I love Coast to Coast, but I always have trouble listening to shows hosted by Ian Punnett. He seems highly skeptical of everything, and on top of that I think he's an ordained Catholic priest now? I'm not sure if that's his title or not. I know he's officially affiliated with the Catholic Church. I also know that he hosts a lot of programs that seem to be NWO propaganda - he had a show that involved the Bohemian Grove recently and he interviewed, of all people, Harry Schearer. They laughed about the Grove and Harry made it sound like what the joke is - that the Grove is just some big frat boy club for old white Republicans and that they get together to relive the days of their youth or some such bullshit. The line did drop out when he mentioned prostitution being involved but that could have been anything. My real problem was how it was a big joke and it seemed like they didn't even mention the darker rumors before moving onto something else. He also did a number crunching show recently that focused primarily on the marketing aspect of all of the spying that's done on us on a regular basis, as opposed to the way that this information is used by the government to persecute and prosecute individuals that are viewed as "enemies of the state" for merely ideological and political purposes. Once he had a show where he interviewed "Jesus Christ" - and throughout the show he continued to make the claim (although it was obviously bonkers, some people called in actually speaking to the guy as if he were truly Jesus). The guy was very orthodox Christian and dismissed any ideas of supernatural phenomena pretty offhandedly.
I've heard Ian tell people on the air live that his BS detector is going off, and he likes to lead conversations toward certain conclusions, usually conclusions that are very one-sided or pro-establishment. He seems really cocky and condescending, sometimes like he is attacking someone for even believing something bizarre could be true in the first place.
There are plenty other examples, but I'd have to listen to a lot of his shows again and I don't really want to. What impression does everyone else get from him?
