There is absolutely no doubts in my mind that the UK is being ruled by a Crown employed Mafia. Injustice is most often the outcome should this Mafia decide it. The Judicial Oath (of fairness) sworn by all UK judges and magistrates only to Queen Elizabeth II is a fraud of massive proportions with Queen Elizabeth as its integral part. This fact has been proved by the blatant injustice and Crown employees crime so many Crown victims including me.have suffered which also includes me.
It has been acknowledged even by some police officers that the UK is not a democracy. It is in fact a Monarchy. It is shown to be just as evil as any corrupt Monarchy there is in the world.
My home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear was stolen from me in 2003 after John Hugh, Fryer-Spedding, of "Mirehouse", Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria. illegally conducted the final hearing of Durham and Newcastle County Court cases, DH400950. DH400898 and NE401650 as a consolidated action. The Durham County Court order of June 1, 1994 refused an application made for consolidation of the cases. John Hugh Fryer-Spedding ignored this fact and then went on to carry out what amounted to a catalogue of crimes against me to further pervert the course of justice in the above referenced cases. Spedding is reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II. It is clear that the judicial criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding is being protected from prosecution by further Crown Mafia employees.
Criminal former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding also assisted my litigation opponent, Miss Shirley Carr of Bowes Cottage, 16 The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, with acts of blatant perjury in the above referenced cases.
Included in these crimes against me were acts carried out against me by judges at the Durham County Court. barrister Mr Richard Merritt, Mr Patrick Timothy the Durham District Land Registrar, solicitor Mr Paul Graney at the material time working from a practice at Houghton le-Spring, Tyne and Wear. Mr Graney admitted his crime of swearing false information in his statutory declaration concerning the above referenced court cases. Patrick Timothy was shown Mr Graneys affidavit admitting that he had sworn false information in his affidavit which I refer to. Patrick Timothy ignored this fact and was party to a false entry on the Durham District Land Register in this matter.
I had earlier contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee (alleged) Inquiry into freemasonry within the UK police and judiciary chaired by Lord Nolan. I was informed by the House of Lords last year that Nolan had died in February.
Given the facts which I give here, Queen Elizabeth II is shown to be guilty of Treason against the UK public. She in turn is being protected by the Royal Prerogative which requires investigation by a truly independent or impartial authority. The UK has no such independent authorities despite false allegations by Crown authorities that we in the UK have them.
John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, was asked in a letter sent to him last year to come clean with his crimes in the above cases. He has failed to do this. Be it generally known now that John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, has forfeited the property known as Mirehouse, Bassenthwaite, Keswick. Cumbria, UK. as part of the compensation due to me for his crimes in the above reference Durham and Newcastle County Court cases. Spedding is presently the caretaker for Mirehouse. Spedding will be ejected if necessary from Mirehouse at a suitable time. I accept the danger of being shot by the Crown Police Mafia as they tried when they were parties to the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton le Hole, Tyne and Wear in February 2003..
Spedding, Miss Shirley Carr, Patrick Timothy, Paul Graney, Richard Merritt, and corrupt judges at the Durham County Court were all Crown employees and there crimes were in the name of Queen Elizabeth II.
Queen Elizabeth II is also the Patron of the UK Secret Society cult known as Freemasonry. The UK Royal family are heavily involved with this Secret Society cult. There is in fact more to UK Freemasonry than most people are aware of. They might be more aptly called Crown foot soldiers. Maybe this fact is to try to ensure that something similar to the Civil Wars of the 1640's cannot be allowed to happen again. Freemasons are the ears of the UK Crown. Probably this is why Freemasons are allowed to get away with so much crime?
It is now approaching twenty five years since Houghton-le-Spring. Tyne and Wear, conducted blatantly illegal proceedings against me. The single magistrate sitting there and then dismissing the case had no qualifications to allow him to act alone. Mr Bavidge, the Houghton Magistrates Court Clerk who retired quite recently claimed that he did not know if the magistrate concerned had the necessary qualifications to allow him to act alone. I am certainly aware now that Bavidge had lied in this matter. He was of course another Crown employee. By the way, solicitors also have the title of "officers of the courts". They are therefore not independant or impartial to UK courts. They are very often part of the crimes carried out againt the UK public.
At that time I had purchased land from Durham County Council which had been for sale by tender. When I received the title deeds to this land I learned that it had previously been subject of theft involving a Freemason. Then the Masonic cult went into a action to try to prevent me from making this fact known. They have done this ever since then.
Northumbria Police Special Squad officers made two attempts on my life at the time they were parties to the theft of my home in 2003. The UK head criminal, Queen Elizabeth II was informed of this matter. She chose to ignore it. My damages claim made against her for her integral part in the Judicial Oath fraud served on her in 2005 continues to be ignored. She therefore continues to be the criminal which she surely is.
Queen Elizabeth II is the Head of the Church of England a protestant Church first setup by a former criminal and murderer King Henry 8th. Yes folks, crime and the UK Monarchy go hand in hand together and have done so for a very long time.
I go to my death with an absolute clear conscience on the matters that I have written here. There are many more such crimes that have been used against me that I have not had the time at present to detail here.
The reason that the Crown Mafia are ignoring the Magna Carta is that they want absolute power of authority. The Magna Carta gives power to the people. A UK government authority has now agreed that the Magna Carta is still valid. The implications of this are very far reaching for the UK general public.
