Good thread. My question would be, what is the definition of midlife crisis?

A time in life where its natural to reflect on all that is and find out nothing is what you thought it was!

Can be a time of liberating transformation, or a time of frightening confusion, depending on a persons level of connection to higher self during this time of infinite potential. :D

For me, the midlife has been a wonderful time of awakening, realisation and discovery. The crisis - is everyone else - who haven't yet awakened, realised or discovered anything different from before.
