Salt is good for you, so don't not use it.
As above said, sea salt is the best in rock form.
They fuck the salt up by putting in a free flowing agent to stop it caking and that is an Aluminum compound.

You can get a lot of salt from the veggies we eat also, but a little supplement of the stuff, isn't that bad for you.
Don't really know or hold to the believe that salt, does cake up the arteries. I think there are other factors involved.

Definitely... and exercise is a good antidote to supposed 'naughty' food/condiments/supplements.

Eating table salt is the equivilant of eating trans fats/ refined vegetable oils etc. In contrast, consuming natural rock salts/ sea salt is like eating healthy fats. I also think the fluoride in rock salt is not the same as artificially engineered fluoride (in the same way that cyanide (spelling?) in apples is not dangerous). If I feel dehydrated, I find rock salt in water is great, in contrast to table salt which can make it worse.

I normally get mine from here:
http://www.regenerativenutrition.com/content.asp?id=30
It's called Celtic Salt and there is some explanation on the difference between this salt and normal sea salt.
