There seems to be much discussion about the US elections on these boards, but I read in the news there is also to be an election in Canada, where the existing Conservative PM, Stephen Harper, is tipped to either bolster his minority Government or obtain a parliamentary majority.
What do Canadians on here think of the candidates on offer? I always thought the Canadians had better Government than in the USA, but I read now that the current PM has links to Bush. If this is true, then how can he be the favourite to win the election on Oct 14th, as I thought the Canadians hated Bush?
I read that he also plagiarised a speach supporting the Iraq War, by former Australian PM, John Howard, who is definitely pro-Bu$h/ NWO.

It's not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Sen Jo Biden, the Democrat Vice-Presidential nominee, once famously plagiarised a speach by former British Labour Party leader, Neil Kinnock.

Most Canadians do hate Bush but are way too stupid to see that Harper is the same thing. How many Canadians do u think even know that Harper is a Bilderberger or even what the Bilderbergers are? The same aspartame and flouride that has dumbed down millions of americans over the decades has done the same right here in Canada. The only alternative here is a party called the Canadian Action party but not a word of them is mentioned in the mainstream media.

The situation is bad in Canada, but it is a bit better then it is in the states (not by much). First off the elections are run more smoothly and with a much larger paper trail (trust me, I work in the elections, and can explain my experience if people want to hear it). They can still be influenced heavily, but it is much harder to do.
Another thing we have is there are more parties. This is both a good and bad thing. The good thing about it is it is harder to control all the parties we have, compared to the 2 the American's have. The bad thing about it is we sometimes spend years without actually getting that much done on a federal level. The Canadian Action Party is the best one from what I can tell.
One thing that is very interesting about this election, is that the Liberal's, who were in power for 12 years and have been one of the main parties in Canada, might actually become about the 3rd biggest party by the end of this election. It is also much more of the new guard of Liberal's running the campaign rather then as many of the older ones.
Something else that is interesting that is happening in Canada is somewhat of a power transfer, as Ontario becomes slightly less powerful and areas like Alberta becomes more powerful which is also where Harper resides (in Calgary).
Have a good day!
