UK government to Neutron bomb UK city's?

Alex Jones (god bless him) last week on his weekday show mentioned about the M.O.D and the UK government stating in a memo that if any city tries to uprise against the government or tries to overthrow the government they would use Neutron Bombs against that city.
I have heard this claim befour but was wondering if anyone had a link or new where this info is held by the M.O.D?

No, but I've heard a few nasty rumours about Britain. I have a feeling we are one of the populations to be wiped out completely, either via Neutron Bombs or Pandemics as we are an island and they feel able to 'experiment'.

personally speaking from the UK... It's not a bad idea.. plenty military bases and spying hills around taking up space could do with a new start.

we have too many big major towns.cities... it would be better with smaller areas

what's with the Orion crap?... Yep.. I watched alien vs predator too.. and no... I rarely joke about people leaving their bodies to a new energy source...what you regard as death/end, especially when it's happened so many times in one week. these god & lucifer characters are exactly that to me, man made creations to keep the fear in humans.
