Been doing some research on fluoride / alzheimers - and there is a link with alluminium pans
In a nutshell the alluminium in pans will bond with the fluoride present in the water - or in pesticides that are sprayed on the vegetables
This fluoride allows the alluminium easy access to pass into the brain cells
The link - Alluminium has been found on the brains of alzhiemers patients
- Alzhiemers really only began to be prominent after the 2nd world war - when alluminium pans became all the rage
Can any one suggest another alternative to alluminuim pans - other than iron ones maybe which I believe they cost the earth ?
Has anyone else looked at the link between the 2 chemicals or the alluminium - alzhiemers link ???
Im sure there would be hundreds of people who would be suing the government if this can be verified
Big Love

Please anyone who reads this topic - DONT USE ALUINIUM
I have for 15 years only used stainless steel and iron pans.
Copper pans are good too but very expensive.
Do not use any aluminium foil neither. And dont drink from alumium cans too.
It does cause alzheimers. It is the number one cause.

Just thought
The fluoride they put in the water is a by-product of the alluminium industry also
So the 2 compliment each other nicely
They make the pans - sell them to us - then the toxic soup that is left - they charge US to put it in the water
Genius - the fluoride keeps us docile, lowers our IQ... then (if we havent died due to fluoride letting all the other chemicals into our brain) when we get old there has been enough alluminium deposited in our brain cells to ensure we cant even remember our own names
Alluminium + Fluoride = Alluminati

I use cast iron or copper-bottomed stainless steel. They are heavy as all get out, but worth it. The non-stick pans are terrible as well, and you can see the teflon chipping off over time. The fumes they produce have been shown to be quite dangerous.

Yes and the coating on non stick pans - consists of our old friend again...fluoride
I can see a pattern developing here !!!

PTFE is imo far more insidious than fluoride - under heat it degrades into numerous toxic substances, some of which are chemical warfare agents!
People who keep pet birds are actually advised not to use teflon cookware as the fumes kill birds. Less than 1/2 a milligram of teflon dust will cause severe illness in a human if its burnt & inhaled. Theres recorded cases of smokers getting polymer fume fever (teflon flu) just from smoking in a room where teflon is being used.

teflon coating is a total no no

But usually Teflon is only used on Aluminium pans so if you stick to cast iron or stainless steel you will be ok. Teflon kills small animals and obviously is very toxic to us too.
Enamelled pans may still be made from Aluminium.
What i usually do is get a frigdge magnet and test the pans with it. If the magnet sticks then the pan is ok.
Even the steel pans usually have an aluminium base though. but at least you are not eating from that bit.
