The Ringing Cedars book series

If you never heard about it, let me introduce this story.
There is a book series "The Ringing Cedars of Russia" written by Vladimir Megre between 1996 and 2007.
These books are read like a fascinating novel, have the authenticity of a documentary account and present spiritual insights of incredible depth.
Spanning dozens of subjects from child-rearing to gardening, from adventure to the meaning of human life, from megalithic science to breast-feeding and from sexuality to religion, they present an incredibly beautiful and equally practicable vision of humanity’s spiritual connection to Nature that helps us understand ourselves and heal our Earth.
It cuptured millions of readers all over the world (it's been translated into 20 languages), hundreds of poems and drawings created by inspired people and eco-villages sprouting all over Russia and other countries by people aspiring to create their Space of Love!

I, myself, happened to read book 1 Anastasia in 1996 when it has just been published in Russia, I got very excited and I fall in love with the books since that time.
From 2001 to 2008 I used to live in New Zealand where I spread the word about Space of Love cocreation, I also created and set up a website named Space of Love both in English and Russian, telling a lot about Anastasia's ideas with the hope that someone may find their real Self, their true predestination on this path...
I believe that we all are co-creators of Space of Love and our planet is the place where we learn and contribute from our heart...

I often reread some parts of them to refresh important things in my mind. :)

Ah yes. The ringing cedars. Very good books to have at home. It is good to read them in a peaceful place with only the sounds of nature. This is an example of Anastasias cunning plan. You will find yourself getting distressed by noises of cars and machines if you are reading them in the city (well I know I did). Good to see you on the forum vestnikra and thank you for everything you are doing to make our world a better place.

Yes it is very impressive. How many more signatures before sending the petition to the UN. 1700 is enough? It definately is a good thing this petition. It really shows how serious people are about this and has made me think more about getting things moving. I want to help. Are you living in Russia? What is the situation like? I was playing chess with a Russian online and he had heard of Anastasia but he immediately said it was some cult. I didn't like to hear that but it prooved that there must be some major efforts to discredit the movement. I don't think this is happening here yet. They seem to be just ignoring us so far but I look forward to seeing some elements attack. That will be a sign of progress. ;)

edit. Maybe they won't bother since their efforts to discredit in Russia are described in the books?

Yes I am living in Russia now, returned here in 2008 after 6 years of living in New Zealand.

Yes, there is a severe confrontation now in Russia between those awakened who support the movement and unconscious beings trying to discredit the movement.
Yet it is growing! Considering more than 140 exisiting ecovillages of Anastasia type in Russia alone! :)

I don't recall Anastasia eating any meat during the entire series (although I'v not yet readthe last book). But she doesn't comment on vegetarianism as such.

Anastasia eats raw food mainly. No meat but some honey so she is not strictly a vegan. There is a lot of information about food in these books. Eating just as one breathes. She recommends eating pollen and honey as well as fruits and vegetables grown consciously with love as well as eating in a very instinctive way the things that are in season locally. Food is something that Man should not need to waste time thinking about.

I've no problem with partaking of honey so long as it doesn't cause the bees any harm and we respect them. I adore the humble bumble bee. :)

Yes. There is a chapter in book 1 that describes a very simple box you can make that the bees will love to live in. The animals love to help Man but it is not to be taken as something you must do if you prefer not to eat honey. The body indicates what and how much of a given food it requires thru the feelings of hunger and that is the time when it should be eaten. It is important to therefore have these gifts available in their fresh form so they can be eaten just as one breathes especialy during pregnancy.

I've believed in "intuitive eating" for many years. I saw a book on this subject once and felt I understood what it meant without having to buy it.

Animals know what to eat intuitively, such as want plants they need to eat and when- for medicinal purposes.

So humans can certainly remember to use this ability again. :)

Kovcheg (The Ark) - the best and the most successfull Kin's ecovillage in Russia.

The whole idea may be said in three sentences:
"Our settlement is based on family owned land where each family owns one hectare of land to be kept in the family for generations. One hectare with woods, fruit trees, garden and a small pond can provide the family with all of life’s necessities. By using long ignored methods of cultivating the earth and harvesting in the context of preserving the earth for future generations, this hectare of land will produce enough for the family’s use with surplus..."

Moscow International Ringing Cedars Festival successfully took place on March 27th.
That was probably the greatest event in the history of Ringing Cedars movement! :)
More than 3500 people attended. Love, Joy and Inspiration prevailed! Anastasia was there in spirit.
