Cool -- thanks.
So, what's the story on the Apollo missions. Did they really go to the moon or what?

If they didn't go then it would cast this footage in a different light. Some Area 51 technician taking the piss. That's what I call whistle-blowing!
Then again, is this for real. The "craft" looks a bit like an old blunt pencil to me.

If it's just a pen, then how come it shows up in a photograph on the official NASA Apollo Image Atlas?

I see it too! It is on a small crater slightly tilted upwards.

Maybe we had an expedition to the moon 10 000 - 200 000 BC.
After reading children of the matrix I'm totally open for that

I'm not saying it's impossible to find an object like this on the moon, actually i believe there are many, but i just meant that the footage is obviously fake. There is something in the lens of the camera that doesn't convince me. It doesn't meet the quality of the 16mm cameras used at the time of the Apollo missions... This one is a digital handy-cam, the movement of the shot doesn't meet the usual straight movement of other footages in the space...somebody had fun making a scam of it. Sorry but this one is a pen. The object on the moon could be real, but we don't have more detailed images... (for obvious reasons...)
Why we can read the transcripts, we can hear the beeps and white noise, but no voices? Why some voices have a Ring Modulator effect over? Who hold the camera before the disturbed signal, and who hold it next? Why in the first part the camera isn't moving, and then start trembling? The object in the footage looks so little! Compare the Atlas picture with the footage. There is a part of the craft that is missing. Just think that the camera got this shot at 117km of Altitude, so this object is long maybe 1 or more miles, as you can see from the picture, but in the footage looks more shorter and smaller... sorry but we don't have elements to declare it's true. I would like...

Oh sure, the footage may well be fake, but the photograph is "official" (for whatever that term is worth). It's up to the individual to determine how well the video matches up with the photo. In fact, that is the whole key to determining whether the video is a fake or not--by matching it up against the photo.
Actually, with all the airbrushing out of anomalous images that is supposed to be going on, I'm not sure how this one got past the censors--unless it is just a giant rocket-shaped rock after all.

The censor maybe missed this one. Like the Mars team did with Cydonia. That's why it's important to check these official photoes. Who knows what might slip past next!
