Australia Begins Secret Talks On Evacuating Half Of Continent Due To Epic Drought
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
Shocking reports from the Kremlin today are showing that just under one week from Australian Prime Minister Howard’s urgent plea to his citizens to pray for rain to fall on their drought ravaged Nation, the Government of Australia has entered into secret negotiations with the United States and their Commonwealth allies for the ‘proposed’ evacuation of upwards of 11 million of its 20 million citizens.

i don't mean to be funny, but they never seem to worry about africans who are in dire need of help during droughts, no one offers to put them up do they?

I'd never heard of Sorcha or that site till tonight.
The Prime Minister, John Howard, a hardened climate- change sceptic, delivered dire tidings to the nation's farmers yesterday. Unless there is significant rainfall in the next six to eight weeks, irrigation will be banned in the principal agricultural area. Crops such as rice, cotton and wine grapes will fail, citrus, olive and almond trees will die, along with livestock. I'm pretty sure that water allocation and irrigation comes under state control not federal. Could be wrong though.
If water was under federal control, John Howard would stop environmental flows first (before stopping irrigation) I reckon.

exactly!
i hope that people see how it is done;
a fictitious "prophet" who is as accurate as American History that is served to American children in their classrooms is predicting yet another horrible thing that WE CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT.
First of all, "her" message instills fear and desperation.
and, this is the idea of psyops -- to implant the idea that resistance is futile and that world problems are so overwhelming, and that those who created the problems are unstoppable.
second, "her record" speaks clearly -- "she" is full of it, she never guessed anything, she never said anything that we did not already know.
third, this is a definite psyops, with dose of predictive programming, all designed to overwhelm the minds and break the spirits of those who read
"her" crap.
This is best evidenced by following words <bolded>:
Picking up the Pieces: Practical Guide for Surviving Economic Crashes, Internal Unrest and Military Suppression
(clear psyops, they make this sound "inevitable" and "unavoidable"

Code Red: The Coming Destruction Of The United States

The Children of Winter: Apocalyptic Message of Hope
(how is that for inverted meaning Masonic doubletalk?)
i hope that we are now able to see how we have been psyoped
time after time. it is high time to make a mental decision that those fuckers will not prevail.
that is a good start.
like they say -- there is nothing to fear but fear itself.

Thanks to all for your posts.
My sister and I were curious as to how other forum users
would view this material. We both knew (from gut feeling)
Sorcha Faal was a 'rogue program', but I guess we just
wanted to know if others would pick up on this as confirmation.
Not a test really (just curiosity), but if it were a test you all
passed with honours.....and we proved our 'knowing'
was spot on!!!! Win win :D
Thanks again guys. http://www.lifeshore.com/smiley/data/media/3/3D_emoticon_S52.gif

VFF withdraws support for Govt's water plan
A new rift has erupted between Victorian farmers and the Federal Government over the Prime Minister's $10 billion water plan.
The Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) was meant to meet with staff from Environment Minister Malcolm Turnbull's office today, but the department has cancelled the discussions.
Earlier this week, farmers had indicated they were close to supporting the plan after receiving assurances on issues of entitlement and level of Commonwealth control.
But the federation's Simon Ramsay says after looking at details of the draft legislation, he cannot give the plan his support at this stage.
"Unfortunately they've decided to cancel that meeting this morning and seeing that draft legislation, I'm afraid to say that we are not supportive of the national water plan," he said.
Mr Turnbull has defended the decision to cancel the meeting with the VFF.
He says the group was told it should be held next week, after the Commonwealth and states hold a separate meeting this Friday.
"When we explained to the Victorian farmers that it would make more sense for us to prepare for our meeting with the states on Friday, their response was not what a normal courteous response would be, which is to say, 'yes I understand, that's okay, we'll see you early next week'," he said.
"Their response was to say, 'unless you come to the meeting at the time we have told you to come, we will attack you in the media'."

SYDNEY (AFP) - Australia warned Thursday that unless heavy rains fell soon irrigation water for the nation's prime farmland would be cut off, deepening a crippling drought's drag on the economy.
Declaring rural Australia was facing an "unprecedentedly dangerous" crisis, Prime Minister John Howard said water to farms in the Murray-Darling river basin would be shut off unless the drought broke in the next month.
Farmers said the shock move could devastate the nation's wine harvest, orchards and dairy industry by further drying out a region that grows 40 percent of Australia's agricultural produce.
But Howard said scarce water supplies were needed for urban communities facing critical shortages due to a drought scientists have described as the worst in a century.
"It's a grim situation and there's no point in pretending to the Australian public otherwise," Howard told reporters

G'day i_am, thanks for clearing that up.
"A National Plan for Water Security". Does that mean the government plans to secure Australia's water so the people can't access it without paying hefty fees? Me thinks so. I didn't read the pdf, just skimmed it, but I noticed there was a lot of talk about scarcity and worse years to come. Now I understand where they are coming from; drought and all that. But... all of this talk of scarcity embeds the notion in peoples psyche's thus creating at the quantum level a national vibration, a statement to the universe, that there is not enough water. In line with quantum physics we get what we believe in... not enough water. That is a pretty rough example and not entirely accurate but you probably get my drift.
Have you read or seen any of Masaru Emoto's work with water? Very interesting and shows that a lack of respect for water changes it's physical properties... the way the atoms bind together (I'm not being very clear here either)... ummm... his work shows that it has consciousness!
We treat it as a resource and not a living thing. We then fear that it will run out which further 'kills' the spirit of the water. Doing this essentially drives it from our reality. By giving it love and gratitude, water sparkles with life. This isn't a very good description but his books are readily available... anyway, you're probably already familiar with him and his work. Cheers, h.

Hi ho1ogram
Yes I am familiar with Dr Emoto's work. I actually went to hear him speak when he was in Brisbane. He is not that comfortable speaking in English so has an interpreter but he still came across with a great sense of humour. It is quite amazing how water does respond to vibration and as our body, like the earth, is 70% water it makes perfect sense that if we are living in fear and all the negative emotions, it is going to have an unbelievably negative effect on our bodies and the earth.
So I agree that all of this negativity about us running out of water must have an effect on everything. And apart from the effect on our bodies and the earth we are, through the Law of Attraction, quantum physics or whatever one wants to call it, creating more of the same.
I was thinking this morning about the dream of many here to form a community of like minded people and was thinking that it needed to be in an area where there is plenty of water BUT on reflection, maybe not. With the power of our minds, collectively, we should be able to manifest anything we so desire.
As far as us paying a hefty fee, I am pretty sure that most states are planning on increasing water rates by around 8%.

Good one. I saw he was in Australia but I didn't go see him, it wouldv'e been good to.
I feel the same way about the community. Things like water will take care of themselves. I was going to expand on this in this post but it was hard to fashion into words. Suffice it to say that the source of all is infinite. Love, h.

As any good little Commie agent would do, she creates hostilities under the shroud of 'factual' reporting. She plays the NWO's pawn well, creating the dividing lines between the East and the West.
She's a disinfo agent. Plain and simple.
