of being” that is included in Stepping Into the New Reality (yes, finally out soon for those of you who may be interested!) is that we have to put ourselves first. We can’t pour water from an empty pitcher. This way of being also keeps our vibration high as well.

What about service? Yes, very important here in regard to the dimensional hierarchies. Non-physical beings don’t spend a lot of time in our dimension, even though they can be great advisors and love us dearly. They do not spend much time in our dimension because they cannot. Higher and lower vibrating energies cannot exist in the same space for long periods of time.

We can always go lower, but we cannot go higher until we are matching that higher vibration within ourselves. We are now being asked to go higher and stay there as we are now vibrating higher. When we drop down to assist those vibrating lower, at the space of the dimensional boundary, we can only stay there for limited times of service, vibrating love and assistance through our store-fronts, and then we must go back home.

And any lower than the dimensional divide is the old world. The old world is falling fast now. Here in the US, the economy is crashing, as the old world is experiencing a need to turn inside out while its value system is re-structuring. Staying out of the old world is a necessity now, as we do not want to go down with the ship.

The key to the other side?

Letting go of the burdens and responsibilities that are not ours. Letting go of the illusional “have to’s.” No longer being there for others. Allowing the energies and journeys of others to be their own. Focusing on where we are now vibrating, or the higher realms, and really seeing where we actually are instead of focusing on what is falling away. The higher realms is right in front of us and many times we do not even notice. Not taking on the energies of others, not doing it all, and not feeling responsible for the whole of the planet, as the planet is right where it needs to be.

Lots of “nots” here! How about this more higher vibrating version instead: Following our bliss. Allowing ourselves to put ourselves first. Owning our own journey. Staying true to our pure and authentic selves. Being in our own space. Supporting ourselves as this supports the whole as well. And letting go of the burdens.

The theme here is responsibility. Many may need to let go of being over-responsible, but there are others who will need to become more responsible for themselves. Either way, there is an imbalance.

Once we let go and extricate ourselves from the energies of others we will be catapulted like magic into a very new reality. I can assure you, your life will turn into the life of your wildest dreams.

“Well, this doesn’t make much sense Karen,” you might be thinking. “After all, you have been saying for weeks and weeks that we were ‘waiting” for everyone else to catch up!”

We have most certainly been transmuting the energies for the whole. This has been a role of each and every lightworker indeed. And yes, we have been “waiting” for this new opening to occur as we wanted as many people on board as possible.

The transmuting and waiting are what was needed to create the critical mass of energy required to blast through to the other side. The mission has now been accomplished. Life on “the other side” is very different from life in the old world. We no longer transmute or wait for others to catch up, as we are all here right now. Being in our integrity, being true to ourselves, vibrating as high as possible while interacting with others who are doing the same is the way here. Equal contributions are the way as well. This supports the whole.

So then, equal contributions of our gifts and talents, or our true and authentic selves, requires a balance of responsibility…we cannot give too much and we cannot take too much either. Being who we are is the key. When we are all simply being who we are, in our integrity, then we naturally support each other.

We are all integral pieces of the whole, and now that we are vibrating higher and higher, we will begin to congeal in small like minded communities which will be separate from what is falling. We will begin supporting ourselves and no longer relying on support from the old outside world of the masses.

And as more and more individuals residing in the old world begin to be willing to let go and change, we will have the opportunity to assist them in getting to where we are through our store-fronts and our service which will exist on the dimensional border.

At times I receive correspondences from readers who vehemently object to portions of my writings. There is much room in these energy alerts for mis-interpretation. I am unable to go into great detail about each concept, and this can cause mis-interpretations. In addition, we are all vibrating at different levels and see through different filters as well.

So please know that some of this material may seem “off” to some of you without the luxury of a long winded explanation. In the new Stepping Into the New Reality program, there will be an opportunity to ask questions to gain clarity. The books and programs are much more in-depth as well. The energy alerts are meant to bring validation to our experiences and to assist in clarifying this sometimes strange and confusing experience of ascension. Many of us are tired as well and don’t wish to wade through a long winded energy alert several times per month.

My hope and desire is that the brevity of these messages serves to assist and support, and not to confuse. If we never read or attempted to learn one thing in this world, we would all be fine… because very simply, we are always right where we need to be. Enjoying our lives each and every day, being present in them, accepting that we are here having an experience called life, and enjoying the simplicity of each and every moment is all that is ever needed anyway.

We have everything we need right now. We are alive. We have a new opportunity each and every day to create fresh and new. There is much to be grateful for in the simplicity of each moment. We really don’t need to be anywhere else or even know anything!

DIS-CONNECTIONS, RE-ALIGNMENTS, AND THE MIRACLES OF "LOCAL"

Greetings!

Although this rarely occurs, it has been much longer than usual in between energy alerts this time. The last energy alert was posted on April 3rd. I was blessed a few weeks ago to acquire my dream land here in the red rocks of the same local area of New Mexico where I have been living, and blessed as well to acquire a rare and “very modest” rental home (or rather, interesting shack) directly across the road within a brief walking distance of my land, where I can reside while I am building some kind of structure to live in! The land and the terms of acquisition seemed to be magically orchestrated, all in divine and perfect order for our new energetic space of new beginnings, as I will address further on in this energy alert. In this regard, I have been moving, have not had internet access, and have been ill as well. At one point I attempted to post this newest energy alert at an internet café about an hour away, but my new laptop would not connect there either! All this supporting our latest energy status of dis-connections. My new internet service was finally connected a few moments ago, so things are finally back to a normal and functioning state…if only I could find my pots and pans! I thank you for your patience…

The energies of late? Much has been missing its mark, as we have broken through into a very new and higher vibrating space and this greatly affects our aligning and connecting experiences. In addition, it can feel as though we are in a no space with nothing much going on at all, and perhaps feeling as if there are no connections to anything either! Are we hanging out there in the middle of nowhere, abandoned, lost, and left behind to our own defenses? Are we in a strange and new space with no one to talk to, to connect to, and with anything and everything seemingly lost out there in a black hole far, far away? Is everyone and everything gone? Are our businesses, friends, means of support and much else gone forever? Will we be able to survive? Does anyone care about us anymore? Have we fallen down a long tunnel far, far away?

I can assure you that all is in divine and perfect order.

Some manifestations of our dis-connect: We may hear information from someone about a situation, and completely different information about the same situation from someone else. We may be told one thing, and then suddenly, an entirely different scenario manifests, as if some other reality was taking place and it suddenly arrived in our space, but somehow we missed out on how it got there, and it may not even match what we had been experiencing or were being told only a few days, hours, or minutes before. Someone says this and another person says that. Nothing may seem to make sense and confusion can abound during these times!

We may not be able to connect to what we seem to need to connect to. There may be delays, interruptions, or even an extreme inability to connect at all. There may seem to be no open door to communication with no understanding or comprehension from either party. Misinterpretations can abound during these times. We may connect to someone with the same name as the one we are trying to connect to, but it is an entirely different person!

Connections to things electronic may seem to go haywire with constant glitches, problems, and the like. Electronics may not seem to operate as they should, with one mishap after another, with seemingly no resolution in sight.

We may make progress, but in small steps, little increments, and when each accomplishment finally arrives, it may not be the best one, and so yet another solution or manifestation unfolds. This is because much is re-aligning and sorting itself out. The dust has not yet settled with all of the new due to come our way.

Much of everything may seem to have disappeared. Our means of financial support may have dwindled, our friends may seem farther away than normal, and much of anything may seem just too busy to find us. We may feel lost, confused, and left out. We may feel empty or perhaps floating around in a space of no space, all alone on a deserted island.

We may find that when we attempt to connect locally, or to anything which is near to us in the physical, our connections manifest in record time. We may think something, and it miraculously appears in seconds. Miracles may seem to abound when we stay put, or in our immediate space. Local has all the power now, as this is our new evolutionary status.

Here is what is occurring: The doors finally opened fully to the other side, or to a higher vibrating space around the latter part of March. Some experienced this as an initiation of sorts in their dream state, as well as having some strange and unusual occurrences regarding sounds (usually buzzing), seeing lights, and the like, as well as an intense and dramatic letting go. For some, it may have felt like a huge door swung open, and for others, they may have felt nothing at all.

In the 3D reality, we let go of our physical bodies when we “die.” We don’t take our suitcases with us either. Through the ascension process, we are dying while we are still in our physical forms, only this process is occurring gradually in small steps. During this last phase into a higher vibrating space or dimension, we needed to let go of much that was holding us back or keeping us in a lower vibrating state. In this regard, we most recently needed to dis-connect from others who were holding us down.

So then, during this latest phase, we were being encouraged to let go of our old ways of “helping,” assisting, holding on to others through compassion, and even finally letting go of the responsibilities we had held for so long in regard to getting this planet into a higher vibrating reality by using ourselves as the vehicles for transmutation. We were being released so that we could “die” some more, go to the light, and arrive in a new reality.

I am currently recovering from a kidney stone (part of the reason for the delay in writing a new energy alert!). I have never had one before and have not been to a doctor or health practitioner in several years…it was all so very strange until I realized what was occurring. I am truly blessed to have wonderful neighbors. A few days after I moved into my first house here last October, we were invited to dinner across the street. There I met Jerry and his wife Nelda. Jerry and Nelda, an awesome couple of Mormon faith, have watched over my house while I was away, always made sure I was OK, invited me to dances and dinners in town, helped me move into the house I am now occupying, Jerry dowsed my new land for water, and the like. A few weeks ago Jerry had a kidney stone and it was discovered that Nelda had ovarian cancer. When I heard about this, I was crushed and immediately went into compassion. Very soon after, I got a kidney stone myself and the major portion of the pain was in the area of my ovary.

Because the state of compassion vibrates lower than love, we can easily take on the energy of what we are showing compassion for. This lowers our vibration. The answer is to stay in love and to stay separate. This is what was holding many of us back from moving into the new world. We may have cared too deeply for others with a strong desire to help and assist.

We no longer need to assist in this way. We can retire now from our old roles. Our mission has been accomplished. As we learn to vibrate differently, we can now move on.

Currently, then, we are “re-booting.” We are gearing up and re-aligning ourselves for the new and everyone is different in regard to how this manifests. Some may feel as though they do not want to do a thing, cannot get going, feel a heaviness and a dragged down feeling, and very lethargic. Some may feel spacey, dis-oriented, have difficulty concentrating…or maybe even lost in space. Others may be preparing as if a spring cleaning is needed. And during this house cleaning, many may find that it is indeed time to let go of much while we are preparing for our very new beginnings.

We are indeed re-aligning to a great degree. This is what is causing the strange occurrences with connections. As we are now vibrating higher, we are no longer in alignment with the things we used to be in alignment with. Because of this, we may find ourselves not being able to communicate with others, not wanting to continue friendships, and certainly experiencing an inability to connect to electronics and much of anything residing in the old world of lower vibrating creations!

As we have reached the end of the tunnel, we may feel like much of everything else is on the opposite end of the tunnel where we are, and thus, much can feel as if it is existing somewhere far, far way.

When we begin to vibrate higher, we are almost literally invisible to old lower vibrating forms. When I tried to find an installer for my internet satellite, they could not find my community or new address anywhere in their map system. It was as if I did not even exist. This is what at times can create the feeling of being lost. And this is what is creating the re-setting, re-aligning, and the new connections as well.

In addition, we may need to part with some of our brothers and sisters, as we no longer share the same roles or pieces and realities of the new world. This was the case for Phil and I, as we have now completely parted in all ways. We were intended to be together for a brief time, and we are now done with what we came together to do. Someone who is an ideal match for me now is due to arrive very soon. And during this parting process, I indeed learned about holding on as well. Wanting to part as a team effort, supporting each other, and being there for each other did not work. I was holding on in an effort to take the high road of parting ways in integrity, consideration, with caring and mutual support, and this only created confusion and stress for both of us. I would have never guessed. When it is time to let go, it is simply time to let go in all ways.

A brief side note here: For many, our new beginnings involve being with the partners and friends of our dreams and our ideal mates. Our ideal companions are just that. Meaning it is not necessary to have a partner who shares our project or our “work,” and certainly who is not in our space to help us balance our issues. Ideal partners in the higher realms reflect a wonderful companionship, as at this point we are fairly complete and whole all on our own. This is part of the reality of these very new beginnings which we will indeed experience soon. We are in yet another of the many transitions of the ascension process, and this particular one has many, many facets and phases as it is so very monumental.

So here is what is ahead and what we are evolving into as a whole and as individuals, even though you may be tired of hearing it so many times! (smile): We have refined ourselves and purified to a great degree, although we still have much more yet to do. This creates a more purified version of who we are. In this way, we then begin to attract other more purified things into our lives which match where we currently are. As things are condensing and refining more and more, the denser energies are also leaving as well, creating much less space in between our connections. Thus, we need to re-align with things that now match where we are. Those we part from will also re-align with things that match where they are as well. All in divine and perfect order.

Small communities will begin to form, as they are beginning now. This will create much in the way of “local.” You may find yourself now using a landline phone instead of a cell phone. You may find yourself connecting more to others who reside in your immediate community. The airlines here in the US are supporting this energy of “staying home,” as thousands of flights have been cancelled lately due to unusual circumstances. We are refining and purifying, and this creates a natural state of congealing with other energies similar to ours….thus, local communities, as energies which are vibrating lower seem to exist somewhere far, far away.

Becoming more grounded will be prevalent, as well as aligning and grounding to your area of residence. And yes, small communities can form within big metropolises. We need only be in an area where we feel good, as that is all that matters. If you feel that you are not yet in this space of local community, you are not alone. We are all right where we need to be, and this will be addressed more fully further on in this energy alert.

As the solar flares of the past have subsided to a great degree, our connections to the light will come much more from our connections to each other. We are vibrating higher now within ourselves, and we need only connect to each other for love and support. Yet another alignment to starting new communities here on Earth.

Those of us who have been unable to drop extra weight will see it falling off now. Holding the light or higher vibrations for the whole is no longer necessary, as we have reached a critical mass as well as moved into a higher vibrating reality, and thus, left the denser energies behind. The weight or light we carry is now more evenly distributed among the masses, as our mission has been accomplished. We need not carry it by ourselves now in order to shift the energies. And in addition, we will be communing with our brothers and sisters of the light and thus, need not carry this weight or light when we are together.

When I used to visit the ancient sites, I would love to communicate with our ancient elders and learn how they used to live and what they held dear. I am no longer in this space. During the last visit I made to my favorite site during the equinox, it was made very clear that I need only hang out, enjoy myself, and learn nothing more. This is because we have now surpassed these ancient and highly evolved ways. We are now at a point where we can create what we choose on this planet Earth. It is entirely up to us. And this is part of our new beginnings. Our old spirit guides may have departed as well, as our guidance is being encouraged to come from within ourselves…not from without (even though our spirit guides were always only higher vibrating aspects of ourselves anyway: it is just that we are now becoming them or surpassing them).

So for some, new guides may arrive and for others, they may be greatly encouraged to use their wisdom from within. As we continue with our evolutionary process, more and more we become the angels of the earth ourselves as we ourselves become the non-physical beings with whom we used to consult. This is why we may appear invisible to some, or at least, greatly unnoticed in the old reality of lower vibrational manifestations.

We will begin to support each other through utilizing our own unique gifts and talents within our local communities. About 25% of our time will be spent providing service to the masses in the way of our store-fronts. Our store-fronts will connect globally, while the remainder of our connections will be to our local environment. Our store-fronts will bring in the financial support we need which makes up for any support we still cannot get from our local communities.

We are all at different levels of this scenario. Generally speaking, the first wavers have retired and all their needs will be met. On down the rungs of the ladder will be others who desire to follow. These individuals will be assisted by those who have retired, and they will be assisted through the store-fronts. In this way, our store-fronts will cater more to the mainstream than ever before. Know as well, that there are always overlaps and grey areas. Some may not serve the mainstream, but serve others who are near the top rung with much more higher vibrating services. Others may have store-fronts at the same time that they are still moving up the ladder. This is just an overview of our evolutionary process and how it will most likely unfold and there is always room for change as we are the ultimate creators.

Currently in the US our economy is resetting itself. It is experiencing a rebooting as well. So there is much going on all at once now, as the US has always been the fore-runner for the rest of the world. Our store-fronts will be the glue that holds what is left together. We will all be OK. We will be OK either through our store-fronts as wayshowers, or through the assistance of others who are a bit ahead of us. Or even through the love, unity, connections, and support of our new communities!

No one is better than another, and no one has missed the boat. We determined our roles and how they would unfold well before we entered these physical forms. In this way, we are all right where we need to be according to what our own individual roles are about. Holding the space where each of us is residing is always perfection. In this way we assist the whole as we assist ourselves. We need to be in different spaces. This is part of the process…

Re-booting almost always involves the heavy feeling of lethargy, but it always passes as well. We may feel as if we are going in circles and getting nowhere, but as things settle out through their new alignments, we will experience more magic than we have ever known.

LULL- ABYE'S, RE-CONNECTIONS, AND BEING COLD

Greetings!

I recently moved into a house which needed a lot of work, but the rent was extremely low, and it was a very unusual find, directly across the road from my newly acquired property. Being that I will be living here while I build a home across the road (or rather a studio above a barn, until I am ready to build my dream home!), and requiring beautiful surroundings around me as they vibrate so much higher, my real estate agent/neighbor/friend/angel and I decided that I should paint the interior of this modest rental home in some awesome colors.

What a project it turned out to be. The old paint on the kitchen cupboards was a pretty ghastly and intense color, as was another set of cabinets, but my landlord who is away in Indonesia for five years teaching “green” was more than agreeable to whatever I chose to do.

First, I had some sanding to do. Then, two and sometimes three coats of primer were needed. After that, two coats of color were needed. Then, the teal color I had chosen did not dry dark enough, looked baby blue instead, and I had to have the color altered and paint again! I began to wonder if this project would ever get done. Would I ever be able to live in a beautiful and comfortable home? Would I be able to feel “right” in this new space? Would this project ever be completed so that I could finally unpack and settle in?

And this is the way it is with our current energetic space. The process of arriving at our new space…the year of new beginnings…a higher vibrating dimension…and the “other side” takes several steps to complete and to ready us for this very new life of our dreams.

First, many of us experienced scenarios of strange and wild dis-connects. Our intentions seemed to miss their mark and end up somewhere completely different. Scenarios were unfolding which did not make much sense, confusion and mis-communication abounded, and chaos was ever present. At times, it felt as though we were in a strange dream where we had no control over anything that happened in our lives. Things seemed to take on a life of their own, and we may have found ourselves wondering who, if anyone, was at the helm.

This was a period of re-aligning, or re-setting. Once we reached the critical mass needed to break through to the “other side,” or new reality, it might not have unfolded as we had imagined. Small miracles and wonderful manifestations indeed occurred, but only in small steps, or of big ones, they were intermittent, with starts, stops, and intermittent success. Other miracles abounded with no effort, and this pattern is continuing still.

Here is what is occurring: Yes, we are greatly re-aligning and re-setting ourselves. As some things come into alignment, a manifestation then occurs. With so much re-aligning all at once, these new alignments are arriving in small steps, one by one, as we begin to create an entirely new and whole way of being, a new life, and a new us. Small and continuous steps…as each phase is completed.

In this way, much can manifest only part way. We may find that a project or scenario gets only partly finished, but not completed. It may seem like it can take forever to make any progress, but as each step comes into alignment, with perhaps many changes taking place during the process, the project is eventually completed, and in a way which now suits who we are now and how we are now vibrating.

If we make a decision that we are not comfortable with, we can always choose again. This is the beauty of creation. It is never too late to choose again and start a very new reality and a very new scenario. This is where we are now. We are choosing new and better scenarios for ourselves. We no longer need to “settle” or to accept less than what we desire as our heaven on earth, in all areas of our lives.

We are aligning now with our true and authentic selves. This means that this more purified self has risen to the surface, ready to be birthed. This self is much more in alignment with our soul, or with our higher self, whichever is a more comfortable term for you.

Because we purged and released so much of the old lower vibrating aspects of ourselves in 2007 (and throughout much of the past 8 years as well), we are now ready for much more of our higher self or soul self to be birthed. In this way, we are now ready for a new reality to manifest which is reflective of how we are vibrating internally. Our outside reality is now coming into alignment with our new soul selves and this is what is creating all the changes in what we are now in alignment with.

And this takes time. It does not happen all at once. And know as well that this is a monumental step we are taking. We want it to be right. The baby blue needs to be teal!

Here are some keys which may be of assistance to us:

If you are one who has not been in alignment externally with much of your true, authentic self, then you will find that much will be falling away in your life. This is not as bad as it may feel…honestly. Your new will arrive very soon, and it will be better than it has ever been before. The transition can be confusing, but if you are willing to let go effortlessly, the new will arrive in record time.

During this time, there may seem to be a lull. A big lull, actually. Lulls occur when we are re-setting or re-aligning. It may seem that everything has left us, and we are in one big void of nothing, or seemingly going nowhere, but in actuality, we are in an adjustment phase of re-aligning.

It is during this time that we can then become very clear about what it is that we really and truly desire for ourselves. Here is the key for this phase: What is in alignment with our true and authentic selves will stay. What is not will leave or become unbearable. And this unbearable part can at times feel like hell. This is because we are now in heaven, and in this way, staying in alignment with who we really and truly are and what it is that we really and truly desire, will keep us there. Hell comes when we are out of alignment with our heaven, or rather not allowing it in our space.

Say that you have a job or career that really feels like you. Suddenly, parts of it simply leave. Your business begins to falter. What is leaving is the part that is not you and was not yours to do in the first place. As we evolve, we refine to a great degree. You are simply refining into your true self and your outside reality is manifesting just that.

It is not possible to be in a job that is not a good fit in every way. There absolutely have to be parts of it that fit who we are, otherwise we would not have manifested it in the first place. These are the parts that we wish to keep. Dream jobs and dream relationships are ones which match who we are in as many ways as possible. The more overlaps of alignments there are, the better the fit and the more we are in our heaven.

What is it that you absolutely love about your job? Are there any aspects that are effortless? These you will want to keep, and the rest will leave your space. In this way, you will always be in your heaven, and in alignment with your heavenly self. This is how it was intended to be. This is occurring for many of us now whether we desire it or not, and all because we have now arrived in heaven. Residing in heaven means we have to match it. Otherwise we can feel as though we are in hell instead.

Are you doing things and staying with jobs, individuals, or geographical homes because of a sense of responsibility or have to’s? In the higher realms, there are no have to’s. These only cause pain and suffering for us. It is OK to let go. We are not responsible for the welfare or happiness of others.

This can take a great amount of trust. Jumping off a cliff is not an easy task for most. But taking the risk of following our heart of hearts, of loving ourselves enough to allow and be willing for our new to arrive, and to really and truly trust that we are worthy and ready for it, will bring it to us in no time at all. Putting ourselves first and trusting that this will be OK, will allow something much better to arrive for us.

There is another interesting scenario manifesting now for many as well. One of the many common stages of the ascension process involves re-uniting or coming together with friends, family, or loved ones whom we have not seen for quite awhile.

After this initial stage of dis-connecting, we are now beginning the stage of re-connecting. We are re-connecting, then, with the aspects of others in our circle which vibrate higher. We are re-connecting in order to build our new foundation. We are blending with the higher vibrating aspects of others to re-unite once again and to begin the process of creating a new whole.

This phase can manifest as coming together with old friends and family during our dream time or even in our waking lives. Currently, the majority of the new movies being released now in the US are second versions of movies with a same cast that was successful years ago, or re-makes of successful movies or shows from the past. A re-uniting of the higher aspects of the old to begin anew. Pulling in a new foundation which works for us or has worked in the past.

Yet another phase of this process involves not feeling good about ourselves. We may have dreams that we are horrible people, or perhaps even feel bad about ourselves in our waking state as well. Have we harmed others unintentionally?Are others angry with us? Have we wandered off our intended trail? Are we on track?

This stage is common as well, as it is only part of the re-aligning process, and many are experiencing it at different times. You may have felt it a few weeks ago, or perhaps not at all yet.

Another manifestation of this transition is being cold with an inability to get warm. This is yet another common stage and symptom of the ascension process. Shifting from one vibrational space to another frequently creates this state of being cold. At times I have to get in a hot tub in order to warm up. Many are waking at dawn as well. At some levels, we are very much ready to begin our new lives in a very new reality. We want to be here.

Some are noticing back pain, yet another common symptom. I frequently comment that we are sprouting our angel wings, and this only means that we release much in the area of our backs and necks, as this area opens up to higher vibrations and to re-alignments. The more we open, the more we become our intended angles of the earth.

As much completes the re-setting and re-aligning process, we will indeed finally begin to experience the life of our dreams. Yes, this will indeed be the year of new beginnings, but we needed to complete the necessary stages first. Are you ready? Are you willing to take a chance and let go of the old and what no longer feels good to you? Can you trust that your heaven is right there in front of you, just waiting for you to allow it into your life? Can you focus your attention on all the wonders around you instead of all the horrors of the other world?

We are integrating much now, and all, as always, is in divine and perfect order. I can’t wait to see what will happen next!

It sounds like you've just misunderstood what Karen Bishop means by her term "lull" is all joanna.

The ongoing ascension process has many different phases, stages, layers and levels to it. If it didn't, the constant onslaught of higher energies with no "lulls" or breaks, integration and adjustment periods, would simply destroy our bodies and minds! There's always periods of rest or "lulls" to integrate what's just happened....whatever it is, ascension related or not. ;)

Think of this like a group of mountain climbers struggling up a frozen mountain. There's periods of intense exertion and hard work just moving forward. Then the climbers at the front of the line reach a point where they wait for the other climbers below they to catch up. That is one stage of a "lull" or rest and integration for some of them. When the other's arrive, they enter that "lull" or rest and integration phase themselves.

The ongoing ascension process is full of different little phases like stairsteps, and they cycle around over and over again, just like the cheesy mountain climber example I used. Stairsteps of energy with periods (either months, weeks or only days inbetween some phases) of powerful incoming energies that directly affect us followed by a period of exhaustion, pain, deep emotions and/or numerous other symptoms, with a phase of slow down or a "lull" where we readapt, readjust, realign with what's just happened to us and inside of us. There's other steps and phases in this but I hope this helps explain what Karen Bishop means with the term "lull". :)

Has anyone else felt a ... umm hard to explain ... since March ish .. I feel such a deep connection with the earth ... I mean literally felt love from her and towards her ...

And I mean this literally ... when I say I think we are literally her children .. we are made from the same carbon atoms etc etc and material that she is made from ...

Its weird .. but I just feel this immense gratitude and love towards her .. and I keep apologising to her for the way we injure and disrespect her ...

And yea .. some of you will think I am nuts .. Im not I am very grounded ..you would not pick me out in a crowd as a tree hugger !!!

Just wondering if any one else has been feeling this recently ..

Additionally, I have been feeling quite heart broken about the way we treat other life forms .. slaughter houses etc ... wild animals .. if they are a nuisance - ''legislate and kill them'' - you know ... govts animal control policies = 10000 horses shot in australia in Dec 2007 or Nov etc etc ...

I am finding the pain of all this quite unbearable ...

Is it just me ?

I don't know the scientific terms and explanation for it, but we have small electrical currents running through our bodies and our frequencies seem to match up to Earth's. I too definitely feel the Earth is very much alive and we are connected to it intimately (we've just forgotten what that feels like).

It's hard for me to even watch commercials about abused animals and children. I am extremely sensitive to violence and abuse of animals and children. The helpless and weak.

This is normal for highly sensitive people, Wanderers, and people who are trying to vibrate higher (serving others vs. serving self). Hang in there. Simply by thinking positive thoughts, sending out love with your thoughts, prayer/affirmation, we can help Earth and others! This is true!!! :D

I have trouble seeing people and animals abused to. I'm actually really sensitive to just about any type of conflict, even emotional or verbal conflict. Any other info on wanderers and such that I should be aware of?

I have always been sensitive, always evaluated people / situations by what I feel not what I see..

It is only relatively recently that I realised not everyone does this ..
For me without this sensitivity it would be worse then being blind I think .. its why I have not gone mad when things have been tough .. cos i CAN feel and know the love around me ...even if the outside world does not always manifest that.

I think what has happened recently is it has become harder to ignore the pain.. you know .. when the dolphins were being slaughtered in Japan this year .. about 25000 of them .. it broke my heart .. I lay awake at night in so much despair... it was awful i felt so helpless.

What is happening to elephants also upsets me so much .. how can we live in a world of love and happiness and harmony when half the worlds population [ or alot ] do not respect other life forms ...

When you hear alot of new age teachers talk .. they tuck into their steaks .. etc etc .. instruct others how to be .. but really its all about them and their prestiege ...

This is why i doubt the ascension process, I know that energies are polarising ... each finding refuge with their own ... in a way ..

But is the world suddenly gonna wake up and think .. oh Gosh .. ' what have we done ' ?

I doubt it .. its too much about power and control and while we cry children starve and are abused and animals become extinct .. the amazon is destroyed and even the honey bees have had enough ...

THE SHIFT OF MAY 5

Greetings!

Although an energy alert was just posted on May 1, because we experienced a shift yesterday on May 5, I felt it important to post this much needed information today. If you have not read the energy alert for May 1, kindly access it here.

Yesterday, May 5, we experienced a much needed shift in the energies. Yesterday was the cross-quarter between the equinox and the solstice, or the half way point of the meeting of masculine and feminine…a good breaking point marking a move from one energetic space into another.

A few weeks ago, I was putting my bed and frame together, and ended up pinned under my queen size box spring. What a heavy load it was, and what a difficult time I had trying to get out from under it! “OK,” I told myself. “I realize this is symbolic of the current energies, but can I get out now?” And this is what the energies have been doing up until yesterday, the 5th.

We have been under a huge amount of pressure, not being able to catch up, seemingly not being able to get out from under a barrage of things piling up on us, and feeling an immense burden of responsibilities, have to’s, and perhaps even feeling trapped in a merry-go-round of nothing being resolved, with no solution in sight.

Just when we thought we could take no more, something else would land on our plate or in our space, and we would have to deal with that. Around and around the energies would go, with just too much to do while seemingly getting nowhere with anything. Having to do things over, and still with no resolution, was a common manifestation. Many of us could simply not get on top of anything. We were buried beneath a big box spring of who knows what with no end in sight!

Exhaustion, fatigue, short fuses, tightness, and just feeling plain worn out were common symptoms. No time for anything enjoyable, no time to relax, and even if we made the time, the tightness was there and it could be difficult to relax even when intending to relax!

It could also be difficult getting comfortable with much of anything. Not much of anything would feel right. No good movies, nothing good to read, our creative endeavors might have felt off and not right, and many may have felt that nothing was fitting….nowhere to go that felt remotely good or right. Being out in nature may even have felt “off” for some unknown reason.

Also during this time, we were detoxing. This can manifest as body and muscle pain, sinus headaches, nausea, and a general feeling of toxins within our system. Insomnia was prevalent as well, as the energies were building and had nowhere to go as of yet. Restless sleep, even when exhausted, and waking up at dawn were common occurrences for many.

In one fell swoop, things finally culminated, and the shift occurred. For me, I felt nauseas, completely flattened for about an hour, and as if I had been run over by a truck. Then it was over.

And as the energies built, the weather was affected as well. Violent occurrences of tornadoes, typhoons, high winds, vast variances in the temperature from one day to the next, and the like. Much movement in many arenas!

Up until yesterday, the energies were jammed, so to speak. This was because we had reached a new plateau, or higher dimension at the end of March, and were not yet in alignment with much. And the new energies were pushing against the old, piling on top of each other because the new alignments were not yet completed. Although this pattern will continue with much of the world, the May 5th break will help to alleviate much that we have been feeling within us.

The US is rapidly experiencing its breakdown now. It is experiencing a transition from old power into new. Thus, the “super power” is no longer that. It is transmuting into another kind of “super power” now, and this will take several years to complete. Being the forerunner for so long, the US will still be the forerunner, as it is evolving into something very new. And this is why we are being guided to form our own small communities….supportive environments to sustain us and protect us while the transition is occurring for the next four years.

So then, up until yesterday, we had not caught up with ourselves, or rather the energies were mismatched and jamming together the old and new. This created too much on our plates or on our shoulders and we could not catch up. It was planned that May 5th would be the turning point, as our celestial events always serve to support our evolutionary growth. But one never really knows what will actually occur on these dates. Several weeks ago, I was able to see the May 5th turning point, but at times I hesitate to report these things as we always have free will and choice, and this free will can create different timelines, so one never knows for sure.

If one scenario or timeline does not complete a particular stage, then another will be utilized until we arrive at our desired destination as a whole. I always hesitate to report definite dates, as there can be much disappointment if things are delayed and at times a loss of faith as well. Ugh! But this time, we were able to complete this phase at the first desired breaking point and did not need then, to carry things further onto another breaking point.

Our mis-alignments were what were creating this jamming up of energies. The new energies had nowhere to go as of yet, as the alignments were not yet complete. As of yesterday then, we will have much more room to breathe. Things will begin to flow more easily. We can exhale and relax. The tightness will be gone.

We can catch the train that the cross-quarter brought in. We can now ride the coattails of this new energy shift. We have aligned enough now, that we can move forward a bit. Some new doors have opened. The jam up is disbursing. And hopefully, many of us can get some restful sleep!

TEARS, VERTIGO, AND THE NATURAL DISASTERS

Greetings!

As more and more is becoming aligned to the higher frequencies we are now being embraced within, much movement is occurring which is creating a barrage of varied manifestations on the planet, within and without.

At the end of March, just after the equinox, openings arrived and we were able to move forward with much opening up and many miracles abounding. We had most certainly touched a higher place, reached a new shore of a new reality, come to the end of the birth canal, and it felt much like heaven indeed. Then, almost as abruptly as it all began, things suddenly went into a chaotic state, as energies were attempting to re-align themselves with their higher purpose, or best fit for how they were now vibrating.

This is a very common pattern of the ascension process. We reach a higher state of being, or dimension, it feels awesome in the beginning, and then everything must align itself to this new residency in the higher realms. Thus, all is always in divine and perfect order, even though most of the time many of us may feel that we are in constant transition, a continual state of purging and releasing, and may wonder if we will ever arrive in the heaven on Earth we have always known would arrive one day.

But the ascension process has several steps which are repeated again and again, and once we become familiar with them, no one would probably ever need to read these energy alerts, as it would be evident what was occurring! These steps are all listed and explained in the book The Ascension Primer, but I will continue providing many of them to you in the book excerpts those of you on the e-mail list receive along with each announcement that a new energy alert has been posted on this web site.

With the advent of the cross-quarter, the mid-way point between the equinox and solstice on May 5, we once again reached a pivotal point, experienced a shift, and moved forward one more notch.

This created more room to expand, to move ahead, to open up, and to reach even further into our new land of heaven on Earth. We had reached a place as a critical mass where we could again move ahead, and the cross-quarter served as the vehicle to assist with this next step ahead.

May 5th marked a point where more alignments were finally manifesting, and much was embraced and taken along with this wave. The presidential election process here in the US has been manifesting itself in accordance with these re-alignments. This is why Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have been neck and neck for so long. A manifestation was not yet ready to occur, as the new alignments were not yet intact. The old was still in the process of leaving and the new was arriving. And then with the advent of the cross-quarter…..boom! The shift occurred and things began to take their places.

On May 11th, more new alignments occurred as well. The 11th is many times indicative of an opportunity to move through an opening to a higher vibrating reality. The portal of an 11 is usually an exciting event indeed, depending upon where we currently are and what has been transpiring.

If you were one who went through this latest portal, you may have experienced vertigo, spinning, or an extreme loss of balance. This is a common occurrence of ascension as well. When we connect more fully with our Merkabah, or light body, we then utilize it to catapult us into the higher realms.

Merkabah is defined as: “The divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.”

Thus, it is common to experience spinning, vertigo, and a loss of balance when we are arriving more fully in the higher realms. The first time I had this experience, I began to panic, as I experienced panic attacks when I first began the intense part of the ascension process back in 2001. Feeling as if I was walking a foot or two above the earth, almost floating, used to freak me out as well. But as we become used to these experiences, and know what they are about, it can actually become a fun ride. Late on Saturday evening and into Sunday, when I was barely able to walk a straight line, I could only say “Wheeee! Here we go again!” Now many of these experiences are great fun as I know they are only indicative of a great move forward and I am truly grateful for them.

Natural disasters are becoming an epidemic now. Floods, typhoons, earthquakes, droughts, tornadoes, and fires are arriving in epidemic proportions. The earth must now align with the higher realms, and this is creating much movement within and without. Areas which need the biggest adjustments are experiencing great movement in an attempt to align themselves with a higher vibrating energy.

During the past several weeks, some of you may have had an experience of great weeping, feeling like you could cry a river, and perhaps wondering why tears seemed to want to appear like a tidal wave or tsunami within you. For no apparent reason, it just seemed like a good cry could not be stopped.

This phenomenon generally occurs when there is great loss at hand. It generally occurs when a massive planetary purging is due to arrive. At our highest levels, we feel the imminent loss and a great sadness accompanies it. Then, sure enough, a substantial natural disaster arrives and we know the reason for our earlier experience of great weeping.

For the first few months of 2008, many of us became disillusioned and impatient for our new beginnings and the new world to arrive. During this time, we may have felt stuck with no forward movement and not much going on. I reported many times that we were “waiting” for as many to get on board as possible. Even though some did not want to wait, this was a very necessary part of the process. Yes, it can be hard to wait at times, especially when we ourselves are very ready.

At our highest soul levels, we wanted to give as much time as possible for everyone and everything to make the necessary changes and adjustments needed, and to more importantly make the choice whether to be on board or not. This was a long process but very necessary, as at our highest levels, we dearly love all our brothers and sisters on the planet and wanted them to be with us and most certainly with all those entering the higher realms.

And now the time is here. The natural disasters have arrived as a manifestation of the earth aligning with the higher frequencies, the energies have built, the pressure is releasing the old, and a by-product of this greatly moving energy is the creation of a vehicle for those who chose to depart to do just that.

There is no judgment here. A sufficient amount of time was intentionally given so that as many as possible could be prepared and could make their choices. There will be other stops at the train station. There will be other opportunities. For those who still are not willing to awaken just yet, they will experience a bigger “thumping” or nudging, and they can then choose again. If the leap can be made, those will stay. Those who feel the leap is too far and not a possibility will now depart. These choices were made at the highest levels of each soul. And some will chose to depart for other reasons as well. They may very simply be done here.

This phenomenon of choice and differing times of moving forward into the higher realms has created many partings. But it has also created new and much better fitting alignments as well. This is why Phil and I had to part, and why someone new is soon to arrive for me. When we are willing to let go of what is no longer in alignment or what no longer fits us, and if we can know and trust that a new beginning will arrive very soon, this in turn allows us to arrive in the higher realms. And Phil will experience what he is in alignment with as well, all in a beautiful and perfect way.

Letting go, trusting, dis-connecting from what does not feel right anymore, and re-aligning with our higher selves or souls will support us in phenomenal ways in arriving in our heaven on earth.

These losses, especially relating to the natural disasters, can be overwhelming at times. We may feel shaky and afraid. We may feel traumatized ourselves if we are highly sensitive. It may seem as though we never know what will happen next. But this is the beauty of choice. And there is more to this particular story as well.

Several weeks ago we experienced a new alignment which related to letting go of over-helping others. It involved taking a very important stance of not going down into a lower vibrating reality where others were residing in order to help them. It involved not being where others were and identifying with them. It involved not pulling others up to where we were without their willingness and true desire to let go and be there. It involved allowing others to make their own choices while allowing ourselves to move ahead into what we were now in alignment with.

It also involved not having great compassion for others, as this emotion takes us to where others are as we identify with them too much in order to be there with them and understand where they are. According to the dictionary, compassion involves pity and a willingness to commiserate with another. These states of being bring our energy down. Compassion is a word which existed in the old 3D reality. It was born there. It came from an old 3D mind.

In the higher realms we utilize love instead. When we do visit the lower vibrating reality of suffering in order to assist and serve, we go with the vibration of love….not with compassion. Love serves as our protection from lower vibrating realities. It vibrates extremely high and gives its recipients the best possible outcome. Compassion does not exist in the higher realms as there is no suffering. So then, we utilize love, as that is what we come to know about and to be in the higher realms. And as we begin to evolve into the human angels we will eventually be, we will vibrate love more and more. We need not intentionally send love to another, as this is much to deliberate and contrived. We will naturally be love in itself, as the ascension process produces this state all on its own.

So then, this stage we experienced involving leaving those behind who pulled us into their reality of suffering was intended to prepare us for what is ahead. This stage of evolutionary progress we experienced a few weeks ago was intended to prepare us for these natural disasters which are now occurring so that we could assist if we chose to, without experiencing the pain of others. We would then be wired to assist and truly make a difference without being affected ourselves, but for brief periods of time as we would then need to return to the higher realms of which we came. And leaving others behind broke a cord that was binding us to the old world, thus enabling us to arrive in the higher realms.

And here in these higher realms, we are re-connecting more and more to the reality of our dreams. As the alignments arrive for us more frequently now, we will then experience more and more of our heaven on Earth. As the frequencies of this new world vibrate higher and higher, we naturally experience on the outside more rapidly now, precisely what we are about or vibrating on the inside. The mirror effect is extremely pronounced. Each and every manifestation occurs because of who we are and what we believe and perceive.

We have been so very anxious to have the energies rev up and to reside in the higher realms, but if we had arrived here any sooner, we would have experienced extremely uncomfortable manifestations for ourselves, as our outside reality would have been indicative of what was inside of us. The uncomfortable purging and releasing we have gone through for the past several years was so very necessary to prepare us for these times. Otherwise, we would have experienced more of a hell on Earth than a heaven on Earth.

The more we choose to let go of, the more we will experience a higher realms reality. And the more we allow ourselves to be in alignment with our souls or true and authentic selves, while letting go of what no longer feels good to us, the more we will experience heaven on Earth and the easier it will be to arrive in the higher realms as well.

As we let go of old patterns, mis-perceptions and beliefs, situations and perhaps even others in our lives, we will surely find ourselves in heaven on Earth. And the mirror effect will allow us to make continual changes as we evolve into the angels on Earth that we intended to be.

THE EMPTINESS, WHAT JUNE WILL BRING, AND THE REAL MEANING OF 2012

The planet is continuing its process of turning inside out as it strives to align with a higher vibration or with new ways of living and being within a very new reality.

Much which existed in realities of the past, or within a lower vibrating dimension are becoming merely an illusion now as there is very little left to hold onto. In years past we may have imagined a higher vibrating world or reality for ourselves, and hence, this was the seeming illusion at that time. Now, the illusion is what is left of the old world, or the old ways of living and being, the old structures, and the old systems of survival. There is nothing left for them to adhere to and thus, they only really exist within our imaginations.

Yes, as we progress further and further into the higher realms, we have less and less of the old to hold onto. This can create a feeling of falling down a deep hole with nothing to grasp onto, or no apparent anchor. We may feel as though there is not much surrounding us now which feels remotely right or good, or even perhaps that we are existing in a vacuum all by ourselves…some kind of vortex of emptiness and detachment with no apparent connections to much of anything else.

I can assure you, all is right on track with our spiritual evolutionary process. All is right where in needs to be for this phase of the amazing ascension process we have chosen to undertake. And this current situation is only present because we have made so much progress thus far.

In the old 3D reality, dying involves letting go of much, a great and intense release, and then whoooosh!...we are in the higher realms. After we arrive, many times we immediately connect with our loved ones or those who give us comfort as we attempt to re-connect to a new reality in a very new place. At first we may not know where we are and may feel confused. But then a loved one or manifestation which brings us comfort arrives and we feel oh so much better. And after awhile, we regain our bearings and are then able to progress in a very new way with much more ease.

And this is what is occurring now. As the ascension process involves dying while we are alive, only in smaller stages which are palpable, we are now fully residing in a higher dimension as we have completed our journey through the tunnel and onto the other side of this current phase. So then, many are finding themselves re-connecting with friends and loved ones and re-establishing connections that make one feel oh so much better, or at least able to find some kind of shore or anchor to hold onto while we seemingly exist in the emptiness.

This is an important part of the process. If you have not yet had this experience in the physical, you may be having it during your dreamtime. Re-connecting with the old, or with energies which make us feel good again, involves the first stage of the re-connection process for our new existence in the higher realms. With much else having fallen away or no longer working for us, connecting to others involving the energy of love always works. And this brings us to our next evolutionary stage as well.

Here in the US we are experiencing a recession. Food and gas prices are becoming unmanageable and are beginning to affect many. This is part of the plan. Nothing is wrong here. The US has always been the forerunner and the superpower, and now it is re-defining and re-setting itself as it begins its alignment more fully with the higher realms.

We are thus entering the stage where we will be connecting much more fully with our brothers and sisters, our neighbors, and our loved ones. These seemingly unmanageable conditions are creating the need for unity. There has been a severe lack of unity on this planet for a very long time, and it is about to begin the process of change. Going it alone, taking care of oneself only, and having to do it all are ways which do not exist in the higher realms.

And because of this, it can be easy to see who will be our next President here in the US. This is where the planet is vibrating and he will be a match. All in divine and perfect order.

Because of this new unity that currently exists with the new energies, it can feel downright unbearable when it does not manifest in form. Many are vibrating there within right now, and when the outside manifestations do not match the inside vibrations, we can literally feel sick inside as we are not a match for our environment. This has always been one of the challenges of the ascension process….not matching our outside reality as it has not yet caught up. And depression is many times the outcome, but only for temporary and brief periods (if you are one who has experienced depression for long periods of time, I would encourage you to seek help, as it is readily available and may not always be attributed to the ascension process).

These current economic conditions we may be finding ourselves in are only serving to encourage us to speak to our neighbors face to face…to be there for each other….to help and support each other…and to connect more fully to our area of immediate location….our community. This does not mean that we need never tend to the planet as a whole. Quite the contrary as unity has many boundaries and many levels.

As we have succeeded in emptying out so much, we are now poised to re-connect once again. And what we re-connect to will be very different than what we have connected to before. This is because we are vibrating higher now and will attract much more pleasant and incredible experiences for ourselves.

Now, in addition, we are being greatly encouraged to connect with each other. As the Hopi quite eloquently have said, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.” These current planetary conditions may feel downright awful, but they are here for a reason and very much a part of the process.

June

As June arrives, so will more of our new connections. With things finally calming down a bit for many, as we have aligned more readily now with the new, it can be a good time in latter May and into June to begin the process of tying up loose ends and readying for our new endeavors and new connections. We may now have the time to get the things done which we could not before, as too much had landed upon us during the overload of energy phase we most recently experienced in April and the first half of May. And with the advent of Mercury turning retrograde from May 26 to June 19 or 20, we will be assisted in this process.

Much more will come for us in June. Things will be lining up. We will connect with new people and new things. Our new beginnings will finally begin beginning! We will come together much more as a whole. We will unite with those who match us in better ways.

With the current emptiness we may find ourselves in, it may seem that much is in dire straits, but what we are seeing is simply the emptiness. There is nothing really there yet to see or to connect to. We are neither here nor there. Our new connections have yet to be established, and the theme of this new, again, is a connection to each other.

2012

There has been much energy and focus floating around about the year 2012. Many might say it marks the end of the world. And many are focusing on this event instead of focusing on where they are now.

2012 will simply mark the end of an era or reality. The planets will be positioned in such a way that a signal or benchmark will have been reached. For many of us who are sensitive, we may feel this event very intensely within ourselves. It will mean that a completion has occurred, and we are right on track with this benchmark. So then, from now until 2012, we will be experiencing a step-by-step process of releasing the old and arriving in the new.

When 2012 arrives, there will be no catastrophes, dire events, or great suffering. We will already be where we need to be, and this event will simply validate the fact that we have done what we needed to do as a planet and thus arrived here at this time. And it will be then that the beginning of the new, or the rebuilding of the planet will be put into play in full force. And by then, each and every one of us will know exactly what we are doing and what is indeed occurring.

Until then, we will be moving ahead in steps, being right where each of us needs to be, introducing the new, and staying safe and secure while the planet continues with its fall. The re-building of the planet will really begin in earnest after December of 2012. So then, we are not quite there yet. But by the time 2012 arrives, we will have become much more connected to our souls or higher selves and will then really and truly know what it is that we came to create and who we are in regard to our own special contribution.

There are many different stages that each of us can find ourselves in. Some are ready now, and others are climbing up the rungs of the ladder to heaven. All rightly so. If things had shifted over in one big whoooosh!, we would be much too traumatized and would certainly not be able to handle something like this. And in addition, we are the ultimate creators and we get to choose what we want things to look like!

So for now, know that our new connections are about to begin, change is about to occur on an intense level, we are about to become very involved in ushering in the new and taking a stand, and many of us will begin the life of our dreams.

A book excerpt from The Ascension Primer:

"Below is a partial list of new ways of being that usually arrive when
we begin to reside in a new and higher vibrating reality. Many
of these greatly surprised me as they were so much simpler
and better than I could have ever imagined. The old rules and
ways we were told of the higher realms were derived from an
ego-based consciousness that existed behind the veil, and were
some of them ever wrong! And the majority, but not all, of
any channelings only derive from the individual who is
channeling the information. Anyone can tap into any energy
pocket they choose that is vibrating as they are and get about
any kind of information that matches their belief system. Who
knows about the accuracy. Through the ascension process, we
go there. In this way, it is quite different indeed.

1. You reach a certain level through your
ascension process where you no longer desire or
resonate with any kind of healing. And like a
reformed smoker, you can get frustrated when the New
Age arena continues to focus much of their energy on
healing. As we begin to vibrate higher, we no longer
need healing. Healing serves to basically introduce us
to a lower vibrating energy that is no longer any kind of
a match to us. It can take us "back" where we no
longer are. And it can really bring in a lower vibrating
energy that we need not ever focus on again. Where
we place our energy and focus greatly becomes our
surrounding reality more than ever in the higher realms.
Why would one want to continually focus on lower
vibrating energy? This energy can feel like something
from another world where you are no longer residing.
And receiving a healing after you have "gotten here"
can also short circuit your system.

2. You no longer have the same connection
with your physical family. We chose to be born into
a physical environment in order to support the
development of necessary traits that we chose to
embody in order to support our soul purpose. In
addition, most of us agreed to uplift the planetary
vibration through transmuting the darker and denser
energies. After our prior incarnation is complete and
we are done and have arrived in a higher realm, our
purposes with our families are now obsolete. The cords
are basically severed. We are no longer connected
through issues. We are done with this experience.
Therefore, our family members can suddenly disappear
from our lives for no apparent reason as there is no
longer a connection to them. But if we continue to
simply love them and have that as our connection, we
can continue to maintain a relationship based on joy
and choice. And after we arrive in a higher state of
clarity, we are also able to clearly see who they really
are and how they operate, which has absolutely nothing
to do with us.

3. Your lifetime friends suddenly leave your
life. Same as above. And sometimes we re-unite with
friends we haven't seen for eons. And this energetic
pattern is also true for geographical areas on the planet
as well. When we are done with a particular purpose,
we are done. In the higher realms it is all about joy,
fun, experiencing, and creating with no attachments.
This is why we may also get to go back to old friends
and geographical homes as we are now uniting for a
different purpose.

4. You suddenly see what it is all about and
always has been and it has nothing to do with
"karma", "contracts", "life lessons", or "Earth as
a school". These are things that someone made up
and many of us bought into. We needed a story to
explain why we were so uncomfortable and we needed
it to be spiritual and purposeful so that our suffering
would not be in vain. When the fog finally lifts and we
rise above it, we are no longer seeing through limited
thinking of a lower vibrating consciousness. It is all
about energy and using it to have an experience. We
wanted to play games. We made up stories. At times
we came to the planet to try and alter it through our
higher consciousness that we placed in form (our
bodies). We were bored at times. The purpose of Earth
and of existence is to create through form. We were
never trying to get anywhere, continually trying to go
back home. We wanted to play, have fun and
experience. And we weren't serious all the time!
Spirituality is about joy, fun, creating, and playing. It is
absolutely not rigid, full of rules, or judgmental. It is
about freedom, love, and laughter.

5. You are no longer interested in spiritual
gatherings, group meditations, or the New Age
arena in general. You have come to realize that
intentional spirituality is not really real and does not
stick. The truth of the matter is, we are spiritual 24/7
no matter what we are doing. Forced spirituality
removes us from the world and places us in artificial
situations where we are not really being, but "trying" to
be. In the higher realms, we are simply living our lives
and experiencing. We are not continually wanting
something else and trying to place ourselves in
situations that we think may bring us closer to Source
because they seem to be more spiritual. It is far better
to have the presence of your being here in the world
rather than in a pocket of distanced and artificial
"trying".

6. You get rid of all your spiritual and self-help
books and no longer desire to learn
anything new. Congratulations! You have arrived in
the state of being. You are also done learning as you
are readying to provide your energy through your
special gifts and talents by simply being in a space
where you greatly enjoying being. Being in the
moment relates to this as well. And expanding and
growing always comes from experience, not from book
learning or mental awareness. We can now get any
additional information we need through connecting
directly to Source. In addition, if you are no longer
craving any new information, you are most likely done
in this universe and preparing to go to the next level.

7. You crave simplicity and can barely
tolerate anything complicated. We have released
so much that we are much more in a state of simplicity.
In the higher realms, one does not need to make
anything happen or to do one thing in order to have an
outcome. There are no hoops to jump through or
complicated processes. When we are being a vibration,
we simply and naturally draw it to us. And remember,
in the higher realms we are simply being, creating, and
experiencing. No planning, agendas, opinions, or
having to prove something or do something in order to
receive something.

8. Negativity feels downright awful. In the
higher realms, there is no contrast or negativity. When
we reach a higher state, we know intuitively that life is
about joy, passion, and creativity and we never have a
thing to complain about. Negativity comes from
powerlessness and this state does not exist in the
higher realms. And continually talking about anything
in a negative way brings it to life and makes negativity
a real experience and reality. It gives it fuel and allows
it to exist.

9. Drama is a thing of the past. When we
reach the higher states, we can clearly see that we had
been most certainly existing in a "play". As we are now
living and viewing things from a higher level, we no
longer need dramas and stories to unfold around us
due to unintentional and unconscious creating. We no
longer desire this emotional state of powerlessness as it
no longer fits where we are. And we are much too tired
and apathetic, as a perfect by-product of the ascension
process, to have the energy for this kind of thing!"

I´m new in all this talk about new vibration, ascension thing. Although I know what you are talking about, and it scares me.

I am and have been for as long as I can remember, an addict to feeling safe.
And now these different pains in my body.. really makes me feel like: My body does not feel like my body anymore.. I can feel it all the time, like I´m VERY old and worn out.. and I am only 44..! My doctor tells me it´s the menopause coming early!

Everything, like a pussle, even now, sitting here writing, is coming together! *do I dear a smile?*

It must have started in 94.. my dreams about leaving my body, dreaming about dreaming and walking around in my house being invisible to my family and people walking right through me.. (don´t know if it is a kind of preminition or what, just feels right, now after reading what people have to say)

Well anyway, in that period of time (still have) I had a very persistant feeling deep inside that told me BIG changes were coming.. I have been searching for what that change could be.. And now! :) I´m smack in the middle of it ! :D This is very overwhelming! :D

THE OUT OF CONTROL ENERGIES, STAYING VIGILANT,
AND GETTING BACK IN THE SADDLE
May 30 , 2008

Greetings!

Is anyone minding the store? Are things completely out of control? Why are some of us feeling vulnerable, fearful, lost without a rudder, with chaos abounding and perhaps wondering what in the world is going on? Has it become near impossible to put even a toe out there without having a strange and uncomfortable experience? Do we need to keep completely to ourselves behind a closed door with no interation with much of anything? Are we being taken advantage of and used for our love and kindness? Is there a sense of danger at every turn? Are things actually being monitored for our best outcomes and are we indeed being protected at all? And at the same time, are bits and pieces arriving for us if oh so slowly, for our new residency to become intact in the higher realms?

After we finally reached this next plateau, weren’t we supposed to arrive in heaven on Earth? If we are indeed here in a higher vibration now, why is it so uncomfortable and unpredictable?

Well…….we actually have arrived in a higher vibrating reality and here are some of the current manifestations, but as always, we are in a stage which will indeed be completed eventually, as it will most certainly not last forever. But I have to say that this is one of the strangest stages of ascension that I have seen yet, and it is mostly here now because of our freedom of choice and our own personal vibrations.

Currently, we are transitioning (when are we not transitioning?) from a reality of dependency on a controlling facet of energy to one of complete independence. We are at the helm now and it is vitally important that we make decisions on our own, without being swayed by outside infulences of a lower vibrating nature... or even outside influences from others who view things from a completely different filter or stance than we do. It is important now that we step back if needed and remember who we are and what we indeed came to contribute...that we remind ourselves what we are here to do, and not what others may want. And in this way, stay very vigilant in what we know to be the best for ourselves and for the planet.

When we first arrive here in this new and higher vibrating reality of late, we may feel very naked. This is because there is so much less density in higher vibrating realities that we can feel nothing much between ourselves and most of everything else.

In this regard, then, we can feel extremely vulnerable with no protection. Perhaps even raw and helpless, but this is the way it is when we can see so much more of what is there, without having to look through walls of density or forests of lower vibrating energies. And what we can now see can feel scary, dark, perhaps uncomfortable, and may even leave us feeling spooked. Much is open now. The walls and density have very much dissipated.

And add to this the fact that we have dropped much of any lower vibrating and dense energies within ourselves as well.....hence, our old defenses are no longer available. We are vulnerable and raw indeed.

So then, what are some of the manifestations of this current situation we may be finding ourselves in?

In the health arena, many are having different experiences to medication. We may not respond to certain medications now like we did before. Or, a combination of medications may not interact in the same way. This is because of the openings to a higher vibration we are now having, and it creates new alignments and changes within our systems. Blood pressures are becoming eratic as well. Too high for awhile, and then strangley and suddenly low. (Please seek medical attention when needed...not everything is an ascension experience.) Weight loss if finally here! Wheeee! I have lost 15 pounds since the end of March. We need not hold that density of protection and of the light for others any longer within ourselves.

After seeming chaos and stressful scenarios, solutions are now manifesting and many are finding themselves in better than ever states of health and wellness.

Learning about appropriate boundaries is more prevalent now than ever before. The process of ascension always brings regular phases relating to less boundaries because of less density, and we are now in yet another one indeed. The boundaries become thinner and thinner and we need to be ever more mindful to practice setting stronger boundaries...especially now when there is not much left of the old world and old vibrations to hold onto for many, and they will naturally, then, strive to grasp onto something else... which many times is those who vibrate higher. This also relates to darkness trying to hold on as well. Thus, extremely tight boundaries are more important than ever now. So then, if you are one who is here to serve others needing assistance, it is time now more than ever before to be vigilant about appropriate boundaries between yourself and others, and to be ever mindful of taking on the energies of others....a very natural things for a lightworker because of how we are wired. Over-helping, too much compassion, and putting others needs before ours can create this situation as well.

And if you are one who is usually very open, trusting, sharing, and very considerate in healthy and appropriate ways, you may very well get clobbered now and in times to come. And the reason for this brings us to another current situation which is creating yet another experience as well.

Along with the situation of clinging and grasping energies mentioned above, much of the old reality is falling away now and this is creating unusual and fearful behaviors in many...among those a natural human inclination for some to look out for oneself, to protect oneself, to grasp onto something to save oneself, and thus, to completely forget about the whole in these times of stress, fear, and uneasiness.

Here in the US we are feeling the pressures of skyrocketing gas prices and food prices, to name a few. This can create a continual feeling of uneasiness and fear, of uncertainty and insecurity for many. For those who are sensitive, it can be quite a daunting challenge not to pick up these energies. But this is part of the fall. This is part of the passing of the old. We are being turned inside out in order to start anew.

This falling away is a planetary occurence as well, as there is not much of the old density left for much to hold onto. Tendrils of this process which is now occurring quite intensely now in the US will branch out and eventually affect the whole in a more substantial way. And in addition, there is also much occurring in regard to re-setting or re-aligning all over the planet, manifesting as earth changes and much else. What a transitional time we are in indeed!

A natural human tendency can be one of survival. So then, we can also find ourselves experiencing many who are greatly looking out for themselves, and thus, making things difficult for others. This is part of the process. For those who are supporting the whole and who see unity as a natural by-product of the fall, these times we are currently experiencing can prove to be dissapointing, exhausting, deeply saddening, and most certainly unpleasant as well.

What we are experiencing now is the transition of leaving the old world behind and beginning the transition into unity. This is creating chaos, distress, sadness and grief, but at the same time, there are the beginnings of this new unity manifesting as well. As in any transition, it can be difficult in the beginning, and then it eventually snowballs and a higher vibrating reailty then becomes the current and new reality.

So then, we will break apart and then come back together again. We will re-unite after some of us have had meltdowns, great feelings of loss of control, perhaps panic attacks, and intense disappointments and sadness regarding this current status we are now experiencing. But know that this is simply a part of a great and massive transition. This is the beginning, and these experiences will eventually result in a very new unity.

The energies are dissipating now. The density is leaving. This creates a breaking up or breaking apart of old patterns, old behaviors, and one can at times feel as though they are hanging on by a thread and having one big meltdown. Who is minding the store? Where are the controls? Can anything and everything happen now with no apparent rules or guidelines? This seemingly out of control energy is a manifestations of a higher vibration. It is a manifestation of a new opening and of more expansiveness.

The new guidelines and new ways of being are up to us to set into place. Perhaps we are not used to this new freedom...this new absence of controlling or dense energies or in other words having a lid on things. Sudden and complete freedom can cause chaos for sure. Things are wide open now, a new level of expansiveness has been reached, and within this new openness are still existing lower vibrating energies. They are panicking, not sure where to go, and are either holding onto higher vibrating energies (which are many of us, thus, the need for tighter boundaries), or going into self protection mode and forgetting about the whole. And once again, for those of us who are vibrating highly in unity, being around this panicking and self-serving energy can feel downright awful indeed. And remember as well that these panicking energies will abuse and take for granted energies of a considerate, caring, and thoughtful nature. They are very afraid and are forgetting their connection to Source.

It is all of this that can make some of us feel like staying home in our personal sanctuaries and never wanting to venture out again! But as always, there is good news as well.

Other manifestations? As we begin a new residency in a higher realms reality, any energies which are out of balance or in other words extreme in one direction or another, will naturally attempt to balance themselves. In order to exist here, this will indeed need to occur. So then, we will find ourselves getting clobbered and
having very unpleasant experiences in regard to any out of balance energies within ourselves. Behaviors we may have possessed in which we thought were right and good, may not be serving us well now. We are the way we are because we thought that this was the highest and best way to be. We are being shown higher vibrating ways now, and they may not be what we had ever imagined them to be. Learning the right use of caring and helping is one. In times past in a lower vibrating reality, we may have believed that some forms of helping were needed and a higher way of being, but we are now finding that this is simply not the case. Learning the right use of caring and helping is one, but there are many, many more.

The energies we are residing in are vibrating much higher now. This is creating much movement within and without, and much chaos. Basically, much is re -aligning and re-adjusting. Many of the experiences we are having are manifestations in the physical world of how we are currently vibrating within ourselves. So whatever strange occurrences we are now having, know that they are only a reflection of what is inside of us, and as we are vibrating so much higher now, these manifestations are arriving very quickly. But these uncomfortable manifestations can also serve as a wonderful tool for adjusting our own vibrations to much healthier and balanced states.

One good remedy or saving grace is to simply stay centered and still with no intentional behaviors and no reaching, making things happen, movement, or pushing. We can allow these meltdowns or breaking apart of the old energies to simply occur. This will get much of our old selves out of the way and allow for help to arrive. Yes, help and support. Thus, we can remain still and step back while the fall is occurring.

Knowing who we are by connecting to our highest selves, and connecting more strongly to Source are always things to hold onto and this will never change.

We need not abandon our ways of loving generously, giving, guiding, and being considerate and respectful. We need only know that much of the whole has not yet caught up with where we are, but when they do, we can then let down and breathe, trust more, lessen our boundaries, and relax.

And help, support, unity, and love are right on the horizon. I can tell you this because I am having this experience right now myself, and if you are one who has not experienced this quite yet, you will very soon I am certain. Some of you may have had this experience for awhile now. We are all at different levels and on different timelines, so all is always in divine and perfect order. After the breaking apart begins to lessen, then the new unity and new connections begin to arrive. And it is then that we feel oh so glorious again. There is so much love present here, I cannot begin to tell you. It can make one want to cry a river of joy and gratitude for these new and higher vibrating connections. And there is so much love here! So much love and unity! Having a meltdown, giving up, getting out of the way, and allowing oneself to break apart also allows for help, love, and unity to arrive as well.

We are completing a transitional process. The breaking up or dissipating stage is always difficult. But the re-uniting stage is truly awesome indeed. Oh, it is truly awesome indeed! And June will bring in much more of the re-uniting. So for now, we can step back if need be and watch the outside reality fall, stay in our personal sanctuaries with our loved ones, keep up some very tight boundaries, and be ready for creating more of the new when things settle down and re-align a bit more in times to come.

PEACE AT LAST...BUT ONLY FOR AWHILE

Greetings!

At the time I wrote the last energy alert, my daughter Ari was in the hospital with complications involving her pregnancy with twins. Not due until the end of August, there was a strong possibility that they would need to arrive right then, and they were very small indeed.

Solomon, or “Baby B” had an overabundance of amniotic fluid, and Arion, or “Baby A” was severely lacking in amniotic fluid. Called Twin to Twin Transference Syndrome, the placenta feeds one baby and not the other. Solomon was working so hard to keep them both alive that his heart became over-stressed, placing them both in danger. This situation created a sudden difference in their growth, as Solomon was rapidly growing and Arion was rapidly lagging behind.

At the same time, my mother experienced complications with her heart, as it began exhibiting symptoms of failure (she has a heart condition.)

Ari began daily sessions of amniotic fluid drainage, and eventually things just sorted themselves out after 6 days in the hospital. My mother experienced a new balancing of medications, and now feels better than she has in a long time. Her heart was not failing at all…she was just reacting to a medication which needed adjusting.

And this is what is occurring now with the energies, although this phase is nearly complete.

We are balancing our energies and things are now fairly sorted out. Just like the twins, energies within and without which are extreme, exhibiting an overabundance or an “under” abundance, are meeting in a very healthy middle. This is vitally necessary for the next phase of evolution which we are soon to enter into.

For instance, if you are one who is more aggressive, fast forward, exhibiting reaching, “make things happen,” and the energy of “responsibility,” you have most likely been feeling that you can no longer do it all by yourself. It is time to sit back and allow others to take up the slack. And if you sit back and pull in a bit, you will find yourself in the middle with a good balance.

If you are one who usually sits back and waits, allowing others to take over, you would be needing to step up to the plate and jump in, meeting in the middle with a good balance.

There are many other scenarios within and without requiring a new balance, and the energies of the past few weeks required that a healthy balance be present, as this is all that can exist in a higher vibrating reality. Adjustments were needed in order for us to be in alignment with the energies we were now residing in.

Pushing, chaos, and much movement was created by this new arrival into the higher realms. And in addition, as we move into unity consciousness, we are readying to experience what true unity is all about. If we do not yet know the meaning of healthy boundaries, we soon will.

If you are one who is very open, you would need to pull in a bit and put up more of a barrier. If you are one who has a strong wall around you, you will need to open up more. In addition, we are learning a strange paradox of opening more and coming together while having a good boundary as well.

As of June 2 or so (there are always windows around energy shifts) many suddenly decided to simply pull out of much. To step back, put much on hold, simplify, let go of what we thought we might have wanted, and give ourselves a break. The latest energies were almost too much, and pulling out and stopping was a needed requirement. A time to exhale and rest. There were other reasons for pulling back, as I will address further on in this energy alert.

With all this balancing occurring within and without (the without involved the severe weather conditions, etc.), we have now reached a pivotal point where we are poised at a brief standstill until the next phase is due to arrive.

In addition, as we are rapidly expanding, which is creating a melting down or releasing of the old. Manifestations include crying jags (not for the loss of much this time, but because we are releasing and opening), and even experiences of looking in the mirror and wondering who in the world we are looking at.

As we balance out, we greatly change. We let go of our old defenses and of the old patterns within ourselves which were too exaggerated. And in this way, we are then much more poised to re-unite once again with our brothers and sisters.

After much comes apart, it is then ready to come together once again for a divine reunion of energies which are now vibrating much higher indeed.

Yes, we are now experiencing a brief period of peace, perhaps manifesting as exhaustion in some, fatigue, feeling drained or even spacey and lost, wanting rest and sleep for awhile, but all in readiness for the summer solstice.

And what a solstice it will be! This will be one of the most dramatic and intense solstices I have ever experienced. The earth will crack open energetically, releasing intense and highly vibrating energies which have been hidden for eons of time, and much will be revealed as we are catapulted into a very new energetic space as a planet where we have not been for a very long time.

The lightbearers needed to pull out in order to allow for more of the fall. We needed to be in a different space than what will be falling with even more intensity than what we have currently experienced up until now. We are not supposed to be holding anything up….much must go.

The unity consciousness is not taking hold as easily as it could. Many on the planet are not letting go as they could. In this regard, a more shaking up will be needed, and this will arrive with the summer solstice. We are being held back in order to be safe and secure. And after even more shaking up and digging deep, more individuals will hopefully be ready for the help and guidance the lightbearers can provide. They must be left alone with complete non-interference from us in order for them to find their own way, to be willing to allow for something new, to examine themselves and what is no longer working, to finally realize what is truly important to them, and to then be ready for a very new connection.

We will be rocked to the core during this time of the solstice. So enjoy this time of rest, re-evaluation and putting much on hold, as in a few weeks we will experience yet another wild ride. I will be reporting more on this as the time grows nearer, as this will be a monumental event indeed.

OOOOOOOOH...WHEEEEEEE! GET READY!

Greetings!

The re-connection is finally coming! What a wild and seemingly unpredictable ride we have been on, but if we can understand what is indeed occurring, it can all make sense. Things are proceeding right on track as we continued making our way up the spiritual evolutionary ladder.

As more and more of the masses become involved in the process, the stages still repeat themselves over and over, but with much more of an impact now as so much more has been embraced and engulfed within higher vibrating energies. And in addition, the higher we vibrate, the more intense and magnified every movement and shift becomes.

When this process really began in earnest around 2000, there were but a few in the forefront having the many experiences that the ascension process creates. With each succeeding phase, more and more souls get on board and thus, we become closer and closer to creating heaven on Earth and a planet which becomes closer and closer to the visions most of us embody as the beautiful new Earth we knew it would eventually become.

So where are we now and what is on the very near horizon? The solstice of June 21st will pack a very powerful punch, but why will this be, what will it create, and how did we get here in the first place?

From January to Now

After we arrived fully at the next level or dimension (the end of March), we then began to experience manifestations of residing in a higher vibration. The loss of our normal boundaries was the most pronounced. This created in many, experiences of having our boundaries disrespected, of feeling a sense of danger or perhaps a feeling of not being safe, and of feeling bare, naked, and vulnerable.

The higher we vibrate, the less density surrounds us within and without, and a loss of boundaries is very common.

Another common manifestation for many was re-connecting or coming into contact with individuals we had not seen for awhile, of family re-unions and old connections re-surfacing. This was because when we reach the “other side,” we connect with the best parts of our loved ones, brothers and sisters, and those with whom we shared past connections. If not occurring in a physical manifestation, some had this experience in their dream state.

Feeling cold with an inability to get warm is another manifestation of transitioning from one dimension or vibration into another…or in other words, going through a shift. Weeping for the loss of the old, or the energies of what can no longer exist in a higher vibration, occurred as well, even if many did not consciously know why they were feeling so emotional. Feeling as if one was having a meltdown is also a frequent occurrence of the ascension process, as so much of us begins to open, leave, and come apart during these times.

We also began to vibrate higher and thus to come to the higher vibrating awareness that we cannot save another or even save the planet. When we attempt to go where others are, or to a lower vibrating space, we have to drop down ourselves, and this we can only do for certain amounts of time. We need not “drop down” anymore, as it is now time for many to “come up.”

And this brings us to where we are now. We need to pull out and allow for the energies which need to experience an awakening and a change to have the opportunity to get to this place on their own. If we continue to go where they are, attempting to hold them up and support them, we will only be robbing them of their opportunity to hit rock bottom, to then ask for change, to try something different, to come to a new awareness on their own, to ask for assistance, and most importantly to be willing to listen and embrace a very new way.

Over and over through the years of writing these energy alerts I have received criticism, anger, resistance, and “correction” from some who are not yet ready or who have not yet had an experience of residing in a higher dimension. They are simply viewing things from a filter of an old 3D reality. Holding on to these old filters can greatly slow us up now. And this will become very evident for the many masses which will arrive on our heels.

As I have said so many, many times….residing in a higher dimension is not what we thought it would be. It is quite different than our old 3D minds could wrap themselves around. Over and over I am invited to connect with those practicing old 3D perceptions of spirituality and New Age thought and I am unable to participate. There is much un-doing which needs to occur and as we vibrate higher and higher, we will need to be ready to show others who are now willing to let go, a new and higher vibrating way of being and perceiving.

The discomfort that the ascension process creates is designed to allow souls to be willing to open up to something new. To realize that what they thought was real, simply was not. To be willing to let go of the reigns and to allow for help. advice, and perhaps a trust in someone or something that has been to new and higher vibrating places.

This is what the ascension process creates….a breaking down and releasing of much. And through this breaking down, we then connect more fully to the higher ways of a higher vibrating reality. If we rush in and attempt to save everything before it has a chance to arrive at its own point of giving up and opening to something new, we will only impede the process of the fall. And the fall is a vitally important step on the ascension journey.

Thus enters the summer solstice of 2008. Our boundaries have lessened, the veil has become thinner, and within this process many have been taken advantage of for their kindness, consideration, love and supporting ways which exist in a higher reality.

These ways are inherent in most lightbearers, and it can thus be difficult not to utilize them in a lower vibrating reality. In a higher vibrating reality, these traits are embodied by all, and there is then in existence a wonderful balance of give and take, with each soul contributing in equal amounts to create a whole in total and beautiful balance. But we are not quite there yet.

The solstice will accomplish much and change this to a degree. And it will accomplish much by the shear fact of its existence. Whatever is currently occurring on the planet will be affected in whatever way it is vibrating. (More on this further along in this energy alert.)

We went through a period of “waiting” for as many souls as possible to get on board beginning in January of 2008. Many we very ready to move forward, but we wanted to ensure that as many as possible had an opportunity to make their decisions as to where they chose to be in regard to moving into the higher realms or not. The waiting period was frustrating at times, but necessary.

Now, there has been enough time. So then, those who have not yet awakened or made their choices to get out of the greed mentality, are not yet willing to embrace unity and the whole, are not yet aware of others around them, and not quite ready to love and respect their brothers and sisters, will get one big whollop and wake-up call with the advent of the summer solstice.

For those who have been more than ready, perhaps feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed in how things have been unfolding…perhaps wanting to leave this earth and go home, and perhaps wondering if the darkness will ever leave, they will receive their just rewards of miracles and beauty beyond imagination.

I suppose this sounds oddly Biblical or wrathful, but this is not the case at all. This is not about judgment or punishment, it is not a biblical-type prophesy, but simply about energy and how it operates. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, but only the relationship of energies to energies. The big event of the solstice of June 21 will involve the arrival of a much higher vibrating energy, and what it creates will simply signify what is in alignment with it and what is not.

The Summer Solstice of June 21

The energy of June 21 will arrive from within the earth herself. And even before the 21st, we will experience a window of energy beginning around mid-June which will continue until a day or two after the solstice itself.

Deep down at the core of the earth resides an energy which has not been utilized or released for eons of time. It has resided there undisturbed until the right time. The right time is now, as the frequency is at a point which is signaling that it is now safe and now time for this higher vibrating force to arrive fully on the planet Earth. The solstice will serve to activate it.

The higher vibrating energies are arriving now much more from within than from without. They are coming from within each and every one of us and from within the earth herself. And this is why we are now approaching the time for unity and community. We are sustaining ourselves much more than ever before as we are embodying much more higher vibrating energy within.

The high gas prices here in the US are greatly encouraging this process. Families are wanting to be closer together. We will be wanting to support one another more than ever before. This is simply the process of returning to a reality of unity, community, love and support, and leaving one of materialism, greed, separation and self-absorption.

So then, for some, this new energy will catapult them into higher vibrating ways and manifestations. It will serve to re-connect those with what they need to now connect to according to how they are vibrating. It will be all about alignments in accordance with each individual and where they are.

In this way, many will now begin connecting to their dreams and dream partners, or perhaps bringing their current relationships up to a higher vibrating existence. It will be all about new connections in much more loving and respectful ways, and all about very new connections to very new manifestations as well.

We will be activated now in regard to a new and higher frequency. We will now connect as individuals and for the earth as well, to a very new anchor.

What is not in alignment with this new connection will now receive another big shake-up so that an opportunity will arise for a different choice. As most of us know, we get clobbered oh so gently at first, and if we are not yet willing to let go and make a change, we then get clobbered a bit harder, and so on, until we finally get it usually through great suffering.

And after enough of the masses are then willing to ask for help, guidance, support and much else, those bearing the most light will then be welcomed with respect and appreciation as way-showers. And this when our store-fronts will serve to support us with an enormous amount of abundance.

Will the summer solstice create heaven on Earth forever more? No. But it will be an event which will provide a very new anchor for us to hold onto until the next phase of the ascension process arrives. If you are one who has found yourself dropping things, noticing things falling through your fingers, and experiencing a strange inability to hold onto much of anything (whether literally in the physical sense or otherwise), it is simply because we are now finally poised to have something very new to hold onto once again.

Yes, a new anchor is finally arriving. Are you ready?

CREATING OUR SANCTUARIES AND STAYING PUT

Our spiritual evolutionary process is progressing ever forward with many varied and diverse manifestations….and still a wild ride at times!

Present, past and continuous themes of how the energies might possibly affect us are (depending on where you are on your own particular journey):

Feeling boxed in with nowhere to go; not wanting or able to connect to much of the old and outside world; much chaos, movement and many challenges for our loved ones; desires in ourselves or our loved ones to relocate to areas of more support; a letting go of supporting others or holding up the old energies; a readiness to now move forward and create some of the new; feeling tired with the need to sleep often and a need for rest; lower back pain; feelings of panic; feeling a strange shift forward into a desire for a new and prepared space for nesting; and perhaps just feeling a swirling around us of moving energy which is trying to find its new home, whether here on earth or in a lower vibrating reality.

The energies are escalating now and this is creating much movement in many areas. The solstice and full moon resulted in a new anchor arriving…and this new anchor of higher vibrating energy has to do with the earth herself. The ascension process is really about ascending through the earth…so then, we will want to hold onto the earth and her newly vibrating energies as much as possible if we want to ensure a more stable and aligned journey.

More details on the continuous themes presenting themselves now and for the past several weeks and months:

The old and lower vibrating energies are rapidly falling away. If we continue to be in their space, if only by our presence alone, then we will only serve to keep them afloat awhile longer. This will hinder the process and delay it as well as serve to make us very uncomfortable along with those we are trying to assist. Hitting rock bottom for many will be the only way up and out. This can be a very challenging situation for those bearing much light, as in the worlds where we originated, we only know ways of assistance, service, deep caring, support, and love for our brothers and sisters. Watching suffering can be a deep and uncomfortable challenge indeed, but it can also be about honoring and respecting the journey of another.

If we wait but a bit longer without going to the rescue of many, those suffering will find their own answers within, find their own connections to Source instead of to us, begin to make changes, ask for help, and begin to see that there is indeed another way. Those suffering need to come to a place where they are finally willing to let go. And when they let go, they will need to know that there is indeed a place for them to go to. And that place is where those bearing more light and those who have come far in their process are now residing.

As we evolve up the rungs of the evolutionary ladder of our spiritual expansion, it is vitally important to respect and listen to our elders, or those who have gone ahead. Arriving in a new space while embodying an arrogant posture of false knowingness without letting go of ego energy, will now only serve to support an arrival into a new space with a door securely shut.

The situation of spiritual and vibrational hierarchies can manifest as sudden feelings of not wanting to go anywhere outside of your immediate space (your soul is directing you to stay put, as your higher vibrating energy would lift up areas and individuals which need to fall or hit a rock bottom…even if you do absolutely nothing when you are visiting the old world…it is your higher vibrating presence alone). You may also find yourself being hindered from any attempts to move outside of your space. This also allows for others to step up to the plate, as you are no longer there or available. Roadblocks are being set into place to prohibit many of us from going back into the old dimensions. It is now time for us to focus on creating a new and higher vibrating space right where we are.

In times past, many bearing much light were encouraged to relocate or perhaps found themselves in new geographical areas or the like, in order to raise the vibration and open these areas to a higher way of being. Now it is just the opposite. We need to stay put so that the lower vibrating arenas are not sustained and held up.

Yes, we are now being encouraged to create our own sacred spaces and create our own small communities locally. Continuing to “go back” into the old will only serve to create failure for oneself, an inability to manifest, and a lot of roadblocks. We simply cannot go back now. And we must wait for others climbing up the ladder to ask for help, to be willing to accept a new and different way, and to be willing to be respectful of the new ways of being and living that will be available to them when they are indeed finally ready. They must ask first. They must be willing. We must now stay where we are until they knock on our doors.

Some physical manifestations of late:

Lower back pain. Lower back pain has manifested in many as a result from feeling little or no support while still residing in the old world of having to do it all yourself. Financial concerns and fears as the old is rapidly falling away, wondering how one will survive, and the like, can manifest in the area of our lower backs, and many times may even result in nerve pinching down a leg.

If we can let go and trust that we are no longer in it alone, that we are not responsible for so much ourselves, and that we are simply in the process of settling into a very new space with new ways of manifesting, things can ease up a bit. You can even tell yourself that you do not need this physical manifestation as you understand what is going on without it telling you!

Panic, anxiety, and fear. Much is leaving and the old ways and old structures are dissolving quickly. When we connect more and more to the higher realms, and can trust that we will be OK, we can ease this fear. What we will always have to hold onto is the pure gold nugget of our true and authentic selves (or our gifts and talents), and of course our connection to Source. These two things will be ever present throughout our ascension process. And this is why it is so vitally important to know who we are and what we are here to contribute to the whole.

If our outside reality is not yet ready to support our very new endeavors, we can always continue on by ourselves until we hear that knock on the door. We can move into a space that feels right for us. We can create a new way which did not exist in the old world. We can stay vigilant in what we know is of a higher order, and not participate in anything less. It is when we become involved in the old and what no longer suits us that we begin to feel stress, discord, anxiety, turmoil, depression, and futility, as we are no longer in alignment with the old.

Turning our backs on the old is the way to go now, and if we can allow ourselves to do this, we will feel a renewed power within ourselves and much more in alignment with a better space. We need to trust that we know more than the masses, that we know more than those still holding the power (although they are not), that we need not listen to the ideas and ways of others, and that we indeed know best. We need then to trust in ourselves.

Leaving the old behind can create just this space for us now. And when others are ready, they will join us indeed. They will listen and join us because they have nowhere else to go. So then, preparing our new spaces and readying our store-fronts is where many are being guided to be at this particular time.

These energies will continue to snowball as they build momentum. Connecting with our brothers and sisters, having face to face conversations in the physical, loving and respecting our neighbors as we are all part of a whole, and especially being aware of what is occurring around us will finally become the norm. The crashing world is only serving to support our next step up the evolutionary ladder and it is unfolding in a perfect and beautiful way indeed.

Ascension is about growth of the Soul and expansion of our consciousness. It is about accepting full responsibility for everything we think and do. It is about falling in love with ourselves and about releasing all those fears that inhibit the full expression of who we are. Ascension is about regaining our self-respect in the full knowledge that we are magnificent beings of Light who know the power of love and who live every moment of every day by that principle. It is about actively being in service to that principle and therefore able to love those who hate us, knowing that there is no such thing as an enemy. It is about seeing everyone, no matter who they are, as part of ourselves and therefore, to be revered in the same way that we revere ourselves, regardless of their behaviour towards us.

THE WEARING AWAY OF OUR EGO SELVES
AND CONNECTING TO OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS

Greetings!

Chaos, swirling energies, unpredictability, overload, feeling apathetic and lethargic, anxiety, sleeping like a baby and having insomnia for brief periods as well, losing things, having wonderful new connections, and helping our animal companions with ailments are but just a few of the many and varied manifestations of the incredible energies that the summer solstice has created.

The solstice energies served to dislodge much. In this regard, much movement was created. Like an enormous eruption from beneath the earth, much of anything and everything was jolted out of its old position, old rut, old pattern, or basically any space that used to feel remotely comfortable and familiar.

If you are a sensitive, you may feel that you have been hit by a tidal wave, traumatized, severely clobbered by who knows what, or perhaps even finding you have a great need for rejuvenation, rest, and some solace of a much needed order.

When the energies rev up, as they have been doing of late, especially since the solstice, we can begin to feel beaten down. Ascension energies at times seem to wear us away, with no break, reprieve, or time to rest in between the high pressured waves that serve to polish us and bring us oh so closer to Source and our authentic selves.

We are being worn away so that what is deep inside of us can be revealed. In this regard, our ego selves cannot seem to keep up, get in the way, or even navigate things. When we begin feeling helpless, powerless, weak, exhausted, or not in control, it is then that we open and can begin to connect to our brothers and sisters and to our authentic and true selves.

When we surrender, we then begin the new and perfect connections that the solstice energies came to deliver.

We are being seriously squeezed now from every direction. This can cause feelings of great apathy about our work, our futures, and even the effectiveness of what we believed we were here to do and create. As a part of our ego selves begin a rapid depart, we may feel that nothing much of us is in charge or in the know. But feeling apathetic and not caring anymore has always been a continual phase of the ascension process and it always passes.

With all this occurring at once, we are literally being pushed into connecting to one another. We know now more than ever before that we can no longer go it alone. We absolutely must come together. I have been writing for several years now that we will be forming small communities of mutual support. As we evolve higher and higher into higher vibrating ways of being and living, this blueprint will begin to finally form. We were prepped for this time for the past several years, and especially the past several months. It is now time. We are indeed ready, even if we feel we may not be. It has been decided by our souls at the higher levels that the waiting period is now over and we will now move fully into our very new beginnings.

We have been preparing for so long for this. And now, the outside realities that the higher energies are creating, notably the fall, are supporting this very new reality into forming itself out of grave necessity if nothing else. So then, all is in divine and perfect order indeed.

And this is when the new beginnings will finally “begin.” We may feel that suddenly we do not know who we are or what we are indeed here to create. We may feel insecure, unconfident, ineffective, or perhaps greatly confused. We may feel rocky, ungrounded, fearful, unfocused, and as though we have lost our bearings. It is the solstice energies of great movement that are creating these feelings.

We may feel that we do not know anything at all. We may feel that we do not know what will indeed happen next. We may feel that we cannot count on a thing, as when one thing adjusts and changes, a domino effect occurs and everything down the line is thus affected as well.

But in these times of great change and new beginnings, we are also being given the opportunity to connect to new and more highly vibrating relationships, endeavors, and anchors. As much begins to change and re-align, we then begin to re-connect. Things we never believed would ever happen will begin to happen now. Miracles, relationships, and opportunities of the divine will find themselves at our doorsteps.

We may begin manifesting so much wonder so very rapidly that we can begin to feel overloaded. We may feel overloaded as well with any type of manifestation that has arrived in our consciousness as a brief thought….whether a higher vibrating one or not.

The key now is to get out of the way. The key now is to surrender and let the divine enter. The key now is not to navigate out of fear and a knowingness stemming from what used to be, but to allow for a new and better scenario to enter that one would never expect.

The key now is to come together as brothers and sisters and to support one another. The key now is to know that our ego selves are no longer in charge.

I can guarantee you that we are being highly protected by the divine at each and every turn. We were not meant to suffer through this process, and if we allow it to be so, we will thrive in great wonder in times to come.

A few days ago I decided it was time to break down all the cardboard boxes I had discarded directly outside my back door in my outside porch area when I unpacked. As I began this process, I suddenly felt a great pain in my foot. I had been stung by a wasp, and now needed to go into the house, put my foot up, and tend to it.

Phil came over and doctored me up, and together we began again to tend to the removal of the boxes. In a very short time, we found a rattlesnake directly underfoot. It coiled and hissed, and Phil was able to remove it from the premises. (I have since had a conversation with the snake community and everything is now fine…)

The wasp had indeed protected me from the rattlesnake. And this is the way it is and always has been. Even when we feel we may be being beaten down, in actuality, we are only being protected and watched over. And although it may not feel like it at times, all is always right where it needs to be.

Even though it may feel rocky right now for some of us, at the highest levels things are being put into place. New connections are being made. Higher level doors are opening. Things we may have always wanted are beginning to arrive. We will no longer have to go it alone.

And while we may feel relegated to staying nearly housebound for a variety of reasons, it is only because we are readying for these very new connections. The miracles are beginning now and dis-connecting from the old systems, structures, and ways of doing things is a great assurance to arriving in this higher vibrating reality.

As we begin to connect together with our brothers and sisters, we will then begin introducing these new ways for the masses who are needing our assistance, and we will then be assured of thriving as it was indeed intended.

We are the ones holding the light now. As we evolve higher and higher, it is a natural part of the process to rely on our guides and non-physical companions less and less. They become inaccessible to us. This is because we eventually begin to vibrate where they are and we literally become them…these higher aspects of ourselves, as we are and have always been one in the same. And as we receive this light from one another, we will begin to form the beautiful grid of the very new world.

LAYING THE NEW FOUNDATION AND THE MEANING OF OUR STORE-FRONTS

Greetings!

(Several of you have written wanting more clarification on the meaning of store-fronts. I have written a brief section at the end of this energy alert for those of you who may be interested in what I frequently refer to as “our store-fronts.”)

Like aftershocks following a massive earthquake, we have experienced several minor shifts in the weeks following the solstice and full moon, and even since the last energy alert of July 1. As more and more souls catch up and find themselves in very new energetic spaces, this creates another shift of unity and cohesion, and thus, another awesome shift of a positive feeling nature occurs as we suddenly begin to feel as though more is settling in.

Yes, we are settling in now, if even in small and continuous steps. Re-connecting is the theme and purpose now, and until we find ourselves re-connecting to a fair degree, the road can seem rocky, unpredictable, scary, out of sync, strange, confusing and nonsensical, and perhaps even grossly uncomfortable as we do not seem to know where we are or what is going on around us and within us.

This last energy upheaval of the June 21st time frame reminds me of the Big Bang theory of evolution. I really know nothing of physics and these types of things, so please bear with me. What is occurring now is something similar to the Big Bang if one were to read the current energies of late. These energies of June blew just about everything out of the water or out of its old groove so that much could begin again. This is what is causing the stress, insecurity, confusion, and nonsensical feelings many of us are experiencing. After we have separated and spread out as far as we can go (and some are still spreading out), we can then connect once again.

In this way, we may find that our loved ones and those near and dear to us are leaving and going somewhere else. It may seem that we are being permanently separated from those with whom we have shared the closest connections. It may seem like much of everything is “going away” and that our lives have completely broken down and fallen apart (along with ourselves!). The separation needs to occur, as we need to find out who we really are, we need to re-connect to our true and authentic selves, we need to connect to Source more fully, and thus, establish a new and stronger re-connection with our foundations. (Some may not need to re-connect at all, but are simply waiting and respecting the re-connection experience of others, if even at a soul or subconscious level.)

This separation phase involves a journey which we can only undertake on our own. It is a very private one, distinctive to whom each and every one of us truly is, and needs to be undertaken before we come together once again. It is a rare gift and very sacred process between our souls and our creator. It involves stepping into our soul shoes if we have not yet done this already.

After this has been accomplished, we then begin the re-connection to our brothers and sisters once again, and when this occurs, we feel a joy and completion I can barely begin to describe. The time-line for this process can be different for all of us. Some are quite done and others are just beginning. It can greatly depend upon our willingness to let go, surrender to Source, get out of the way, and trust that all is in divine and perfect order.

When the re-connection occurs, the masks are removed. For those of us who have been able to see behind the masks for a very long time, it can be quite emotional to now connect more deeply to another who has just now removed his/her mask. It is like coming home! And it is glorious to finally have company!

As we near the boundary before we cross over to acceptance and connection into our very new spaces, we can feel a tightness, much stress, like the walls are squeezing in on us, and a fear and panic that we do not know how we will now survive or where we need to go. It is then that we know that we have hit the wall and can go no further within the old reality.

Similar to the dying process in the old 3D reality, if we can trust and let go, our journey will be much simpler and filled with much more grace and love.

The old reality is indeed gone, and staying within it is what causes these very uncomfortable feelings. As much is beginning to now collapse like a snowball rolling down a massive hill, capturing everything in its path, we really have no choice but to surrender to a higher way of living and being in order to experience a peace, contentment, and unity which can only exist on the other side.

The beating down of our old walls within and without which occurred over the past several weeks had a very distinctive purpose. When this phase was occurring, we may have felt that we had been traumatized, beaten up, banged around, and simply worn down. Our ego states needed to be worn away. We needed to arrive at a place where we realized what is was that really and truly mattered. Specific desires and detailed manifestations we may have held for a very long time, could now be replaced by knowing that perhaps what we really and truly wanted all along was the love of another, the simplest things in life, and a unity with our brothers and sisters.

Watching our loved ones and animal companions suffering with their own specific dilemmas, struggles, and traumas was difficult indeed, but if we can know that we need only honor and respect the paths they have chosen to get to the other side (without saving them), we can then trust that all is indeed in perfect and divine order.

Each and every human being, animal, plant, and the earth are going through this process now. So then, it may have felt as though so much suffering was occurring as the earth and all her inhabitants are adjusting to the new and higher vibrations which are arriving at rapid speed.

We may have reached states of being where we greatly cherished the simplest things in life, a small act of kindness, the beauty of a small flower blooming, the sound of a bird singing, and a great gratitude for anything vibrating as goodness, light, and beauty. And it is then that we finally know what really and truly matters. In these times, the contrast can be profound, but it creates within us states of gratitude, clarity of what truly matters, and a deeper connection to those around us….thus assisting in the creation of the unity which we could not seem to embody and embrace any other way.

(We decided as a group of souls who came together to create a very new world and reality that this is how we would accomplish the next phase. Things were not moving fast enough…not enough of the inhabitants of the earth were awakening…so we decided to go with the crash course which creates the states of being which were necessary for the evolution of the planet.)

Old desires were perhaps initiated from more of our ego states, and as these connections to our ego selves being to dissipate more and more, our desires may change as well. We may not know who we are anymore, as so much of who we thought we were has now left. In this way, we can wonder how to behave now, or perhaps what our real and true power is, or where we are indeed headed as so much of our old selves have now departed.

How to cross over that wall and begin experiencing the other side of miracles, unity, immense love and wonder, and living the life of our true and authentic dreams?

Let go. Just let go of what you thought was real or important. Allow what is truly real now to enter your space and your reality. Take time for yourself…make it all be about yourself now and what you need to do to rest, self-nurture, exhale, be in the moment, let go of responsibilities, and just stay in your own sanctuary and bask. Find a way to re-charge your battery, rejuvenate, and allow time for you. Say no to commitments, gatherings, appointments and have-to’s as much as you can.

Allow yourself time for you, have a willingness to no longer make anything happen, and you will find that everything will simply happen on its own without you needing to be at the helm. Letting go of what no longer feels good or right will allow the new to arrive and place you in a very new space at the same time. TRUST.

When we arrive in a higher vibrating space, we usually do not feel like doing a thing. This is usually because we are now filled with much more light, vibrating higher, and in this reality we do not make things happen on our own. Much like the feelings we might have when newly in love with another, we can find it difficult to concentrate, get serious, have any kind of discipline, or go to a job and be present. In the company of love energy, we can get giddy, feel spacey and lost, ungrounded, and just plain lazy while seemingly only wanting to do things pleasurable, joyful, and fun. We are re-booting as well as we ready for the next phase.

And after we have our period to exhale, bask, self-nurture and remove ourselves from the outside world, we will again be ready to serve along with experiencing the life of our wildest dreams. Weaving in and out of this process we may also find that much is manifesting for us….much that we could only begin to dream about.

When we arrive in Heaven, it is different for each and every one of us. We can choose what we believe Heaven should look like or what we want to experience. We then create our own specific Heaven on Earth and this is happening now. There are many, many versions of Heaven and no one version is right or wrong. Each version represents who we are, what we value and enjoy, and what we are about.

In the old 3D reality, after we “died,” we were allowed to experience whatever we chose while we rejuvenated and rested from the 3D experience. After we had our fill, we would usually be ready to move on and many times move on into a position of service to a lower vibrating reality. And this is what is happening now.

So then, when we are not residing in our Heaven on Earth, we will be providing service through our store-fronts. Our store-fronts will comprise about 25% of our time while the remaining 75% will be spent residing in and creating the very new communities of another reality here on Earth after we are done basking and having our fill of rejuvenation energy.

Our Store-Fronts

Until we no longer have the need for money, we will need a portal for money to arrive through. We will need a space on the dimensional border where we can be found. And this will be our store-fronts. As much continues to collapse, our store-fronts will exist to provide service to those on various rungs of the evolutionary ladder.

Our store-fronts will be varied and will reflect what our own specific gifts and talents are about. They can be artistic creations, healing practices (healing will still be needed for those who are at certain levels of their evolutionary process, but after individuals reach a certain threshold, healing can be detrimental), teaching services for the creation of the New World, and the like. The store-fronts will completely reflect who our true and authentic selves really are, and this is our gift to the world as we continue to serve and assist our brothers and sisters on varying rungs of their ascension process.

And again, store-fronts can also be about our contributions to the creation of the New World. You will know what your store-front is about, as it will reflect something that is really you. And as so much of who we thought we were is leaving so rapidly now, what is left is then the pure gold nugget of our true and authentic selves.

It was planned that we would be taken care of during these times. It was planned that we would experience much abundance during this time of new beginnings. We will all be fine. It has been pre-ordained. We have waited until enough of us were ready. It is now time indeed.

More and more miracles will manifest for us in the very near future. Yes, it is finally time for our very new beginnings, and new beginnings they are indeed. I could never have imagined that mine would involve the new connections with old and familiar souls that I have recently re-connected with. Oh, how I love the surprises that Source delivers!

CURRENT ASCENSION SYMPTOMS,
TOOLS FOR COMFORT,
AND WHAT IS YET TO COME

Greetings!

(Part I of this energy alert is coming first as I didn’t want to wait much longer to post a new alert. Part II should be ready the day after Part I, and I will send an e-mail notification when it is ready as well. Part II will be posted on the web site and added to Part I on the same page.)

Part I

I have been away in North Carolina for the past week or so, connecting with my new twin grandbabies who were born very suddenly on June 12th and still in intensive care, so it has been a bit longer than usual in between energy alerts. The babies are doing remarkably well…Solomon went home on Wednesday, and we are hoping that Arion will soon follow. My daughter Ari is also doing extremely well after a very complicated and serious emergency c-section.

The new little ones who have been arriving now in droves have a very special mission at hand, laying the new grid and providing a very strong and solid foundation for the new world. These little ones are incredibly strong and know exactly what they are doing…and communicating with them telepathically was an exciting and fulfilling experience which brought much joy and great hope for the promise of the new world to come. We are all so blessed to have so many new souls carrying a higher vibration wanting to be here now. They are very instrumental in assisting with the stability of the new as the old is now so rapidly falling away.

I was blessed to leave with everything wonderfully on track and much love and happiness abounding. The past six weeks after their arrival and the week or two leading up to it were an emotional roller coaster ride for my loved ones, as I know that many of you are experiencing this same ride, although for many different and varied reasons of your own. But just like the situation with Ari and the babies, everything will eventually straighten itself out as new alignments and connections to the higher realms are eventually made stronger.

We are still experiencing many symptoms resulting from the solstice energies. I have not felt this way myself since the shifts began in earnest around the year 2000. There is much, much movement now. But these ascension symptoms repeat themselves again and again as our ascension process continues to progress, only more and more individuals are being affected as the whole is beginning to wake up and is now ready to come on board.

For this energy alert I have listed some common symptoms many may be experiencing, why they are occurring, what is to come in relation to them, and some comforts that may be of help. At the end of the energy alert I will also address your many inquiries about healing and why it can be detrimental as one begins to vibrate higher (this will be in Part II).

This energy alert may be a long one as I have not written since July 9th, so I have added some subtitles to give you the opportunity to skip sections if you wish. It can be burdensome at times to have to wade through a long text during these trying times!

Panic, anxiety, and depression:

The solstice energies uprooted much. It was time for the big shake-up, we had prepared all we could, and hence….here it came with a bang! Most of everything was blasted out of its groove and is still floating around without having landed. This involves real manifestations such as the economy, the old systems of the 3D reality, and the loss of jobs and income, etc. Emotionally, even if you are one who has not experienced any of these, you may simply feel the emotions of those around you…if only from simply walking out your front door in the middle of nowhere all by yourself!

Panic can occur when we feel great loss beyond our control and feelings of “the end.” I had extreme panic many years ago when the shifts first began, and very few were experiencing any of this. In addition, there was nothing really manifesting in real form (or in the outside reality) in regard to “ending” at that time, so then, we can feel panic and anxiety at a subconscious and higher level when we know that we are evolving and leaving much behind….even if we literally are not. It is just that we are going into a higher dimension and not everyone else is going with us at that time. But now, the endings are manifesting in real form, so we have a double whammy for sure (this is because it is finally time for the whole to begin its journey of coming on board).

Experiencing endings before the new has arrived can cause extreme insecurity, panic, fear, and uncertainty. We are human beings still, and thus have emotions at a human level. This is one of the many challenges of ascension…dying while we are alive and still in human form. But we are continuing on, at some level know that we are here for this purpose, and thus seem to hang in there through it all. I believe we are doing a fine job and am so proud to be part of our whole! Our souls are very strong indeed…we have been around for a very long time.

In addition, we are in the process of once more losing another layer of our old ego selves. Personality traits and behaviors which vibrated lower have suddenly departed. The parts of ourselves which we developed in order to survive a harsher and lower vibrating 3D reality cannot exist here now.

Hence, another challenge of ascension and another reason for panic and anxiety. Evolving into an even more sensitive individual without defenses, barriers, or a harsh exterior of protection while still in a harsh, dangerous, and seemingly dark environment can create an immense challenge at best.

And now, with the dissolution of so much of the old world in form, as the fall is beginning to snowball, we may wonder how in the world we will survive financially, and how we will sustain ourselves at all. With much of everything leaving, including parts of ourselves we had developed to survive, no wonder many of us are panicky!

“Should I even bother trying to create anything new?” you may wonder. “What is the point right now…..or ever?” With so much in seeming chaos, it can be difficult to know which road to be on, or even if your road will still be intact in times to come. “Everything seems up in the air with no solid foundation and no direction.” Again, much has not yet landed in its new groove….but it will, I promise you.

“I don’t know who I am anymore. I used to know my purpose and now I am totally and completely lost.” “I cannot go forward in any way…I feel boxed in.” “I feel helpless, vulnerable, powerless, insecure, and at the whim of much of anything.” “My self-confidence is shot. I do not feel remotely good about myself anymore.”

And how about this one: “I feel completely invisible, unnoticed, not needed, and certainly not appreciated or valued.” This is because we are vibrating higher and cannot be seen right now. And in addition, so many are in chaos and panic with their own situations, that they cannot see much of anything except what is going on for them. (More about being invisible further on in the energy alert.)

“I don’t feel like doing a thing. I am not interested in a thing. I just want to play. I want to retire. I do not want any more responsibilities. I am exhausted. I need to rejuvenate. I need a very long rest….or maybe an endless vacation.” “Don’t bother me. I want to be in my own sacred space away from the outside world.” Or perhaps, “Get me out of here! I want to run away to somewhere very different and never return!” “I want to go home where I fit and things feel right!”

Depression and apathy can occur right now as everything is in seeming chaos, we cannot manifest in the way we used to, many are not seeing each other, we are now vibrating higher and the outside and old reality is vibrating lower…which always causes depression as the outside reality has not yet caught up, and there is much suffering occurring (making one wonder if anything “good” will ever happen again). This will pass, I promise, and when it does, we will be grateful for the new space we are in.

Health crises, relationship breakups, job losses, financial stresses, and a general experience of having your life fall apart:

We are rapidly accelerating now into a higher dimension, and everything has to go. So then, everything needs to align, get primed, or leave this reality in order to arrive in the new one (and yes, death in the old 3D fashion is a path as well). Whatever is not vibrating at this new and higher level (or whatever level or rung of the ladder is next for you and your loved ones), will receive a corresponding experience of choice at a soul level to create a situation designed to get everyone to where they need to be.

Many scenarios are occurring now, and at many different levels. Those more embedded in the mainstream or old reality will experience the most shake-ups, as this world is rapidly leaving now. Those who have been through their own challenges and shake-ups of the ascension process for several years will experience less, but will still be having shake-ups in relation to where they are vibrating…they will just go to a higher level from where they were before, usually involving shake-ups in relation to ego selves and new ways of relating and being.

Are you behind if your life is really collapsing now? Have you missed the boat? Are you not where you should be? Is something wrong with you? Are you being punished? Are you not “ascending” fast enough? Absolutely not.

At our soul levels, we are all right where we need to be. Some of us chose to lag a little further behind as we needed to hold the space at that particular level until it was time to move our level ahead and take many with us. We are all masters here, knowing exactly what we are doing and doing it remarkably well. We know where we need to be. There are no mistakes. And sometimes different choices are made as well, and this is when suffering usually occurs to encourage us to make another choice in order to be in alignment with our original soul plan. We each have a unique and different scenario going according to what feels best to each and every one of us.

A health crisis is one of the first ways many choose to begin aligning to Source and our souls. It usually gets our egos out of the way in a crash course style, so it is a good and common choice to begin with. Loss of control is paramount then, so we become dependent on a higher power and really learn to surrender and trust. This is happening now for many who are just starting their process.

Relationship breakups are common as well. One soul begins to vibrate higher and the other soul usually sets the higher vibrating soul free by “dumping” them. If we can know why, and that the “dumping” soul is doing so because of a great love for us and as a great support for our continued growth, we can then know that all is in divine and perfect order. We will all meet up in the end anyway and laugh and cry and hug each other.

Another scenario which is occurring more frequently now is when two souls totally separate to give each soul an opportunity to find itself entirely on its own without having the support or leaning on one another. When each one learns to connect individually to who they really are, to their souls and to Source, they can then find each other again and re-unite. This is why it is becoming more common now for things to separate completely before they can re-unite one again.

Job losses have always been a common ascension experience. As we begin to vibrate higher than our job in the main stream world, we are thus separated from it. We were not meant to suffer through this process, so most of the time (the far majority of the time) we are somehow miraculously taken care of.

Much is falling apart now as the old world is taking its fall. Much is then being turned inside out or rather finally right side up. Re-aligned, re-aligned, re-aligned.

The higher dimensions serve to magnify everything. So then, for those who have been on their ascension path for quite awhile, or perhaps even purged and released much in a short period of time, what is then magnified will be much more pleasurable. This is why miracles and new beginnings can occur for some and not for others. And again, we are all right where we need to be with our own set of individual challenges at each level.

Sleeping and wanting to nap all day:

Those bearing a significant amount of light carried much in regard to the ascension process, and this role is now over for awhile. Now we get to rest. A large part of our “job” is done. We have let go and get to hibernate and take some time for ourselves. So then, all we might want to do is rest, take it easy, S-L-E-E-P, and be a slug. No more carrying the light for the entire planet…no more lifting it up….no more new projects right away…..no more supporting, holding, and saving. Just like a long rest after being in labor before birthing a new baby, a rest is needed before we experience the very new baby.

Experiencing great distress at and/or a strong need to no longer be alone:

In the higher realms, there is no separation. Unity vibrates much higher. As we begin to vibrate higher, we are now wired for unity. Thus, being alone no longer feels good or remotely right. It can feel downright uncomfortable at best and encourage us to seek out new group connections, re-unions with family or perhaps relocations where family and friends are, and the like. Innately we know it is time for community.

Only wanting to do what you want to do, or rather not wanting to do anything you “have to” or what someone else wants to do:

When I first got clobbered with major ascension symptoms, I really had this one. I thought that I must be the most selfish person in the world, and thus tried to “tap” this seeming issue away through EFT, which was how I addressed my symptoms in the beginning before I was no longer able to (EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique…a process for restoring yourself to a higher level of being through tapping the meridian points on your body. I believe their website url is www.emofree.com ). Much to my surprise, I discovered that this state of being cannot be removed, as it is one which vibrates higher, believe it or not!

When we reach the higher realms, much is purified and only the most refined states and energies remain. In this way, we are then in alignment with who we are and what we are about in our purest state. This relates to our own special purpose and contribution, and thus, we can no longer be in anyone else’s reality, dream, or the like. As we begin to vibrate higher, we also share a reality or dream with our soul team along with the general reality of the whole, so we still do have overlaps in some ways. Sounds strange, but wanting to do what lights us up and what we can relate to is where we need to be.

Feeling invisible and not valued or needed:

Some of us may feel invisible because we are invisible. This latest shift in June catapulted everyone higher and many are vibrating higher than others who are in the old world, so we are no longer noticed. We may not be in the land of problems, crises, and the like, so we literally no longer live there and cannot be seen.

So right now, for the most part, we are not yet ready to be seen or needed as not enough of the whole have hit their rock bottom. We need to be “asked” for our knowledge, talents, and assistance, and will not be until souls reach this point and get desperate or completely lost. Most must surrender first. As we have been growing our angel wings for awhile now, and still have far to go yet, just like angels, we will be asked for help, guidance, love, re-assurance, and then be able to assist those in need. So just like situations which we ourselves have experienced when we surrender and then the light arrives, we will be able to be that light for others, but not until they surrender and ask. This time is coming, but it is not quite here yet, but will be very soon.

Feeling beat up, abused, worn down, and clobbered at every turn:

It will get better. Things will smooth out. We are not given more than we can handle, but just enough to fall apart so that our ego selves have to get out of the way. We can no longer be in charge like we used to, as it is our connection to our souls and to Spirit which calls the shots now. When we become beaten down, we begin to appreciate the smallest of things, and in the higher realms, it is only the simple things that really matter. As we evolve, we come to realize that the little things we thought were so important were only coming from our ego selves anyway. We begin to value and appreciate the love and friendship of another above all else, the life of community, and the kindness of our brothers and sisters. Our picky old ego selves are seemingly gone, and we realize that what we thought was so important really was not important at all.

Part II

More symptoms…but lots of wonderful things are arriving now and due to soon arrive as well! We are really getting over the hump now, so some of these symptoms may have already passed for some of you, or perhaps never occurred at all.

No sense of place:

It is very common to have this feeling during or right after a substantial shift of the energies. We receive an internal shake-up, are catapulted to a new level of vibration, and the outside reality no longer fits us. We can thus feel that we no longer belong anywhere, cannot relate to anyone or anything, feel quite alone, and nothing much feels good to us anymore. I have listed some comforts for this symptom further along in this energy alert.

A need to eat often with what feels like low blood sugar attacks, or simply wanting to gorge on food:

When we are re-aligning within and greatly morphing, our bodies can really take a hit and thus require much more energy than normal. Protein is the key here. During these times I have to eat every two hours and this includes a healthy dose of protein. The gorging or wanting to fill up is a different thing. With so much loss occurring along with losing much of who we thought we were, we can at times have a desire to fill up somehow. This can manifest as wanting to eat large amounts of food and wanting to really feel full.

Craving anything “new”:

After we move ahead to a higher vibrating “level” or dimension, it can feel uncomfortable to be in anything “old.” For those who are highly sensitive, this can manifest as severe discomfort and an almost gagging or repulsion for anything which existed before. It is in our wiring….we are being encouraged to move ahead into the new, or rather can no longer tolerate the lower vibrations or things of the past. We have been reborn and are now vibrating within a very new space and reality.

Becoming easily overloaded and overwhelmed:

With the new energies now in place, much has been dislodged and relocated to a new residency. Much pushing then, is occurring. This can cause feelings of hyperventilation, squeezing, headaches, and an overall feeling of stress. With so much going on within and without, we can easily become overloaded. Rest is vitally important now, as well as saying “no” to much and being willing to stay simple. When I experienced this scenario to an extreme many years ago, I could not even have a conversation, as it used up too much of my energy reserves. Resting and making things simple was my only salvation. This greatly assisted with the panic and anxiety as well.

Forgetting where you are and losing your place:

Many times when I am driving in vast expanses of country here in the Southwest, I can forget where I am, who I am, or what reality I am in. This can occur at other times as well when we begin to vibrate higher. It is as if we are not connected to anything at times, and are thus hanging out there in a space which gives us the opportunity to create whatever we choose. As we vibrate higher, we hold onto much less. Energy is in and out, very quickly and moves very fast without clinging or holding on. Anything not being held in our consciousness will simply cease to exist. Getting used to this can be scary or at best confusing, but it can also allow us to create fresh and new at any given moment.

There are countless other symptoms relating to our ascension process, and many more are listed in The Ascension Primer, as well as in the form of book excerpts for your viewing at the sidebar link on this page at www.whatsuponplanetearth.com, but in order to remain brief for the purposes of an energy alert, I have listed here the most common for this particular time.

Tools for Comfort

When we go through a substantial shift into a higher dimension, it can really wreak havoc on much of everything within and without. In this regard, it can greatly help if can find ways to stay connected to the higher vibrating energies, as so much else is falling away. During these times we really need to feel good again, and connecting to higher ways of being and living can greatly soothe us. Below are some remedies which I have found to be very helpful during these times:

Stay in your creativity as much as possible. In the higher realms, creativity is what it is all about. Thus, creativity always carries a high vibration no matter what dimension we are residing in. For me, sewing, designing a new fabric project, painting, writing, gardening, cooking, and creating much of anything immediately takes me into a beautiful space and I feel wonderful and connected again. It also serves to get any negative thoughts out of the way, as well as our ego selves!

Be in the company of as many little ones as possible. Our little ones naturally carry a higher vibration and we can easily feel oh so connected once again. We see them and they see us. They match us so much more closely than much of anything else. My granddaughter Amayah has saved me countless times during an ascension shift. These little ones love us as much as we love them!

Get distracted and stay away from the news, the outside world if need be, and just keep as busy as possible in your own world. This past week while I was at my daughter’s we had no TV, no internet, and spent almost all of our time readying for the arrival home of the babies, playing, laughing, eating, and cuddling. It was pure bliss. The only reality I was aware of was the reality of a loving environment with my family and four grandchildren. We slept together, showered together, massaged each other, combed each other’s hair, and basically found ourselves continually in one big ball of golden brown and white skin (my grandchildren are African-American bi-racial)!

Spend time in nature as much as possible. This can be a tough one right now, as even when we are in nature, we can still pick up all the changing and disruptive energies. But the earth is ascending as our vehicle, and being around her energies can connect us as well. Here in the high desert of New Mexico we are experiencing the monsoons and it is awesomely beautiful. Incredible sunsets, magnificent cloud formations, the smell of wet sage, and wildflowers abounding can make one feel as if they have arrived in heaven.

Take a break and rest. If you are able to, take a day designated just for you. Read a trashy magazine, lay in bed all day, go for a walk, read a pleasurable book (not a self-help book!), tinker around the house, or just sit in the sun. Things will indeed begin to rev up for you again, if they have not yet begun to do so, so a time out now can really be what is needed.

Bond with your animal companions. They are a part of our individual community and our family and it can feel wonderful to spend as much time with them as possible as a part of our whole.

Just stay away from what is crashing and re-aligning…or stay in your sacred space. Our sacred space, or what we have created, is very much in alignment with who we are. Thus, we can feel secure, grounded, and just plain good when we are there. Staying home can feel best at times.

What Is Yet To Come

Things will be settling down as our re-connections become more and more intact, and this is already beginning now. And yes, everyone will begin to experience miracles and new beginnings. Hitting rock bottom created opportunities for change for many, so then, much will be re-structured, re-aligned, and settled into very new spaces.

Much will be different and will continue to evolve and change in a disruptive and destructive way until we reach 2012. Thus, there will continue to be upheavals for a few more years for many, but most of everything will be intact and ready for the very New World to be created fully by 2012.

Coming together in community will be paramount, and we will be forming smaller groups of supportive souls who know each other intimately in times to come. Our old ways of living and being created separation, anonymity, and the like, and this will soon be a reality of the past.

Travel will be greatly compromised, and this will serve to support the unity reality. Air and auto travel will be highly limited to those of affluence, and air travel will almost be rare. Train travel will be the norm and serve as the primary source of movement into other areas, as well as smaller inventions for very local travel yet to be introduced.

Families and loved ones will relocate in order to be together geographically and to serve as support units for their whole. The walls of judgment, separation, and ego-personality states will rapidly dissipate through these times of change. The area where I currently reside is comprised of retired Buddhist monks, a strong gay community, retired main stream individuals, healers, Mormons, and many creative artists. Everyone here gets along as we need to support each other. It becomes easy to see only the soul, beauty, and gifts and talents of another while disregarding the package they are contained in, as we are all one and we greatly need each other. And this is how it will be for most everyone soon. We will actually finally “see” each other!

“Local” will be paramount. Smaller communities will sustain themselves and support each other. And this is when our own special gifts and talents will be needed, recognized, and highly revered. This is the way of the higher realms. And yes, smaller communities can exist within a metropolitan area as well. Where I currently live, the nearest store is an hour away. But we have avid gardeners and growers here, a strong farmer’s market, we each share our experiences and supports for sustainable and natural building, and I can literally hike, write, get my mail, connect with others, take yoga, and much else without leaving my own back yard. In this way, the gas prices have very little impact as well. I rarely need to get in my car. Running errands is virtually extinct.

This has been planned at higher levels for some time now. He brings the energy of unity and change and will have an effect which we have not seen in eons of time. I have known this for quite some time, but Hillary followers got very angry with me! If you are one who favors John McCain, please refrain from letting me know. This was not my idea…I am just the messenger!

The supports we have longed for, for so very long, will finally arrive. And they will come in the form of each other. Financial supports will arrive through our store-fronts (kindly find more detailed information about store-fronts in the energy alert for July 9th located in the archives).

August of 2008 will bring in some beautiful energy. Much will have been resolved and settled in by then, and thus, more will be intact at last. We will experience another opening to the higher levels, and like fairy dust being sprinkled over us, the magic will appear at every turn. I tear up when I see these times as they are so very beautiful.

Why Healing Can Be Detrimental When We Reach A Higher Vibration

After we reach a higher vibration within, we are then vibrating higher than our old wounds, past experiences, and the like. In other words, we have evolved beyond lower vibrating experiences which caused whatever needed to be healed. If we receive a healing in this new state of being, it can only serve to take us back into old denser energy and re-activate something which no longer exists. A healing at this stage can really screw us up and get us out of alignment and off track, and is most certainly not necessary.

This mostly pertains to certain types of counseling, healing modalities which serve to clear out old energies by needing to connect to them first, or any modality that focuses on what is “wrong.”

In addition, the ascension process serves to prepare us for the higher realms completely on its own. It is a beautiful process that knows exactly what it is doing quite naturally. If we try to assist or interfere, to expedite it or make it happen by ourselves, we will only serve to open way too fast, create discomfort, jump ahead of where we are and thus not be aligned, and perhaps make our loving non-physical care takers wonder what in the world we are doing as they are so lovingly monitoring the whole process!

In the beginning stages of ascension healings can be very helpful. They can serve to relieve some of the pain and suffering resulting from the higher energies hitting and activating old wounds which need to be cleared and released. But even then, this assisting process needs to be monitored very carefully and it can be tricky.

So then, for those just beginning their journey, healings can greatly help. But after a certain threshold has been met, they only serve to be detrimental to the recipient. Many of you who are healers will know through your expertise who needs what and when. You are masters at connecting to the higher energies and allowing them to run through you while getting out of the way.

I have not had a healing in many years and have been fine. Most of what I am referring to here is in regard to the ascension process. I still go to the dentist, took an antibiotic when I had a kidney stone, and would seek medical attention if needed in an emergency (such as a rattlesnake bite!), although I have not been to a doctor for many years.

Hope this helps those of you who have been asking…it can be difficult to explain but I would imagine you get the drift, and if you are called to be a healer (as we all have the ability to heal), you would have this sense and expertise without me explaining.

In addition, as we evolve higher, we begin to have the desire to simply have a life. We want to create the life of our dreams and be in it. We no longer have a desire to save or fix. Healers will still be needed though, for those evolving up the ascension ladder, so healers will still be needed and highly revered in this arena.

A Post Script

Okay, okay, because so many of you have hinted and inquired (smile)…..yes, Phil and I have re-united and have been very much together for several weeks now. It was time for someone who was a much better match for me to arrive, and it turned out to be Phil. He had made some dramatic shifts, come into his soul shoes, and we were thrown back together in a miraculous and synchronistic way. So many times I have told him, “Who are you and what happened to Phil?” I have certainly had some changes in my energy as well.

Expecting someone completely different to arrive, I had to realize that the form that someone different came in did not matter, and when I realized this, it was perfection! A re-birth, a very new beginning, almost like a re-incarnation into a new reality with him, is now at our disposal. We are currently working on creating a dvd of tours of the ancient ruins and the like, in order to bring to you information about living and being in the higher dimensions…just like the ancients did. Although still living in separate residences (and we will for awhile), we are also putting together a new home on my land which will be in alignment with the cosmos, off grid, and very connected to the star beings as well. We hope to share our project with you via dvd, as we will both be residing there when it is ready.

Thank you so much for all your support through our journey. We have had concerns that we would appear flakey and unstable, so wanted to wait awhile until we made our re-union public. Our relationship now is completely different than before, and I can only say that it is ultimately the relationship of my dreams. Phil completed years of opening, aligning, and connecting to Source in one short year and a half…he is a remarkable man and I am so very blessed. Although a very ancient soul, he knew nothing of metaphysics, ascension, and the like when I met him. Now he speaks to the non-physicals more frequently than I do!

I don't think anything. I meant I dunno about his masterly essence. Still, he will probably win, I just get the feeling it won't be that simple. Assassinations have a tendency to do all sorts of damage if you know what I mean, Physical and character. This is not a prediction, by the way. I just feel uneasy about it.

You become enlightened/schizophrenic as a result of 'the great work' currently being carried out by Masonry, charities and New Age organisations...

OR...... you undergo the 'program' but escape the control element and manage to use your enlightenment for good.

There is a change in human potential going on right now but most 'graduates' belong to secret societies and or new age masonic controlled groups... I don't know of ANY free agents like me. I'd really love some company if there are....

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I can assure you that the Ascension process I'm living has to do with spiritual evolution, and not waiting for the end-time climax where there is some kind of rapture. I'm not counting on anyone to save me from anything, because only I can save myself.

Putting up with my rubbish is exactly what I'm doing, while holding others responsible for their own rubbish. It's a do-it-yourself thing. It's very personal and different for each person, but fascinating to see how many are having similar experiences.

THE NEW BEGINNINGS OF AUGUST...THE LIGHT RETURNS

Greetings!

There is wonderful news to report regarding the total solar eclipse and new moon. I believe that it will have a positive and important impact on many of us on the planet who are here to serve, assist in the spiritual evolution of the planet, and thus result in a great support for continuing on with all of our special contributions, gifts, and talents. And on August 16th (or 17th) a partial lunar eclipse and full moon will occur. I will be writing more about the lunar significance when it draws nearer.

A full solar eclipse (and new moon) will occur on August 1, 2008, and although it will not be visible to experience in every geographical area, it will affect us all none-the-less. The solar eclipse occurring at this juncture in our spiritual evolutionary path will highlight and support a new beginning with the end of a certain amount of resistance from opposing forces.

Meaning what exactly? If you have been trying to move forward with your purpose, project, or much of anything else for that matter, the advent of the total solar eclipse will assist you in paving a much more clear and uncluttered path.

The sun will be blocked for a short while. As strange as this may sound, energetically it means that this will stop the flow of energy to those facets that have been allowed to run rampant of late, creating unpleasant feelings and experiences for many of us while we try to make progress, or create our dreams, desires, projects, and next phases near and dear to us. It will mark the end of “the old.”
The solar eclipse and new moon will mark an important turning point. The energies which have been in the fore-front of late, or the lower vibrating and denser energies, will now have a “cease” to their power or in other words to their ability to be able to run loose with attempts at bringing down the light through their old ways, at best.

With the new moon and the sun now starting anew after this blockage, it will mean a new beginning for most of us. And this new beginning will be fresh and clear, just like a new start without all the resistance energy of late.

Before new and supporting energies arrive, we usually feel a “pull out” of supports or of light. When this phase occurs, the darker or denser energies really run rampant. It is as if the teacher has left the classroom and the class is really taking advantage. Well, the “teacher” has now returned and things will now begin to change. The higher ways and the light will now be able to take charge and make their presence known and respected.

As always, we needed to give enough time for things to adjust, come into place, and into alignment. These waiting or aligning periods can be challenging at times. If you are one who has felt that you were being ignored, disrespected, taken advantage of, road-blocked, boxed in with seemingly nowhere to go, having things taken over by a lower vibrating element that seemed to know far less than you, then get ready for a change.

The advent of the new moon and solar eclipse will change all of this.

For those especially tapped in or highly sensitive, physical manifestations could be felt of late as a build-up of pressure, abdominal bloating and a feeling of expansion, short fuses and an inability to tolerate lower vibrating energies which seemed to be so ever present everywhere, intestinal pressure and cramping with a need to relieve one-self often, restless sleeping, and even feelings of futility.

You may have felt as though there was nowhere remotely comfortable left to connect to, that everything around you was from a very old reality and making no sense to you now (or ever!), that what was in charge or at the fore-front did not know what in the world it was doing, that things had gone as far as they could go and then some, or perhaps even as though you could not take part in any way with much of anything. Totally stuck. And perhaps even repulsed by those lower vibrating energies surrounding you, as this is what the ascension process continues to create...higher vibrating energies with an inability to tolerate lower vibrating ones.

There needed to be enough time for things to find their new and better aligned energetic homes. And when we experience suffering, we really become clear about what it is that is the most important to us. The solstice of June knocked much out of its groove, much then needed to find a new energetic home, and even much within us which vibrated lower was released to some other home, far, far away from where we are now vibrating. And in this way, we might have wondered who we were and what we were now supposed to be doing.

Rock bottoms needed to be reached in order for many to finally be willing to make a change. And for many of those bearing much light, it could be challenging to be prohibited from helping. We had to be blocked from saving others and holding up the light as much needed to fall…..to fall into its new and rightful place. And even if you were one who was not personally affected by the bulldozing energies of the summer solstice, their effects could still be felt as so many of our loved ones were indeed affected. Just standing out in a vast expanse of nature could result in feeling these intense and unnerving energies!

In this way, lightbearers were almost stripped of their power and along with this, much of who they thought they were. But we decided on this course of action, as it would create the most change, and great change was now needed as things were finally right for moving forward….and we wanted to take as many with us as possible!

New connections needed to be made before we could progress further. And when we realize what is dear to us and means the most, we are then able to connect to the purer and simpler things which will always remain.

The door has now opened to more new beginnings. Many of the steps have been fulfilled, although creating great challenges for many. But in the end, we will find ourselves ever so much closer to our Heaven on Earth.

With the advent of the solar eclipse and new moon, a new chapter will be opened and much of the old will cease to hold any of its old power. We will again feel support, we will have more to connect to and hold onto, and the road before us will be much clearer.

THE CONTINUING ENERGIES OF AUGUST...IN THE EYE OF THE STORM

Greetings!

With August being a month for much celestial activity, there will be a meteor shower on August 12th. With a bit of a window around its arrival, the evening of the 12th of August and the morning of the 13th of August will bring forth the maximum of the Perseid meteor shower. Up to 80 shooting stars may be visible each hour! And then on August 16th, we will experience a full moon lunar eclipse.

These celestial events will greatly support our arrival into the new and are bringing with them some awesome and very exciting energy. The total solar eclipse cleared the way for a brand new beginning. For several weeks before its arrival on August 1st, we were bottle-necked and sharing space with some very unpleasant energies indeed. The light of the new had not yet arrived, and much seemed to be going awry with seemingly out of control denser energies having their way.

The solar eclipse opened the way for a new beginning. It enabled things to begin a forward movement, for energies to begin connecting again or anew, and even perhaps enabling us to feel good once again. If we had the opportunity to stay in our sacred spaces, we could easily now find immense peace, deep sleep, a new protection from these mischievous energies, and even perhaps a sense that we had completed some challenging, stressful, and deeply troubling phase. A time for rejuvenation was much needed and thus, this opportunity was given, if only for a brief period of time before new manifestations began arriving, along with more energies delivering a very powerful punch, rocking us to the core, in the months to come.

We had decided at soul levels that we needed a jump start to really get things going. And thus, the energies of the June 21st solstice really shook things out of their grooves. Not enough souls were realizing what was truly important to them, not enough change was willingly being made, and thus, much suffering was incurred by many of our loved ones as they experienced great challenges. As these energies pushed and released much, panic, anxiety, and depression became near epidemic. Everything at times seemed haywire and out of control…even the darkness!

When darkness is usurped or pushed out of its groove, it can seem to be everywhere. Thus, at times it felt as though we were in a deep pit of deeply unpleasant energy with nowhere to go to bring even a modicum of relief.

But we were given the chance to begin anew, and to begin with much less of who we thought we were. Having no sense of control or of being in charge, most of July was comprised of an unknowingness about nearly everything in our lives. Where did we now belong? Where were we headed? What were we here to do? Who were we, anyway? And where in the heck will our security now come from? And why were we being beaten up so badly, nearly forced to stay home with barely a desire or an ability to even put a toe out there?

But now enter the energies of August. Although a rocky road remains behind us, there will be much more smooth sailing ahead for us, if only for awhile. And know as well that in the months to come there will be immense shake-ups, much turmoil, and great change. During this time and the times to come, know that the more we remain out of the mainstream, or stay clear of what is falling, the less affected we will be. The key is to stay in our sacred spaces and provide our services from there. I am writing day and night of late, finishing Stepping Into the New Reality, which explains and gives guidelines and supports for this process. I am hoping to have this program ready by September. There will also be many complimentary supports on the new web site when it is ready. The site is going slow, but some changes have already been implemented within the bones or skeletal system of the site, in order for as many as possible of you to view it effortlessly with no glitches or problems.

So then, the meteor shower is bringing in energies of fairy dust, like a sprinkling of light and beauty, magic and love, this cosmic event will only serve to make us feel good. Recharging our batteries and rejuvenating ourselves through these energies will be ever so possible. We will have the opportunity to laugh, feel a lightness and joy, to play with our brothers and sisters, to enjoy having many things fall into place effortlessly, and to feel good once again.

On August 16th, we will experience a lunar eclipse and full moon. During this time, we will have the opportunity to experience and examine our shadow selves, what is inside of us, what our fears are, and we may feel and emptiness and rather spooky energy. It may feel that the light is temporarily gone and that we are only connected to a strange and dark space. We may not want to be alone then, and thus crave the companionship and connections to others.

When we experience these opportunities to really see the aspects of ourselves that we would prefer to hide from others, we can feel vulnerable, inadequate, and almost powerless. But by embracing the energies that these cosmic events are here to support, love them and allow them to be utilized in their purest form, we can then let them go and move forward once again. It is then that we have even more gratitude for the love of another, or perhaps are then more able to see and have love for the seeming inadequacies of our brothers and sisters, as we know that we are not perfect either.

Yes, we are currently in the eye of the storm, being given a period of rest, beauty, introspection, and a preparation for what is to come. The energies of August and into September will allow us to prepare our foundations more securely, to connect more securely to our loved ones, to begin our new endeavors, and to bask in the beauty of much love and light.

By the time the next energy surge arrives in times to come, which will result in a much more intense and rapid manifestation of the fall, we will be ever so much more poised and ready in our brand new spaces. The energies of July were but a precursor for big events to arrive sometime before the end of the year, but we are being stabilized and anchored now so that this next wave will not affect us as it would if it arrived right now.

If we can take advantage of these newly arriving energies of late, feel their sweetness and beauty, allow them to direct us to where we need to be, and know that we are always divinely protected and watched over, we can then be in alignment with what is being offered to us now. Bouncing out of the mainstream, out of the spaces which we may have occupied in recent times, and knowing that we no longer need to suffer, carry the burdens for anyone or anything else, and simply allow ourselves to be free and clear, we can thus take the road and ride the wave of what the universe is now supporting us in doing and in being.

We no longer need to carry the planet or to carry anyone who resides upon her. We are free. We can now leave all of that role and reality behind. It is over. We need not suffer now. We need not feel or experience the pain of others who are in a very different space. We are free and clear, and we can go now…..go to our place in Heaven on Earth where we will hold the space for others to arrive when they are ready and willing to come where we are. And the energies of late and of the near future will support us in creating and arriving in our very new spaces.

Hi,

I am very interested in your info, I'll explain why.

Just under 3 years a go I started noticing a change in me, I went from being an atheist in to someone that could not absorb enough knowledge through books on spirituality (not religion), I previously had not read a book in about 20 years.

It had a real negative affect on work because I was in a professional sales role whereby I was earning big money, but I became extremely unhappy with my life and became depressed. I was made redundant in June and am not really that bothered about it, I am going with the flow by trusting myself inwardly, there also seems to be far less turmoil from the conscious part of my brain that used to always get on my back.

It is hard to understand how much I have changed recently, I am doing a Reiki 1 course soon, something I have wanted to do for some time and generally seem more relaxed and worry less.

Are these things a sign of something you have described or something else?

In my opinion yes. What you've described is a pretty common sign of having been activated or triggered on an inner level energetically. That is exactly how the ongoing ascension process works because it isn't something that people do externally. It's like entering puberty....it just happens to you and you try to survive the process! ;) I believe that our Higher Selves decided when we'd each be activated or triggered with this process. Some of us years ago, others now, and even more over the next months and years. It's much like grades or levels in school; I call them stairsteps but they're different levels or stages we're each at within this massive ongoing process.

I won't repeat many of the common symptoms (physical, mental, emotional, psychic, etc) that Karen Bishop has listed on her website but suggest you take a look at them AND her "energy alerts" which tinmenace copies here for everyone. Thanks Tin for keeping my thread alive. :)

Just know that this is indeed a process and it has numerous layers, levels, stages and it cycles over and over again giving us the time to make these incredible inner/outter changes and transformations both awake in the physical realm, and also while asleep and/or dreaming in that realm. It is NOT something that anyone does or lives in a couple months! Ascension is about energetically transmuting from one lower, slower, more dense state of awareness and the body that we used with it in that world, into something much less dense, non-polarized, whole brain integrated, full higher Heart activation and integration or Heart consciousness (as opposed to polarized egoic intellect only), that exists within a higher frequency.

It was so great hearing you say that you're (ego self) is not much concernded over these changes to the old you and your life style. That's great because it will only continue and increase! :eek: Welcome to the ascension process. :)

I also believe this to be True. In fact I believe that the 'Second Coming' is in fact our own Awakening. The collective consciousness is about to wake up - it's already started. We need to start working on ourselves and get ready for the ride... :)

There's an incredible book you might be interested in, called VISION. It's about the whole 'journey' of life, and what is happening at this time. It's very simple(!) so if you're not into heavy reading, this might be up your street - takes about 30 minutes to read. That said, it isn't to be taken lightly: the book is written with spiritual Light, that begins, or accelerates, your Awakening. I had some very real, physical responses just reading the first page! Very powerful Light and energy.

hi, i just posted elsewhere my recent experiences but was looking at this link and felt i recognised much of what is here. i used to meditate a lot but had stopped for a while and was on a bit of a downer but all the time i knew something was tickin quietly somewhere reminding me to find out what i really am well i was questioning lots of stuff re politics but included in these thoughts was things david icke had said. so went to see him in london this year and since then things have been firing away so fast. i paint but they seem to happen a lot of the time (not always) - like i see them as being shown to me or growing in front of me - well during the last couple of months i have been seeing this loving looking eye in the sky and then was seeing it when i closed my eyes, i started seeing orbs of light spinning and bright sparks. i was a bit alarmed but i sensed they were good - i was enjoying just watching them last week because i found watching, tv or dealing with stuff, seems so bland and meaningless compared to this. while i was watching them this beautiful feeling came over me and the noises around me changed, pitch rose intensely and the lights spun, became so beautiful, colourful and i was rooted for a long time just seeing different images appear , most importantly i felt this beautiful loving eye- there were waves of love washing over me and it was just too beautiful to describe in words - now i just love being 'there' and reluctant to deal with shit of daily life. the house is a mess and i must deal with stuff like that but i cant help but think whats the point - this is not real! still - i will get round to it eventually. (maybe!)

at first i wasnt sure about posting this because i am fairly shy and reticent and dont want it to come across like an ego trip or a lsd trip! but its not that at all - i feel this is passing from person to person because we are all part of each other/part of infinite love -

Thanks for sharing that great post. It sounds like you are indeed in a big ascension increase now.

It is fairly common (at least it was in the past) to see this great comic sort of eye in one's minds eye, especially when meditating. I think it's a sign of your own inner eye (Brow chakra/third eye) activating. Also there are great nonphysical (positive) beings that we sometimes see like what you've described. It's a very positive sign imo.

So many of the other things you mentioned are very much ascension related. Once this process starts, your priorities get shuffled around real fast and you just don't have the desire or interest (or patience or tolerance) for lower vibrating things and situations etc. any longer. It's an important aspect of this process and quickly deposits one in different, higher frequency states of awareness, focus and being over and over again.

EXPERIENCING THE LULL AND THE BIG PURGE TO FREEDOM

Greetings!

We just completed a big purge, and thus, we are now in a lull. The lunar eclipse and full moon supported us in really seeing who we are, in allowing us to go into that scary and seemingly dark space, and now we are out and on the other side.

If you are one who is unusually sensitive and connects easily, you may have experienced the lunar eclipse on August 16th with confusing feelings of low self worth, perhaps self-loathing, and even guilt for no apparent reason. You may have felt just plain icky and you did not know why. Suddenly feeling bad about ourselves for no apparent reason is simply a manifestation of the lunar eclipse supporting us in going deep within and seeing the denser aspects of who we are.

After its passing, we were then given an opportunity to shed a lot around us. We may have suddenly felt as though it was time for a big housecleaning, and not just our physical homes! After all we had been through in the past few months and weeks, it was indeed time for a rest…time for us to find sacred spaces, shed and purge anything in our lives which had not felt good to us, and know that we could now live and be free and clear of any denser and unpleasant energies (within and without).

We had actually and finally come home….it was indeed time for the “other side.” We could now be here and feel the peace, tranquility, ease, and comfort that had escaped us in recent times past. It was time to be back in our comfort zones once again…comfort zones we had not been in since March of 2007. We can now know that being in the muck and unpleasantness of another reality is now forever over (except for the times we must return, if ever so briefly J). We can now know that we are done, that we no longer have to be a part of any unpleasant and denser energies. We can now rest assured that the roles we had to play in previous times of interacting with these energies to bring them “up” are now over. We do not have to do this ever again. Seeming sacrifices made for the good of another or the good of the whole were suddenly released now…and many of us were ever ready for this change indeed (perhaps part of the reason for the “guilt” as well, as we said bye-bye).

So then, many are being guided to sacred spaces of their own, as sudden openings and manifestations are occurring when they would not before. In this new land of simplicity, peace, and tranquility, tasks are being accomplished slowly, with ease, and in an effortless way. There is no density here…only a lightness and ease with a simple and sweet flow.

The purging and detoxing that is just finishing now and has been for the past few weeks, is simply a releasing of all of the old denser energies that we had around us. The purging is not necessarily a purging of our denser selves, but a purging of the energies of our surroundings that we were so engulfed in during recent weeks. We were trapped in denser energies for awhile and can now let them go.

This purging can manifest as intestinal distress and pressure, bladder pain, muscle pain, and exhaustion. It can even feel as though there are toxins within our bodies that just plain hurt. It can be difficult to eat much of anything during these times, and difficult to eat at all as our bodies are going through so much. Eating light and drinking lots of pure water are always good remedies.

When new light arrives, we can feel intense sinus pain and pressure. This is very common. It can also feel as though we are having some challenges with allergies as well (but sometimes we are just having allergy symptoms). The sinus pain is the expansion we feel when we are opening to more light…so is the upper back and neck pain. The allergy symptoms can occur when we are resisting our old environment as it no longer vibrates where we do. So then, although we have arrived in a new and better feeling spaces, we can still be detoxing from the old and adjusting to the new!

September will bring in more of the new….more of the beauty, simplicity, and light we have been longing for. And October will usher in more rapid and solid manifestations of our new spaces, including the supports we will need in times to come. October will be much more fast moving and intense and we will barely be able to catch our breaths with all the new manifestations occurring for us. And November will very possibly bring in a rocky, tumultuous, and gutting surprise for much of the old world.

So even though it may seem very quiet of late, it can simply be nice to have a much needed rest, enjoy the lull, and catch our breaths before things rev up once again.

SOMETHING WONDERFUL IS
ABOUT TO HAPPEN

Greetings!

Get ready! October will bring in a full manifestation of our new roles, our new purposes, and a whole new set of “responsibilities” to our beautiful planet earth. Our “careers” will blast off, as we will then be poised and ready to offer the services of our heart’s desires to those in need of them. Not only will our new store-fronts or portals for receiving money be activated and greatly utilized, but many miracles, higher connections to others, new arrivals of hopes and dreams, and much of everything else will fall in our laps as well. There will be so much going on for us in October, that we will barely be able to keep up!

During this lull of the past several weeks and even for awhile longer, we are undergoing a process of preparation for our new roles. We are opening more, and readying in many ways to be carrying new responsibilities. We will be holding much more light, and thus, carrying much more responsibility for the awakening and evolution of the planet. Our very new “assignments” are being placed within us most assuredly now.

Within this lull or eye of the storm, it can seem very quiet. We may think that our jobs are drying up, that our source of income is waning and perhaps over forever, or even that we are sitting here twiddling our thumbs with nothing much occurring anywhere for us. We needed a rest and we needed to rejuvenate from the gut wrenching energies of July and the latter part of June. After this restful period and still within the lull, we then began the “re-wiring” or rather preparation period for our service to humanity…our service to those on differing rungs of the evolutionary ladder. And we will indeed be needed.

The full solar eclipse of August 1st opened the door for these new arrivals. It was the start of a very new beginning….at last. Most recently, it was time to really let go of much. It was time to cleanse and clear out anything in our lives which no longer fit us, which dragged us down, and which placed us in a less desirable space that what we would have preferred. The interactions and manifestations of the past year and a half that were not as pleasant as we would have hoped, were now very over. The time for doing what we really did not want to do is now very over. Experiencing any unpleasantness is now very over. Any sacrifices on our parts are now very over. (Apologies here….I have been writing on my book so much of late that I’m having a hard time putting a sentence together!)

We have literally left one world behind and are now fully enmeshed in another reality. This new reality is so very light, so very quick to manifest our every thought, so very loving, so very there, so very free, so very complete, and so very magical indeed. Currently, these energies are surrounding us but in a much more quiet and peaceful way. Come October, they will be much more forceful, moving, and will manifest so much for us that we may become overloaded with too much of a good thing.

If you are currently not experiencing any of the above, I would suggest to you that you have not yet let go entirely of the old world or the old reality. All you need do is to close the door. Close the door and open another one. Tap into something different from what is falling. Tap into something different from the old outside manifestations. Remove yourself from the old, literally or not. Take time for yourself. If you are still in a job, when you arrive home, turn off the phone, the internet, the television, and take a wonderful walk, read a pleasure book, bake or cook, do something creative, take a hot bath, and simply be in another space altogether.

Remove yourself from the old.

Refuse to be a part of it. Refuse to participate in the dramas of others. Look ahead. See a new horizon. Know that it is indeed there, just waiting for you. Decide what it is that you really want to do now. Know that there will be a place for it. Remember what it is that you wish to offer the world. And know that this gift of service has been within you always…you need not learn anything new. And know as well that a gift of service can be a work of art, a piece of music, or anything that serves to connect others to a higher light.

In order that things become stabilized during this massive transition from the old world to the new reality, a few things have been set into place to hold the energies firm during the fall. Firstly, the new babies are arriving. These new little ones are coming in rapid numbers, in twos and threes, and arriving as quickly as they possibly can. Because there are so many of them, and because they carry such a high vibration, they are thus laying a very solid grid for the creation of the new. Another stabilizing force is Barack Obama. He will be poised and positioned perfectly to bring the entire planet together, there-by creating yet another grid of unity that will serve to stabilize things as much as possible during the fall. We will connect and support each other through his divine and highly evolved leadership. All, as always, is in divine and perfect order. Things are being put into place very perfectly indeed, including us! We will be an additional piece which will hold things together during the fall, as we assist those in transition.

So now is the time to examine what it is that you really and truly want to offer to the world. I can assure you, when you connect to your soul’s plan, you will be miraculously poised to offer it to the world. You need not know how, you need not plan in great detail, you only need connect to your heart’s desire, begin it, and the rest will fall into place all on its own.

Let go of the old. Leave your old responsibilities behind if you are comfortable doing that. Know that the struggle is over. Know that you need no longer hold anyone or anything up ever again. Know that unpleasant energies cannot be where you are…if they do show up, ignore them, as they only want your energy and your light…you have better things to do. Dis-connect from the old reality and trust that when you do, you will find yourself at the gates of Heaven.

For your reading pleasure from The Ascension Companion:

"Letting Go"

LETTING GO, OR "UN-DOING" is probably the most
substantial and prevalent theme of the ascension process. As we
are literally dying while still in a 3D body, just like the 3D death
process, we can't take anything with us. But instead of the
instantaneous and massive release in one big "whoosh!" that the
3D death process creates, the ascension process creates a much
more gradual releasing and letting go experience. We are most
assuredly going to the higher realms, but in a gradual way and
while still inhabiting our human form.

In order to arrive in a higher dimension, we have to drop some of
our load. We have to lose much of our density. A blob of dense
matter cannot be thrust through the fine screen of the doorway
to the higher realms. Losing density, or lower vibrating energy,
can occur in many ways (as many of the pages of this book will
attest), but letting go voluntarily can greatly ease the process.
If you have experienced much loss of late, you are very likely in
the throes of the process. When we begin to vibrate higher,
anything that does not match our current vibration will leave our
lives. Energy navigates in a very organized and structured
manner. Like energy always attaches to and attracts other like
energy. This is a simple law of the Universe. In this way, the
ascension process creates losses of jobs, friends, animal
companions, homes, personal belongings, and very rapidly, that
unsettling loss of identity. And there are times, as well, when we
have just finished creating something New and we have to let go
of it! It no longer matches our New and higher vibration and
purpose.

Letting go is similar to surrendering. The more we let go of, in
regard to our internal as well as our external realities and old
ways of being and living, the easier and quicker we will arrive in
the higher realms. When we continue to hold on to the lower and
denser energies, we only create more discomfort for ourselves.
By letting go, we then allow the New to arrive. Letting go
releases us from the Old World and the Old Us. It frees us up to
then experience something different that we could not have
connected to while we were attached to something else. Letting
go of a lot, all at the same time, can create a sling shot affect and
literally place us in a very New reality that we could not have
arrived in before.

By experiencing discomfort created by lower vibrating energies,
we are then motivated to let them go. Again, the longer we
continue to hold on, then, the more discomfort we will feel until
we finally surrender and realize that it is time to move on.
Letting go also involves an "un-doing" process. While residing
in a 3D reality, we developed many defense mechanisms in order
to survive in this strange and at times challenging world. As we
begin to evolve and vibrate higher, enabling us to embody much
more of Source energy, we find that we can no longer come from
our human ego minds. We must, therefore, let go of all the
illusions and mistaken perceptions that we had been navigating
from. When we begin to get more and more "connected," we are
then able to see what everything is really about. This is why,
many times, I feel that the New Age community has the most to
let go of or to "undo." They seem to embody the most in the way
of misperceptions than the mainstream community does. There
are many manufactured New Age beliefs that do not fit in with
the higher realms.

We are also letting go of all the places where we infused our
energy, or incarnated, since the beginning of our original
creation. This can manifest as having wild and vivid dreams at
night that do not make much sense. And for some, letting go of
all these past incarnations can even occur in a waking state.
Letting go, or surrendering, can create the most peaceful states
that exist. Getting our mental, rational, and ego minds out of the
way always enables us to connect to Source very quickly. And
Source usually has bigger and better ideas for us than we do
anyway! In the higher realms we live in the moment. We know
that everything that exists, exists now. Higher realms living,
again, involves knowing that we always have everything that we
need. We will come to know that if we let go of something, we
can easily and quickly create something very New at any given
moment.

Holding on creates attachments. The ascension process is
designed to support us in letting go of all attachments. When
we are sometimes forced to let go, we are then really
experiencing what it is like to be seemingly hanging out there
with no support or security. In time, through the ascension
process, you will come to know that Source is all there is.
Anything else can be let go of with ease, as creating the New in
any given moment becomes a New way of being. Tapping into a
different pocket of energy...one that is vibrating much
higher...will give you a place to anchor into for awhile.

For example, sustainable living is becoming very popular of late.
This is because enough of us are at this level of vibration which
involves connecting completely with the earth and living in
harmony with her. To live in this way, one would let go of
electricity, artificial heat sources, city water and trash, and much
else. And having one's own organic garden would enable one to
let go of going to the store, for instance. So then, if someone was
forced to suddenly let go of what they interpreted as their means
of security and survival, they might becoming a little unhinged.
But by connecting to a higher way of living and being, they could
tap into a New and different reality and be just fine...actually,
they would be much better!

Letting go involves stair stepping into New and higher ways,
until eventually we have let go of nearly everything except
Source itself. This is the gradual process of ascension. No one big
"whoosh!" Otherwise, we would be dead!

If you have chosen this page, you are being guided and supported
in letting go of what is no longer serving you. You are being
asked to trust that something New and better is on its way for
you. Something that fits you much better and will be so much
more in alignment with who you are now, is surely on its way.
Higher and lower energies cannot exist in the same space. Get
ready for something New and better!"

I read this thread, did some research, and all of a sudden the weird roller-coaster ride of my past 3 years makes perfect sense to me. I even started seeing (and noticing) 11's today. My dad woke me up about 40 minutes ago (my parents haven't been very understanding of my rampant sleep patterns), and it was 1:11 in the afternoon. I closed my eyes and saw four purplish streaks in my eyelids: 11 11.

Yes, for me it's a big relief to find others experiencing the exact same thing I am. The kinds of things we don't discuss with people...just stuff, y'know? It's nice to know that we're not alone in the process. We're all doing it together, but in our own way.

Yes, for me it's a big relief to find others experiencing the exact same thing I am. The kinds of things we don't discuss with people...just stuff, y'know? It's nice to know that we're not alone in the process. We're all doing it together, but in our own way.

Its more a case of suddenly realising its been happening your whole life... and you see how so much in your life is not really you, and that you have flashes of the real you and it feels so familiar yet often hard to focus on...

the thing that makes me laugh is how some people act like its an arrogant concept, when its nothing to do with some being better than others... its simply to do with some who have had there hit of this reality and now would like to move on and others who are not quite up for that change... its simple but with so many fragile ego's and fear most people don't even want to try and understand such a concept and are to busy making sure in their mind they are in the best place to be... and telling others they are in the wrong place to them helps this.

BOTTOMING OUT

Greetings!

The tide is out. The energies are still. There is nothing. Very little if any movement, stillness, emptiness, perhaps sadness, dead batteries, feeling drained, depleted, wanting to cry, perhaps hopelessness, and maybe wondering where in the world we are now.

For those who are highly sensitive or tapped in more than most, the above scenario might be applicable. For others, you may notice that things seem to be drying up, bottoming out, ending, and with seemingly no future connection in sight. I ran out of hummingbird food the other day, and with the nearest store an hour away and nothing to make my own in my cupboards, I am wondering if they are feeling the same. Looking at the feeders hanging there quite empty, with no hummingbirds now around, seemed a similar situation to the energies of late.

If you are one who is already out of the mainstream to a fair degree, you may be feeling these energies simply by walking and breathing throughout the day. If you are more in the mainstream, you may be experiencing a substantial drop in your business, you may be using your last dollar, or you may feel alone, disconnected, and almost invisible. The energies may seem dead, flat, and nearly non-existent. You may try to be your very up and happy self, but may end up falling flat as a pancake.

Well, guess what? All, as always, is in divine and perfect order. Very commonly, we have this feeling and experience right before an energy surge. The longer the energies are out, the more powerful and substantial the energy surge will be that follows. We need to rest up and re-align before the next big whirlwind of energy arrives.

And during this big lull, we are still being prepared. We are connecting now to more deep and powerful energies so that we will be ready and primed to serve the planet when the energies of rapid manifestation return. This preparation and new connection can vary with each and every individual. For me, I experienced a feeling like I had been knocked out of my groove, then acute nausea, then spinning, vertigo and more acute nausea (the spinning Merkabah connecting me to my light body or a higher dimension), and then needing to eat every hour with a ravenous appetite. When we are re-structuring within we need a lot of fuel! The entire time I had energy pouring through my crown chakra (I think I have a big bruise on the top of my head now!). This only lasted for a few days, thank goodness, as I was so very tired of eating!

For others, connecting at a higher and deeper level can involve seeing lights, opening to a higher energy, seeing repeating numbers, feeling dizzy, woozy, and weak, or simply wanting to cry a river for no apparent reason. We may even think that we are depressed. If we try and jump back into our old grooves or into the swing of things again, our higher selves and bodies will say, “No. Not yet. You are not ready quite yet. Just wait a little longer.”

So then, this time of quiet is a very good time to prepare. It is a good time to organize. It is a good time to get things in order…because when the energies return in October, you will not have time to do much of anything except to hold onto your hat!

The fall equinox in September will jump start and bring in these new energies of October. So until then (and there is always a window of energy surrounding this date), we can feel assured by knowing that we are right where we need to be for now. We are always being lovingly and divinely watched over. We are always right on track even when we may believe we are not, or that something is amiss.

During this bottoming out period, we may feel like we have lost who we are. We may feel like we have lost our power or may not know who we are now supposed to be. Whenever we are being re-aligned or re-connected in a higher way, we need all of our reserves to complete this process. This is why I got so hungry, and this is why we may feel drained and lifeless. When I crushed my leg many years ago, I lost all my psychic ability. I had been very tuned in to another dimension my entire life, and thus felt like someone had cut off my right arm. I suddenly felt one-dimensional. But I was undergoing an enormous process of re-structuring and my energy needed to be present for this alone. This is what is occurring now, so we know then, that it will pass. And when we are complete with it, we will be much more connected to our God selves, our true authentic selves, and certainly to Source. We will then embody much more of the energy of love, and we will be vibrating much higher indeed.

When we are in this weakened state, we are now more vulnerable than ever before. In addition, the higher we vibrate as a planet, the less density there is, so boundaries naturally become much thinner. It is during these times that we seem to have boundary issues, or rather experience energies entering our spaces that we would rather not have around. But once we complete this process, we will be much stronger and be more adept at handling the on-going boundary situations that the ascension process creates.

So while we are in this state of flux or of seeming weakness while we are re-aligning, we can easily be taken advantage of….but this is only temporary. The ascension process knows what it is doing. We were not meant to suffer needlessly or to become flattened in a permanent way.

This time will pass, and when it does, we will feel incredibly awesome indeed…..

It's like, the dams are bursting full of beautiful energy, but it's not giving way. It's waiting until everything is gone, and all almost used up, then BAM, supreme abundance! Times WITHOUT make you appreciate times WITH so much more.

I know that October for me is going to be VERY busy, in the best most possible way! Can't wait! :)

In order that things become stabilized during this massive transition from the old world to the new reality, a few things have been set into place to hold the energies firm during the fall. Firstly, the new babies are arriving. These new little ones are coming in rapid numbers, in twos and threes, and arriving as quickly as they possibly can. Because there are so many of them, and because they carry such a high vibration, they are thus laying a very solid grid for the creation of the new. Another stabilizing force is Barack Obama. He will be poised and positioned perfectly to bring the entire planet together, there-by creating yet another grid of unity that will serve to stabilize things as much as possible during the fall. We will connect and support each other through his divine and highly evolved leadership. All, as always, is in divine and perfect order. Things are being put into place very perfectly indeed, including us! We will be an additional piece which will hold things together during the fall, as we assist those in transition.

No, I'm with you on that.

This is one of the areas where I don't agree with Karen. Unless there is some kind of Cosmic Awakening and Obama's Higher Heart is somehow triggered, I don't agree with her that he's already this Higher Heart person.

Either she sees something that I'm not seeing, or vice versa.

THE LIGHT WITHIN

Greetings!

The energies have not changed much over the past few weeks, so even though there is not much to tell, in a strange way, there is.

We are still in a stage where we have unplugged from one “outlet,” and our plugs are hanging in mid-air until we plug into a new “outlet”…but the glimmerings are arriving for that very new outlet in strange and sometimes subtle ways. This is an exciting time indeed. While we are in the unplugged stage, we are preparing and re-aligning in preparation. We are preparing for a whole new us with a very new role, or new aspect to our current roles.

So then, being unplugged means that things are still, as we bottom out before we begin again. When things are still, at times it can feel that there is more going out than coming in, but this will change when we plug in once again. Things may be still without, but not within!

During this preparation period, we were given the opportunity to open and to embody much more light. After this stage is complete, we then begin to feel the glimmerings of a very new connection.

You may suddenly feel very empowered for no particular reason. You may feel like taking a stand. You may feel ready to let go of any of the old that has entwined itself around you or that perhaps you interacted with out of politeness. You may feel like you did your part in a higher way, but you were the only one, and now you must move on….ready to dis-connect completely from any energies that were in a very different space than you. You may feel like it is time to have your way.

Some are having dreams of empowerment, of re-connecting to something new, solid, and of a much higher order, and others are finding new strength in setting boundaries. The past year and a half have been challenging for many, but we are about to finally re-connect to something we have not felt for a very long time…and it will be even better than what we have known thus far.

You may be feeling the glimmerings of being strong once again, as during the dis-connect, we can become disconnected from our true and authentic selves because we are moving into a more pure and higher vibrating version of ourselves. This can make one feel weak, fragile, lost, weepy, and frightened, but it is only temporary. It reminds me of a heart transplant surgery, when the old heart is removed, and all the blood is drained from a patient before a very new heart is then implanted.

In addition, a big shift has occurred over the past several months, even though it may not have seemed like much was happening at all. This shift is directly related to what is about to occur, and all of it has to do with re-connecting to a new and different energy. Over the past several months, we were removed from the old, prohibited from holding it up in any way, and may now have found ourselves in a very new space. Our old roles of holding the light for the entire planet were now abruptly over. This may have caused confusion for some, as who we had always been had suddenly changed, but we are, as always, evolving. We did not need to do this anymore, as we had completed one very important phase.

In times past, the higher energies would bombard the planet, and thus, create frequent shifts. But as time went on, and as we progressed so much in our spiritual evolutionary process, the higher vibrating energies coming from the outside began to diminish and subside in frequency and duration. There-for, these phases of “everything is going so well!” and “there is so much light!” became fewer and far between.

But there is good reason for this seeming lack of light and presence of “darkness.” We are now embodying much more light within. And because of this, it no longer needs to arrive from the outside. So then, we may think that any big phases of light filled ease and glory that we had experienced in the past may never come again, as we have not seen them like we used to. But what is actually occurring is that we need to carry the ball now…ourselves. The scales have tipped….we are the light as never before. There is still the same amount of light, only it is has now been distributed a bit differently, as it is now within us to a much greater degree.

In this way, we are very strangely releasing from the whole…the whole being the outside energies of the universe or Source, as well as the whole being the old energies of prior creations on the planet. And yes, of course we are still and will always be connected to Source, only now we will be running and managing our energy in higher and different ways. We will be finding that the way we utilize energy will now be a bit different. We will thus need to manage energy through ourselves in different ways, and we will be guided and connected to these different ways without needing to consciously know how. So then, we have graduated.

In this way, we are now being encouraged to do what we want to do. This means that connecting to outside energies of Source like we may have done in the past, in order to tap into the “flow” of finding our direction or path, are not nearly as necessary. “What are you talking about Karen?” Say, for instance, that we need to make a decision. In times past, we may have looked for “a sign” or we may have waited to be guided by the higher energies of Source, or placing the light outside of us. We can now choose what we want, and then make it work. It is entirely up to us. There is no right or wrong, or even guidance from above, as the only guidance now is that “it is up to us.” We have earned it. We are re-connecting then, but we are re-connecting to ourselves…our true, authentic, and light filled selves.

But we are also connecting to a new whole, while we release from an older and more densely vibrating whole of the past. The new whole is comprised of purer energies…and most importantly, it is comprised of us. So then, we are connecting to ourselves and we are also connecting to each other. It is then, much more about us now.

As we release the “old whole,” we begin to learn about discernment and boundaries. Although we may still have many different energies wanting to arrive within our spaces, we will now interact with them in new and better ways. This is because we are no longer connected to them in the ways of the past. We are now more detached and can simply see love in every situation, as we now know that everything is not about us. We need no longer “work with them” or even try and be a part of them. We are no longer connected, so we can now observe them, know that they are not about us, and hopefully see them in a loving way.

Wonderful things are about to transpire, but these wonderful things are all in relation to how we choose to handle or interpret what occurs for us on a daily basis. We need not be “waiting” for a better day to arrive, as each day has, as always, its’ own gifts and beauty if we only choose to look. The better day, then, comes through us. In this way, we are now more powerful than ever before. Yes, we may have utilized this knowledge and these principles in times past, but there has been a monumental shift now, so things are different in this regard.

As the equinox of September 22nd draws near, so will our shifting and connecting to things new. Brighter and better things will depend upon each and every one of us now, more than ever before, as we are the ultimate creators. Connecting to our passion, to our true and authentic selves, to what makes us feel great, and to good and special friends are the ultimate ways to connect to more light. And knowing who we really and truly are, while bringing that gift to the planet, will automatically place us in one big and awesome alignment.

I will be in North Carolina spending time with my grandchildren from September 15th until September 25th. I do not have internet access there that allows me to post new energy alerts on the web site, so there will not be a new energy alert until after September 25th (unless, of course, there is some incredibly exciting news to report before I leave on the 15th!)

Begin by answering the following question:

What were your parents or primary caretakers about? (If
you didn't have primary caretakers, refer to the individuals that
influenced you the most.)
What did each of them stand for? What did they speak about the
most? What was their primary message or theme? What were they
passionate about? What meaning did their lives have for you?

As we are here to bring these purposes of our parents and caregivers
to even higher levels, we therefore embody the combination of the two.
We are usually not completely one or the other, but a combination of
both in a beautiful harmonious grey, combining the black of one or
perhaps the white of the other.

Combining these two themes of your parents, record how they
influenced you and infused within you a purpose or way of being that
you are now taking to even higher levels of purpose.

See if you can combine the theme of your parents into one sentence.
For example, say your father was all about freedom, self-reliance and
independence and your mother held deep values of family, support and
stability (or total opposites!). Your sentence might read: "Combining
freedom and independence within a group setting of support and
caring." A perfect model for the New World and perhaps a vibration
you need to embody if your role is to bring that model into form!

Now ask yourself this next question:

Was there a contrast that your caretakers showed you
that spurred you on to create and be the opposite? If so,
what did this contrast inspire you to become or to value?
Was one of your parents highly opinionated and controlling,
therefore creating a strong desire in you for self-expression? Was one
of your parents a loner creating a life of isolation for you so that you
would crave large groups and social unity? Was one of your parents
"absent," creating in you a need to connect with and love people?

Continue with the next question:

What life circumstances were you born into that helped to create who
you were, either through its contrast or through its gifts?
Were you born into a large family of connecting and caring
relatives? Or perhaps a family divided, supporting you in developing
your independence and strong survival and leadership skills? Did you
grow up in an area where you could easily connect to nature and
animals, or perhaps in a city where you grew to love the arts? Were you
in a military family, traveling a lot with no opportunity to establish
roots, or perhaps born into a family who had lived in the same town for
many generations with staid and specific ideas and habits?

What gifts, desires and traits did your circumstances while growing
up offer you?"

Greetings!
Our transition from the old to the new continues on, and even though it may be producing fear and uncertainty within many, I can assure you that all is in divine and perfect order.

My brother David has created a new web site for me (it is almost complete now). He designed it from the bottom up in the little spare time he has. His area of expertise is in software programming and writing programs for governments and the like. He is very good at what he does, and is known far and wide. He can do things no one else has ever been able to do. He is making sure that each and every one of you will be able to access and view the site with ease in every way.

He designed the web site with the basic underlying structure and skeletal system in pure programming script. He wrote it from scratch. He was adamant that the new web site be very clean, pure, and clear. This being his area of expertise, he would accept no other way.

With a new web site designed in this way, I can no longer utilize the software I have been using for the past several years to update my site. David says that it adds a “lower vibration,” or rather a more muddled energy to the site that would clog it up again. So then, I am getting ready to learn some programming language so that I can update and add to my site on my own. I’m very excited, as I actually love working on my own site; it has always been a great creative outlet for me…and now I get to learn a very new way without the crutch of a software program doing it for me. I will be utilizing and going directly to the source without the middle-man of software.

And this is the way of our current transition. We are letting go of anything that is not pure and clean, or vibrating high. And we are thus going directly to Source. And this creates the necessity to learn new ways. And this is why we have recently been plugged in to our true and authentic selves...connecting more fully to our souls or to Source. And this is why so much of the old world in now falling away in earnest. And this is why we need to be very good at what we do. And this is why we are now ready to be who we came to be, have always known who that is (even though we think we do not), or are now getting the opportunity to discover who that is and get up to speed with it.

Our time is now. We are in the intense staqes of the fall. This is the time we have been waiting for. This is why we arrived on this planet in the first place. This is why all our needs will be met and we will be OK no matter what is occurring in the “other world.” It was meant to be this way. We had to re-connect to our true and authentic selves right now more than ever before because of what is about to occur even more rapidly now. We are right on schedule and right on track.

I just returned from a visit to North Carolina to see my daughter, her husband, and my grandchildren ages eight, four, and twins born 2 ½ months prematurely on June 12th. One day I took Solomon outside for some air. He is one of our new babies. They had been having a heck of a time adjusting to formula and to this world, so they had been fairly fussy and agitated. Their physical forms were still yet undeveloped due to their early arrival. Well, the minute he found himself outside in nature, he dramatically changed. He began looking around, got extremely calm, and seemed to notice every leaf, breeze, ray of sunshine, and blade of grass. But the most glorious part of all was the reaction of the nature spirits, the elves, and the fairies (lots of elves and fairies in the mountains of Western North Carolina!).

They immediately came out of hiding and greeted Solomon as if he were royalty. They were unmistakably in a space of high reverence for him. And they were so very grateful, thankful, and in awe that he was here. They were truly delighted and very excited. This is a very special time for the nature spirits…to be able to connect to a higher vibration such as his. It was quite a moment indeed.

The new little ones carry such a high vibration. As I have mentioned so many times before, they are arriving in droves as they are instrumental in holding a high vibrational grid to keep this planet intact through the transition. They are like no other. This is just one indicator that all is in divine and perfect order, or this would not be occurring. This is such an exciting time!

As much continues to crash and fall, we will be called upon to offer our areas of expertise. In times past, much of the old world paid little attention to us. The continual crashing and falling of the old will thus create a summoning for something very new and better, as there will not be much to hold onto anymore. We are now being given the opportunities to prepare our store-fronts and to get much in order so that we will be poised to assist and share our wisdom and knowledge. This is why we experienced such a lull in recent times past. It was a gift for us…a time to re-connect. Our store-fronts are one way that we will be ensured financial security in these rocky times. And the remainder of the time we will be safe and secure in our sanctuaries, enjoying ourselves with all our needs met.

While I was in North Carolina, they were experiencing a severe gas shortage. People were waiting in lines at gas stations for over an hour, only to eventually be told that there had been only so much gas available, and they were now out. In the relatively small town where I was, just south of Asheville, no one was coming together. There was no carpooling. People were not helping each other. It seemed that each and every one was on their own, desperate for gas (I am sure other areas reacted differently…I hope!). The lack of unity was blatantly evident and difficult to digest.

The fall will create unity. It will force individuals to come together and to assist one another. The earth and her inhabitants can easily provide all that is needed without the need for money, only we have been used to living as very separate entities and seem know no other way…until now.

My daughter Ari has a passion for children’s clothing. Through her passion, which creates a higher vibration within her, and also serves to provide a place for her attention to attach itself, she has created a network where several mothers exchange clothing. In this way, when their children outgrow one size, through their unity, all their clothing needs are met in an on-going way as they continue to trade with one another. Because she is aligned with her passion, she has then been able to create effortlessly in the arena of her passion and purpose. She is in alignment and thus a match for a higher vibrational reality.

Ari’s family is struggling financially now. But if she were to be “bailed out” by someone continually saving her and holding her up, she would never have the opportunity to arrive at new and better spaces on her own….nor to connect with her gifts and talents. Saving and bailing out only serves to hold up old energy that needs to fall (generally speaking; there are always exceptions). Going to a store to provide her own needs, would have created separation, and an added stress that says we all have to do everything on our own while taking care of our own needs. This is part of the old world and the old reality that will rapidly be changing.

When we are willing to connect to our true and authentic selves, to know who we are, and to provide this energy to the whole, then unity is ever present while we are more connected as well to our souls and to Source. (Stepping Into the New Reality goes into great detail about this entire process and is meant to serve as a guide and support through these rocky and transitional times. It is currently in the hands of my publisher, and should be ready for purchase in a week or so.)

Although most of us are very aware that the old is collapsing because of the new and higher vibrations present, there are wonderful things that these higher vibrations produce as well.

Because it is now time for us to serve, guide, and assist, all our needs will be met. We will not be affected by what is occurring in the old world. After I arrived home recently, I knew I needed to start thinking about acquiring some firewood, as the weather would soon be changing here at 7,000 feet. In this way, it was on my mind. Today I was the only one at our small post office here in Ramah, except for a very young Navajo mother. As I was leaving, I noticed her spouse and their baby in the car waiting for her. Delighted to see one of our little ones, I poked my head in the car window, squealing with delight. “Your baby is so precious!” I exclaimed. “How old is she?” I was met with only one response. “Are you by any chance in need of some firewood?” They greatly needed the money and I greatly needed the firewood.

Our needs are usually met, and many times we do not even know it as we are so used to feeling powerless, stuck, and unable to create. Being used to this state of being can at times allow us to accept without seeing what is right in front of us. We simply need to connect to a new and different way of thinking and being, and know that all solutions are there…all we need do is connect to them and get out of our own way and out of any beliefs that things have to arrive in a certain and specific way.

Many of our animal companions will be departing during this time of transition. But they are really not departing. When we cross over to the “other side,” we do it through the old 3D death process without our form, or through the ascension process, with our form. Due to various circumstances, some or our animal companions cannot take their current forms with them. Sometimes they are too ill or the like. In this way, they will of course be returning to us, but in very new and more highly vibrating forms. So they are not really going anywhere, but just changing clothes so to speak. The same is true for some of our human loved ones. We will, of course, be able to communicate with them with great ease in this new and higher vibrating reality. I do it with my grandmother all the time, and in this way, I have never missed her.

Another phenomenon many have asked me about is the situation with electronics. We are vibrating higher now than most electronics, so then, they seem to go haywire each and every time we make a vibrational leap. Before I left for North Carolina, my printer decided it would not work, my dvd player would not connect or work, my cell phone froze and I had to take the battery out and then put it back in, and light bulbs would blow whenever I turned on a light. This is all very common for the ascension process. It is simply a mis-match in vibrational alignments.

With new and higher vibrations now present, much is also magnified. If we were to get stuck in a victim consciousness, for example, that led us to believe everything was falling apart and we were powerless, we would then probably begin creating all kinds of situations that made us feel powerless and out of control. But if we are able to shift into something very new, with a new perspective, and know that we are always in charge (remember, we need to be more vigilant now than ever before), we would then begin creating and experiencing a much more pleasant reality for ourselves.

We just have to get out of the snowball effect when we get in a funk. At times it can be challenging, as the old reality is so darned uncomfortable and it may seem that there is nowhere to turn that vibrates where we now are. But if we can know that we no longer need to hold up the old, that we are absolutely allowed to enjoy ourselves now more than ever before( as we have earned it and are now on the “other side”), that we can be in our creativity most of the time, and that we can have fun while we are waiting for the old to really come down, we will then find ourselves in a very new space indeed.

October will bring in some refreshing energies. The equinox on September 22 brought in energies that magnified things, stirred things up, and for some, placed them in spaces of their worst nightmares. This was simply the old coming to the forefront encouraging changes to be made, and in most cases, big nudges to leave the old behind…..and now knowing that it is OK to do that. The energies of the old can at times feel like a big vacuum cleaner sucking us in….the old does not want the light to leave! But the old must fall, and through this process, we can stay in our heavenly sanctuaries as we need no longer go back….the old must give up and eventually be willing to come to us for a new and better way.

So again, get ready for October as we will then be securely plugged in to our new outlets and ready for some new and supportive energies… all in our court!

TIME TO JUMP IN...THE WAITING IS OVER

Greetings!

As the fall of the old world continues in earnest, varying scenarios are becoming more and more evident. If we can remember that we are smack in the middle of the end times, it can perhaps ease our minds that all is in divine and perfect order. The end times…we are in the end times…and considering this fact, I believe we are doing very well indeed.

As the transition from the old to the new continues on, we may thus find ourselves enmeshed in a little of this and a little of that. This grand process of ascension was meant to be gradual in order to create the most ease possible. So then, the more we find ourselves enmeshed in the old, the more difficult our lives can seem. And the more we find ourselves embodying the new, the easier and more effortless our lives can be.

The energies of the old are frightened now. They know at some level that they are leaving. In this way, they are becoming ever more difficult to interact with, as fighting, fear, nastiness, and an extreme effort to maintain some kind of control has the lower vibrating energies by the coattails. When those of us embodying more light begin our attempt at departing into the higher realms, our departure can be met with grasping and holding on by the old. Like a swimmer attempting to rescue someone who is drowning, the rescuer can easily be forced under and dragged down by the one who is drowning.

It is ever important now to stay out of what is falling, or we will go down with it. And when we stay out of it, we can easily find ourselves in spaces of magical synchronicities, a new unity with others, and a new reality where all our needs are always met.

We cannot bail out the old. We are in the higher vibrating energies now, and thus, there is no more energy to sustain and fuel the old. There is nothing left for it to hold onto. If we go back, we can easily get sucked under, turned inside out, thrown off balance, and become lost in a whirlwind of fearful and grasping energies. What is creating this now rapid fall is the simple fact that so many souls have now arrived on “the other side.” This joyous fact signaled the next phase resulting in the fall of the old very rapidly now….and it took nearly the entire year of 2008 to complete this latest phase.

Enough souls had to be on board…enough had to be ready to let go and leave the old behind. Those struggling to hold onto what must now depart are in a space of unpleasantness, most certainly. It is time to surrender to a new way.

And in this regard, our time is finally here. It is finally time for us to jump in…to jump in to the new…not the old. Who is in your space now? Whom do you find alongside of you? In what energetic space are you now residing?

While the old continues its’ fall, those on the other side will be forming small communities of sustainability. In my small community here in the mountains of New Mexico, we are having talks of year round community greenhouses, mutual supports in building natural and earth sustained homes, and the like. Individuals are coming together now more than ever before. Putting our passions together to form a whole is the key.

The “temperature” has not been right in all ways until now. So now, it is time to jump in. It is time to move forward, to create, to unify, and to begin some new. And in this way, we will thus be supported.

Thus, October is bringing in some very new projects for many. Our time is now. We have completed our “re-connection” (although this process has different and varying timelines for everyone), and we are now very ready to roll along with the new, as we are the ultimate creators. It is those who are bearing the most light that will hold this planet up now as never before. By staying out of the old and out of what is falling, and creating new connections and a new grid of reality, we will most assuredly find ourselves in a very new Heaven on Earth.

Re-connecting to a new us, a new us with more and different responsibilities to the spiritual evolutionary process of the planet, has then ushered in these very new projects. In this way, all is in divine and perfect order. Some manifestations of this re-connection or new space can be felt as sleeplessness (as we now need to be here, more than ever before), various muscle pain, especially in the feet (as we are now very grounded here), feelings of pressure (as there is so much to do and these energies are arriving rapidly now), and even upper back and neck pain as we open more fully and connect to our angel wings.

The key to staying centered and on the other side during the fall is to align with your creativity and passion. Staying in this space as much as possible allows for anything and everything needed to arrive for us all on its’ own. And even though it may be difficult at times to watch what is occurring now within the old, knowing that each and everyone there will have the opportunity to be where we are now, can give some comfort.

It is time to get ready with our store-fronts. These arenas of our service to others who are still on the other side will serve to sustain us while we are transitioning into a reality where money no longer exists. In hard times, there is always money available. This is an undeniable plan we created at soul levels, and thus, it will work. In this way, we will all be fine. And when we are not involved on that dimensional border with our store-fronts, we will be interacting in unity with our brothers and sisters on the other side, having fun, enjoying ourselves, and having all our needs met in an effortless way as we each contribute to our very new whole.

Do we need to live in remote areas to stay safe and secure during these times? No. In 2007, the San Diego area of southern California experienced some intense fires. There was so much community support there, so many services were offered, and so many came together, that there was actually an overabundance of help! A love and respect for one’s community is all that is required, no matter where we reside.

There will be more natural disasters, most certainly. The eastern US will experience some untimely and intense hurricanes. While I was there most recently, I continually picked up this vision of what is to come. But here is another certainty as well. One year, I saw that the US would experience nine hurricanes that year. The very next day, CNN reported that they we predicting nine hurricanes that year as well. As it turned out, we did not have even one. With so much unpredictability now, and with the ability to make change and choose differently, as we are the ultimate creators, most any scenario is possible.

We will all be right where we need to be. There can be no mistake. We were not meant to go down with the old. It is not part of the plan.

As we begin to connect very rapidly now to our new and very needed roles, the roads before us will open very clearly, and we will be united with our very new projects, very new people, and some very new ways. These are very exciting times indeed…and if we are willing to let go, the river will take us to a very new shore.

TAPPING INTO OUR NEW BEGINNINGS

Greetings!

Things are shifting and sorting, all in readiness for a move forward the second half of October.

There are various stages to this latest phase of re-connecting, and some of us may be here while others are there, but all in divine and perfect order, as always.

The process of re-wiring or re-connecting to a new shore, or higher vibrating home involved a tuning up within, as well as a tuning up without. The economy here in the US is undergoing a similar process, which will affect the planet as a whole. And as we tune up within, we will affect the planet as a whole as well.

This is a massive transition…but as many of us are far ahead of the masses, we will be nearly untouched, as all our needs will be met with ease.

If you are one who has recently let go of connections to the old, you may now be finding yourself in a space of self-exploration, perhaps considering a geographical move, and wondering what your new role might be. Being still, exploring new options and passions, re-connecting to what it is that you really and truly have always wanted, and allowing things to unfold oh so naturally are your keys.

During these times, we are always taken care of. If we are in a phase where we are re-connecting to our authentic selves, or allowing that process to unfold, the universe is always behind us, supporting our needs until we are complete with our self-exploration. There is a road map for this process in Stepping Into the New Reality (more about it at the end of this energy alert), as this process is a key component of ascension, and will continue on for many who are on various rungs of the ascension ladder.

If your re-connection process is complete or near complete, you may find yourself in states of busy-ness, with too many projects to tend to, perhaps feeling overwhelmed, and with a seeming inability to complete just one. All in varying states of being half-finished and scattered. What is occurring here, is that we have one foot in one reality and another foot in another. And the realities are about setting our foundations, beginning those new projects, and tending to our supports until the new has arrived in full.

Because we have created our new connections, this begins then, a new phase or new energy current that wants to be utilized, while at the same time, we may still need to finish up some of the old in order to be ready and prepared for the new.

It is just a matter of overlaps while going from one place to another.

Another common scenario of moving from one vibrational level to another, is having an experience of seemingly everything breaking and needing to be repaired or fixed. What is occurring here, is that there is now a vibrational mis-match, and things need to be adjusted, or “fixed.” We have to set up new alignments for the new, and this is simply part of the process.

If nothing is happening for you right now, and everything seems still and dead in the water, then know that your new connections are still being lined up. You will connect when all is ready and in alignment. We are all in differing stages of this process, but in the end, our new connections will arrive when they will! And oh so perfectly indeed.

During this time of new connections, we are experiencing a new unity as well. As the veil thins on a regular basis, we ultimately begin to see our neighbors, brothers, and sisters for who they really are. The masks begin to fall and we are once again united with more of our memory intact. If you are one who has seen beyond the masks for a long while, it can be wonderful to have others now join you in recognition of each another!

This new unity is occurring because the time is right. All is in divine and perfect order. We are beginning the stages of supporting each other. And as we choose to let go of what is rapidly falling now, we will then find ourselves in groups of like-minded people, all willing and able to connect in beautiful ways.

As I have mentioned so many times in the past, we are embodying so much more light now within ourselves, that we are the ones we need to defer to. We need no longer ask for wisdom or support outside of ourselves. We are at an evolutionary level now, that allows us to dictate our next steps and the next phase. Enough of us are ready. We have morphed to a new level of becoming angels on Earth. A space ship is not going to arrive and save us, the darkness is not going to take over the planet, and any horrible scenario of the end times will not occur. These illusions come from an old 3D mentality and are not necessary, nor can they exist in the higher vibrations we now find ourselves in.

Continuing to focus upon darkness during this process of transition will only serve to fuel an unwanted scenario of complete illusion, as well as placing one in that reality…a reality that is being created and maintained by those who are buying into it and bringing attention to it.

The reality is this: We are transitioning from the old to the new. We are now existing in a higher vibrating reality. Anything that is not vibrating at this new level, will cease to exist, as there is no energy left to sustain it. Thus, it crashes. In this way, the old cannot be held up or saved. It is not possible. No new blood or attention can bring it back. This is what we have been waiting for, so it is actually a time to rejoice if one chooses to focus their attention in this way. Connecting to the new or a different shore is what will sustain us now. The reason we are experiencing the re-connections is because of the fall. So you see, we are always being taken care of, and know as well, that we are the ones creating and implementing the plan. This is why we are always right where we need to be. We would not create a scenario or plan that would jeopardize those who are here to assist. That would not make sense.

At higher levels, everything is always going in the same direction. There is no polarity…there is no darkness. So-called darkness is only here to spur us on to create something new and different. The darkness is in reality, the light as well, as everything is always light. Here in the US, if we had not had George Bush as president for the past eight years, we would not be where we are now. And where we are now, is in a space where enough individuals are willing and ready for change…for a new and higher way of being and living. George Bush had to shake things up for us. He did a wonderful job, and he did his job well. He was just part of our ascension process, and at his soul level, he knew exactly what he was doing. We are all in this together.

So then, the so-called “darkness” is not trying to take over. It is showing us the way. There is not a war here between dark and light, as everything is in on this together. The best thing to focus on now is the new, and simply leave the so-called “darkness” behind for others who still need a wake-up call. It is not for us to try and bring it down. It has its’ purpose. Our job is to hold the light, to create the new in our own sanctuaries of choice, to allow the old to fall.

We are in an incredible space now, during an incredible time. Letting go of the old, staying centered and still, and tapping into who we really and truly are, will automatically place us in the higher realms. Focus is key as well. Looking in a new and different direction, focusing on a different perspective, or simply thinking about something else when times seem tough, will automatically catapult us into a new reality created simply through thought.

We have an opportunity now to create what we have always wanted. We have an opportunity now to come together in communities of choice. We have an opportunity to offer our own special gifts and talents to others in order to create a whole. These are awesome times indeed…

So get ready, as the latter part of October will rev things up, cement things in, and connect us so much more securely to a very new beginning! Which side will you choose to be on and what will your new beginning be?

Greetings!

Seven years ago, I began writing about the experiences of ascension. At that time, there were a rare few having these strange, seemingly unexplainable symptoms and experiences. Most individuals were still going about their lives as if nothing had changed. But as time went on, many, many more came on board. In this way, much to my surprise, my audience grew. It was thrilling to see this process in action, as a growing audience of readers was proof that we were indeed going through a miraculous process of spiritual evolution.

We have come so far. First, as a small group of way-showers guiding the way and forging new territory for many to follow, and now with so many rapidly climbing the rungs of the ascension ladder.

As a planet, we have made impressive progress. The more souls who are embraced by the ascension process, the more rapid our spiritual evolution will become. And this is occurring now.

Recently, we crossed a pivotal threshold due to all the purging and releasing we had done so far. A critical mass was then reached because enough souls were now embodying enough light within them to hold the light here…to hold the light for this planet as never before. In this way, any guidance or surges of light coming from the outside, began to diminish. We had graduated to a new level indeed.

As the Hopi so eloquently put it, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.” And now it is our time. We hold now more than ever before, the answers within us. So in this way, it is time as well, for me to move on. I am no longer needed in this particular role. This role will now be filled by you.

We are each powerful in our own rite. We are such awesome souls! And we are moving into new roles. This is a good and miraculous thing. This means that much has transpired and we will now be needed in a new way. This is what the past few weeks and months of re-connecting has been all about.

Although I will no longer be writing “energy alerts,” I will still be around, but in a different capacity. I am taking a short sabbatical (I have no idea how long) to complete my re-connection process, and then I will be launching a very new web site designed to assist those growing their angel wings and becoming the angels of the earth. Although all the pieces of my very new role have not all been formulated, know that the new site will be designed with you in mind. I hope you will join me there.

Energy alert archives will still be available, as will books and other new assists. And there will be new information posted on a regular basis as well….just like the energy alerts, but now containing things that are more appropriate to where we currently are on our ascension journey.

And now, onto the last energy alert:

October brought in some very new connections for some, and although things began to pick up a bit, the temperature was still not right for jumping in. It was hoped that the time would be ripe, as many of our ducks were now in a row, but as with much of everything, with personal choice involved, things can only progress according to where they are.

In many areas on the planet now, it suddenly becomes cold and nature pulls back thinking it is time. Then all of the sudden it is warm once again, and nature wants to bloom! Very confusing indeed. And this is how it is with the energies. It can be difficult to know what will come next, as any normal patterns have seemingly changed.

In this way, at higher levels we are being asked to wait a bit longer, to pull back, to stay out of the mainstream, and to sit tight until the masses are indeed ready for our services and assists. The natural inclination of the masses is to want things to be “fixed,” to want some stability, and at times to want to go back to the familiar and to restore as much as possible. But this cannot be.

So until enough are ready to let go and embrace something very new, to become aware of their brothers and sisters that surround them, and to support each other as a team, another big and substantial shake-up will indeed occur.

Going into the masses now, before the time is right, will result in some fairly unpleasant scenarios. Much of the time we will feel invisible, invalidated, not heard, diminished, dis-respected, and basically as if we do not even exist. Lower vibrating energies cannot “see” higher vibrating energies, similar to angels existing in the non-physical plane, and this is what will indeed occur when we attempt to jump back into old energy. It will be enough to make one want to flee and never return.

So then, we can know that our needs will be met while we “wait.” It can be a good time to enjoy ourselves and do fun things and simply laugh and play, as always.

The re-connecting process has been a long one. Many are having strange dreams and unusual visitations in their sleep. Hearing sounds, feeling a presence, and so forth are symptoms that another dimension is indeed now merging with us.

Coughing spells, intestinal distress, heart palpitations, and insomnia are also signs of preparation for the new as we release more of the older and denser energies within us. One interesting symptom of ascension is the inability to spell things correctly or write an appropriate sentence. It can be common to superimpose letters as well. As one with a history of perfect spelling and grammar, this has been an interesting experience for me, and has grown increasingly worse. I choose to believe that the message is what is truly important and have really let go of the perfection of it all, so I don’t bother with an editor as well. It simply does not matter anymore and is a place I can no longer go.

This ties in as well with that old familiar memory loss when trying to have a conversation. We are moving into states where energy is all there is. Little details do not matter at this stage. It is the feeling and the energy of anything that is all that is left.

How in the world do we survive when our brains no longer function? We just do. There is a higher part of us, or our souls, who navigate through it all. We are simply losing much of our old 3D selves.

By trusting that our process is being divinely guided, and thus, allowing ourselves to leave the old behind and move forward into a very new space, will always place us in alignment with where we need to be.

If we can know that what is occurring on the outside has nothing to do with us, separate from the process of the fall as much as possible, and stay in our personal sanctuaries, then we can rest assured that our connection to something new and more aligned with Source and our true authentic selves will be ensured.

Anyone had an intense feeling like they were falling?
I feel like I am falling into God's arms.
The image keeps coming to me of caterpillars or snakes shedding their old skin. But it feels like falling. Which makes me wonder why they call it ascension instead of descension.

The Separation of the Worlds

Welcome!

In times gone by, when we were young and naïve, we may have imagined that the ascension process would be incredibly joyous, full of ease, and lift us up to a higher dimension where we would float on a cloud in Heaven, maybe eating bon bons all day, or perhaps suddenly be filled with light while our challenges disappeared in one fell swoop. We would reach the Promised Land where love would abound and we would never again have an unpleasant experience. Now we know better.

Although certainly in many ways things get better and better, and if we were to look back we would see a very different version of ourselves, the ascension process still presents itself in ways we may have never imagined. As we begin to vibrate higher and higher, and reach higher planes of existence, so much changes for us, and we are always met with very new challenges in order to match and align with the higher vibrations we now find ourselves surrounded with.

This is a grueling and challenging process, but bit by bit, we come to realize that we are always right where we need to be and experiencing just what we intended to experience at exactly the right time. And we become much stronger as well the more light we carry. The Promised Land is indeed on a near horizon, but getting there has presented itself in many strange, miraculous, and unexpected ways. And paradoxically, the closer we are to arriving, the more we realize that we indeed no longer have the same desires, and service to humanity with disregard to our own personal desires can begin to overshadow all else as our ego selves diminish ever so slowly.

As we find ourselves in a very new space, on this latest new rung of the ascension ladder, new and unsettling feelings can arrive as well.

The other day, my daughter jokingly confessed to me that perhaps I had become “bi-polar,” as I had been exhibiting some behaviors for several months that she had never seen in me before. She claimed (smile) that I was blissfully happy at one moment and quite grumpy at another. “Who, ME?” I had responded in great astonishment. The usually happy, joyful, and pleasant ME? She must be delirious or perhaps grumpy herself and simply projecting, after all, I knew I was just about perfect just about all the time…she must have been talking about someone else! (smile again) “No, I’m serious Mom,” she persisted.

So what was going on? Was this yet another strange and unprecedented ascension symptom? Extreme mood swings from one moment to another with great extremes in experiencing the world around us? Yup, yup, and yup again.

After we experienced the great disconnect from the old reality (roughly around October of 2008, but really beginning to manifest itself in July and onward), we were then set free and slowly began the process that this monumental experience created. Losing the sense of our old selves, feeling lost without a rudder, confused, or even useless as our old roles were now over, we also began to slowly re-connect to something very new and different…and magical indeed.

This great separation from one reality to another was quite distinct, dramatic, and very complete. We had succeeded in bringing up the vibration of the old world and now it was time to depart to a new shore where things were magical, peaceful, blissful, loving, and where all our needs were miraculously met. But we are still in the process of adjusting, as this has been a substantial vibrational leap.

The chasm between the old world and the new reality is now quite large and also quite distinct. In this way, there is a huge polarity present, and thus, while we still continue to straddle one reality with another, we may indeed feel bi-polar.

As we progress in our spiritual evolutionary journey, we ever so slowly lose tolerance for lower vibrating energies. At first we may become irritated by them, then we may guiltily wish we did not have to be around them, and eventually we come to a point where we say, “Get me out of here!” Our intolerance then becomes total, and the loving beings that we may feel we should be, seem to have strangely been replaced by an imposter within us that feels repulsed by the lower vibrating energies.

“What happened to my spiritual self?” we may wonder. “Aren’t I supposed to be loving and kind to all others? Doesn’t vibrating higher mean that I am now a perfectly loving and understanding person, here to make others feel better when they are around me?”

With this extreme chasm now present from one reality (or dimension) to another, our reactions then, are extreme as well. The gap is now quite large. When we are in the lower dimensions, or lower and denser vibrations, we can feel absolutely horrible. Very horrible. This can manifest as great anger, pain, frustration, tension, and a real grumpy attitude. And then quite suddenly, we can encounter something that vibrates higher and we can immediately feel happy, right, blissful, and in a naturally good space.

From one extreme to another, we may begin to wonder what in the world is going on within us. And with a near zero tolerance for anything that vibrates lower, we may find that we do not like ourselves much as our reactions to these vibrations are creating unpleasant feelings within us. If you are a woman of menopausal age, you might have recently decided to have your hormone levels checked, wondering if this is the culprit, but with so many having this experience, perhaps it is not due to a physical cause.

Ascension has always mimicked menopause in both men and women of all ages. Thus, feelings of “I have had enough,” or “I am ready to be done!” or perhaps “Is it time for me yet?” are very common as we have done so much to assist this planet since our arrival. Short tempers, memory loss, a need for self- care, and a desire to move on are simply a part of our spiritual evolutionary process at this current stage, even if these things do indeed mimic menopause.

Feelings of tightness, pressure, and short fuses are also common symptoms as when we migrate higher, the energies become tight because anything that vibrates lower within us needs to be “squeezed out” in order that we become aligned. We may feel as though there is now much more energy flowing within us, we may feel like we are hyperventilating, having pressure in the chest, perhaps feeling like we just got hit with a quadruple shot of caffeine, or may even have difficulty sleeping as so much energy is now flowing through us. In this way, “alignments” do not always feel great. After the energies are squeezed out and adjustments are made, we always feel better…at least until our next phase of expansion! The higher the evolutionary space we occupy, the less lower vibrating energies there are present. This is because love is the ultimate energy that remains. Thus, we lose more and more of ourselves as things progress, resulting in a need to adjust or we become grossly uncomfortable.

This latest move upward is no different. We are adjusting now in a great way in regard to boundaries and how we interact with the lower energies or lower dimensions. We are very far removed from them now, so in this way, they feel downright intolerable to be around. In addition, we are so done with them, that we can become exasperated and angry when they show up in our space.

Add to this the challenges of the past year, perhaps feeling like a punching bag as so many of us got clobbered over and over, and it can be extremely hard to be around anything unpleasant. We are indeed ready for the new, for our Promised Land or at least a bit of a rest, and maybe even an experience of a very higher order.

But the higher dimensions are here as well. Miracles and amazing new connections are beginning to manifest, feeling great is occurring, if even at unpredictable intervals, and we are well on our way to a better and new reality for ourselves.

Several weeks ago I began having dreams about the original intentions or rather the pristine connections. For example, one night I had a flash image of December 16th. My daughter was born on the 24th of December, but her due date was the 16th. The message here, or programming I was receiving was about the original intentions. For many years now, we have been adjusting our energies in order to stay in alignment as a planet. We have had to adjust to stay balanced when so much was out of balance. Now, we get to return to the original and pristine intentions, the true connections and alignments, and what we had always planned for the planet. These new and pure alignments are occurring within us, as we can finally get back to whom we really are and to what we came to do…setting up the New Planet Earth. So in this way, we are preparing for our very new roles indeed.

In addition, and on this same note, we are clearing and releasing again, but it is very different this time. In a strange way, we went a bit backwards the past year or two. We decided to wait until enough of the masses had a chance to catch up before we moved on, so in this way, we were trapped on a lower rung of the ascension ladder for longer than we may have wanted (but our souls decided we would, so all was right where it needed to be). Because of this, we took on more of the lower vibrating energies (thus, the “being clobbered”) than we had in the past…and these energies were energies that we were quite done with. So now, we are releasing and clearing these experiences once again.

The reason that this is different this time, is because it was sort of an add on, or unusual and one of a kind experience. Even after we had been very done and our vibrations were much too high to have these experiences ever again, we none-the-less became entangled with the lower energies as we were waiting until just the right moment to depart. So then, we now need to clear out or remove the residue created from these experiences (hope this all makes sense!).

When I began a very accelerated ascension process many years ago (as I was so far behind with my soul’s intentions), I experienced strange and intense dreams for a period of time. These were snippets and frames rapidly flying past me in the night, as I was releasing the old…almost like a life review. This is happening again for me, but to a much lesser degree. We are releasing in our dreamtime what we no longer need to be connected to. So even if you are one who has not had any kind of intentional healing for quite some time, you may suddenly desire to have some kind of clearing done. Even so, the ascension process always creates what it needs to very naturally, all on its own, without any intentional assists.

As we begin to move on, away from the lower vibrating energies of the past, we may also become very interested in our own personal health and well being. Now having the time to take care of ourselves, to make adjustments in diet, exercise, and the like, it is finally time for us for a while. At our soul levels, we know that we need to be pristine within in order to fulfill our very new roles.

So what about navigating the dimensions? How can we stay sane and happy when we have to be in the old at times? Having very adverse reactions to old energies is a high sign that we no longer belong there. We are being told to leave and go to our very new space and new reality.

The higher we vibrate, the more that intentions are no longer viable. Intentions are far too time consuming for the very direct and swift energies that exist in a higher dimension (this is addressed in more detail in Stepping Into the New Reality). Thus, navigating in the higher realms actually becomes much simpler. We need not then, make anything our intention, as we very naturally and swiftly attract what is inside of us.

In this way, we can now find that doors that close do so because they are not in alignment with whom we now are. Many doors are opening for us now…new accesses that may have been blocked in times past. And these accesses, miracles, or doors can open if only very briefly right when they are needed, and then close once again. In addition, whenever we find that a door is closed, or that something is far too difficult to gain access to, or rather no easy flow with many blocks, this is our high sign that this is the wrong direction or wrong manifestation for us.

Another common scenario of ascension that presents itself frequently is the grabbing or holding on of the lower energies when one has now navigated to a higher dimension. This can manifest in many, many ways, from things in the nature kingdom tripping us when we walk, to individuals clutching onto us, not wanting us to depart, to old energies asking us once again come back and do what we used to do.

If we are ever tempted to jump in and assist, we will likely become like the swimmer attempting to save a drowning victim while we are pulled under and end up drowning ourselves. The higher we vibrate, the more vigilant we need to be…to stay on our true and rightful path…to disregard the opinions and ideas of others….to stay in these new and higher realms we are now so blessed to be surrounded by.

Another common symptom of vibrating higher? The loneliness. The more we evolve, the smaller our circle of friends becomes. Eventually, we find ourselves connected to but a very few loyal, caring, loving, and very special friends. My star companion told me the other day that my friends would again be “scarce and few.” Ugh! was my first reaction until I realized that these very special relationships run deep and pure and are very special gifts indeed. The remainder of the time, we will be attending to our service to humanity and our connections and loyalties will be in regard to assisting others. Eventually, the communities will form when enough souls are ready, but this is the current scenario for some.

As we come ever closer to becoming the angels of the earth, we begin to learn very new ways of being indeed.
