13 is one, because is is an organizational/structural number in sacred geometry. according to my studies, for example, humans actually have 13 chakras, not 7.
in the picture of the mall shooting, the address is 1331. could be a way of saying that they've got a squad of mind-controlled killers waiting in the wings and they're ready to unleash them to begin to control the populace, and redirect attention away from other matters.
23 is important because it seems to be an energetic gateway. lots of activity on 23 days, especially around solstices and equinoxes.
144 and 233 are important to the loomies, too.
