the problem is the legal fees. not sure how it is in the uk, but in the usa a lawsuit can destroy you financially even if you win.

Exactly!! When these things go on and on it is a terrible drain on the finances as well as the pysche. If only everyone could understand this :)

And we can additionally support him by BUYING his new book when it comes out. I know that I'll be buying the book as birthday/christmas/whatever gifts instead of meaningless trinkets.

Thank God David is at least another step along the road. Why is it that people who stand up against the NWO always are targeted by the most extreme bullies? This has happened to me so I take it as a self-compliment!;)
One possiblity is it's the Matrix or "freeze vibration" trying to absorb a rogue program, bringing the wayward soul into line by pressurizing them. This is the very definition of the Conformist Regime.

In which case would it not of been better to just totally ignore adams and find someone else (through a proper contractual agreement) to distribute the books in America?
