What's going on with all the nightclub violence in Melbourne, could it be PRS??
It's becoming quite extreme now and now the police are using military vehicles, what's that about?

Interesting isn't it! The "news" said it will help them to improve their job. How so?
There has always been drunken violence in Melb and over the past 2weeks the media have highlighted this, also with the death of a drunken nightclubber who died after been bashed.
The 2am lockout isn't working "apparently", the police say prohibition won't work! So what's the solution? Cops in Hummers! = Police State coming?
..like there are many other ideas they could go, without bringing in the armed vehicles.

What a lot of shit, to bring in hummers to patrol the streets, it goes to show you that the cops are a bunch of gutless wonders, and the top brass are playing into the hands of the NWO.
There has always been violence in the CBD of Melbourne. I remember seeing it first hand 25 years ago.
People who get all boozed up, naturally want to be aggressive when in a group situation.
They should distribute dope for free and then you would see a big drop in violence.

There is a huge Greek community in Melbourne and the young Greeks often feel estranged from mainstream Australian society for some reason. They can be very violent and manyof them belong to soccer gangs.
I notice the two arrested had Greek sounding names.

Problem - reaction - solution. :)
This is just another little step forward using the totalitarian tip-toe.

I think it's down to the police being unable do anything to stop the trouble so they have to put a big show on, especially after a tragedy. Reactive not proactive policing. Even if they can't do anything they have to be seen to be doing something, even if it has no effect other than making pictures for the newspapers.

Yeah, it all ways works for these criminals, but the time will come when they have pushed it to far, that the people will have our own PRS... Solution our sovereignty regained.

It reminds me of the Cornella riots in Sydney. I wonder what became of that, regarding police powers.

Yes this situation is an absolute joke.
I've NEVER, EVER had a problem walking in the city at any time of day or night, but have to admit I don't hang around the strip joint areas.
And where are all the so called "Civil Libbers/No one's gonna tell me what to do" people standing on this issue?
Why aren't more people of Melbourne complaining about the 2.00am curfew in the city? Possibly too busy complaining about the govt trying to ban pictures of nude children in "TRENDY" arty farty magazines. Oh yes, they all speak up about that don't they. They all fall over themselves trying to justify it as free speech. And yet, you can't get a scotch and cola at 2:15am? FFS
