Law enforcement and police orders have been intimately connected to Masonry for centuries. The obvious reason is that controlling law enforcement is essentially a base level requirement for covert rule. Many people who aspire to be police officers have psychopathic tendencies, the desire to mandate and control others and a strong superiority complex. One is the recruitment of the lodge within the law enforcement trade, the other is infiltration of the lodge into the law enforcement trade.

In Scotland its common for Police officers to be masons as well. Another thing that goes on up here has to do with this .....

Basically, it is the Tulliallan crest. Tulliallan is the training school for all police in Scotland. Every police officer (and families and friends) will have one of these on the windscreen of their own car directly above the tax disc so that if they get pulled over for a traffic offence, the police will notice the crest and let them go on their merry way. I know a daughter of a police officer who has been pulled half a dozen times and never been prosecuted. Shocking.
