The Olympics begin a few days ago in Beijing, and during the opening ceremony something strange caught my eye. As the ceremony begins, 2008 Chinese military drummers stand ready for the show. There are lights under each drum that create the effect of an image from above.
The triangle was the first shape to emerge out the light. As the board shuffles down, you can distinctly see a pyramid with its capstone separated by the split pair of 1004 drummers. This symbol is most known as the adorning seal on the back of the U.S. one dollar bill. It was also used by the Bavarian Illuminati, in the 1700's. I thought it was incredibly interesting that prior to the drummers, two children stand and deliver the key line "One World, One Dream" (note that they are of separate descent). This is what one would call a play on words, and bears reference to the New World Order. The chief goal of the "New World Order" is to united the world under one government and religion, which what I feel is to establish a greater threshold of control (call me crazy). The underlying theme can be equated to an actor's full performance, and not the mere repetition of lines.
