anybody read mike nash's aggresstive health book

I was just reading mike nash's aggresstive health book.

i don't know much about this field - and wondered what others who might know more about this field think about it?

Some interesting ideas in it?

I got it last year and think it is excellent.
Try sprouting seeds, juicing vegetables and fruit, growing wheatgrass, grinding hemp seeds to make hemp milk, remove muciod plaque etc. It requires some dosh to get the equipment etc, but I found the benefits excellent and well worth it.
