I've got a friend on holiday in Kent right now. He emailed me talking about large helicopters flying around a lot.

Could be nothing.

Funny thing is, he joked about wondering if there would be sightings of UFOS becuase of the copters.

i never realised that plates that england lie on, are that volatile, or are there any faults near kent. as earthquakes are the relaese of seismic pressure, why did they occur. no proper explanation was given, other than the chart/graph. could it be emp weapons? china/russia have them so does usa, there's even un resoulutions/acts about them, which begs the question, why have legislation for something that "allegedly" doesn't exist?

Plate tectonics (from Greek τέκτων, tektōn "builder" or "mason")

Ho ho.

You don't need to be on a plate line to have an earthquake. Small ones will occur anywhere.

Why create earthquakes? What does it benefit them?

Funny. I was thinking about writing to a guy in Virginia and then there was a shooting the next day. I sent an email to a guy in Kent and there was an earthquake the next day.

Yesterday I was thinking about posting a prediction for a volcanic eruption...mount Etna fires up.

I predict there'll be a flood in Japan.

its the release of pressure, there needs to a fault/ridge/mountain range etc where the pressure is released. they should have said something subterrinean etc. i think the earth could be going changes underground nevermind on the surface. as the industrial/solar activity must have a effect.

The UK has numerous, very minor earthquakes every year. Most are so small we dismiss them as heavy traffic going past or general noise and vibration pollution.

We had a big one (5.8 on the richter scale) in Birmingham back in 2002 and I felt it in London, my family thought i was mad the night it happened as the house shook, while they were all asleep. It wasn't until the next day they believed me, when it was on the news.

We also had one back in 1993, which also damamged buildings.

I was always taught at school you need to be on a tectonic plate too, maybe there are people in the hollow inner earth testing weapons or something.

There's probably fractures all over the place. They just don't form the edge of a complete plate. still causes friction when the plate is squished about.
