People criticise the tyrants, but is it just jealousy that they're not in their position, in a lot of cases?
You see the same intolerance and greed even among people who claim to be fighting the status quo. Ex radical activists get a taste of power and they sell out, they smugly sit there and behave exactly like the people they once condemned. I once read in some book or other that there is no greater satisfaction and upmanship than to get away with things that you condemn in others’ which you are guilty of yourself!
