Could someone have a word with David icke and tell him to do a talk on food.Its getting harder by the day trying to get the right foods.As anyone managed to get the most perfect diet etc without any toxins?

Whole, organic foods, but I'm no nutritionist. Avoid soy.

try and find a wholesale shop and get cheap and natural foods, i love dried apricots, dried coconut and banana and brazil nuts and stuff like that

they do a lot of seeds, pulses and grains
