That is so bizarre... I'm not sure what to make of it. Some kind of muscular spasm caused by the collision? Do we know for sure that he died? The way his body moves is so strange... not sure what to make of it to be honest.

I might buy it being a seizure. It is possible, but would it make him do all that? It is possible though, anything is.

Yeah that passage is taken and translated from the club's website, the guy is still alive today. I thought it looked remarkably like his soul being ripped out or something as well but I think the blow inflicted upon him beforehand just sent his muscles into hyperdrive. Apparently there's a techno remix of this video as well :)
